Clean and fancy. Some items looking slightly worn but still the best hotel in the area. Street vendors smoking meats across the river with the windows open in the main hotel areas led to smoke smell filling the hotel. Staff seemed clueless that people might not like that. AC was weak in room but expected for Georgia. AC was weak in gym, but gym was nice. Pool stunk heavily of being over-chlorinated. Smelt like 10ppm or something crazy like that.

И это не только мое мнение. Так написал зритель под видео на нашем ЮТ канале где мы показываем место нашего проживания. Отель твердые пять звезд. Завтраки каждый день одинаковые, но очень насыщенные блюдами и вкусные. Проживание в отеле дает право бесплатного прохода в Боржоми-парк. Минус 5 лари с человека. Что тоже приятно. Любая наша просьба удовлетворялась моментально. Спа зона большая и очень хорошая. Большой чистый бассейн, сауны, хамам это входит в стоимость номера. Брали платную ванну с минеральной водой - фантастика. Отличный спортзал. Есть детская игровая комната. Своя охраняемая парковка. Советую для проживания!

استقبال ممتاز لكن للاسف الغرفة يوحد بها بيوت العنكبوت و عندما ام تبليغ الاستقبال توقعنا تغيير الغرفة و لكن قالوا سننظفها و ذهبت للخارج و عدت بعد ساعتين و وجدت انهم لم يفعلوا شيء ،و طريقة تنظيف الغرفة صباحا سيئة و المطعم لا يتم تنظيفهدبايتخرار احد العصيرات و المواد الغذائية على الارض

Perfect and convenient hotel in middle of nature

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Very kind and hospitable staff at the front desk. Large and comfortable room, with an amazing bathroom. Everything very clean, great air in Borjomi, in the middle of nature. Keycards allow free access to Borjomi Central Park and Borjomi Sulfur Pools. Nice included pool/sauna area in the hotel. Would love to come back here.

Great hotel, excellent location

Excellent hotel, extremely well-located for entry into Borjomi Central Park. The Tsar Baths (warm sulphur springs) are a 3.5 km walk away via a pleasantly-shaded forest path. The room card allows free entry to both the park and springs. Room was spatious and nicely-air conditioned, complete with hair conditioner and bathrobes. Both coffee from the bar and dinner were great.

Such a cute town and this is the best hotel in it. Amazing location nestled in between the mountains. Staff were wonderful, very welcoming and friendly. Spa is beautiful, food delicious...what more could you ask for.

The hotel is located very conveniently right next to the beautiful park, there is plenty of souvenir shopping and dining options around. There was a misunderstanding about the type of room I booked, but hotel reservation agent was very forthcoming and helpful in resolving the issue.

I think the Crowne Plaza is likely the best hotel in Borjomi and its certainly the prettiest. Overall the hotel was good, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Walking distance to just abut everything you would want to do and see. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed in Crown Plaza from January 6-12, 2020 in two rooms: a front-view #305 with a seating area, two TVs and a balcony and #314 “end of hallway\" side-view of the Park room with lots of windows.
DINING. We had access to the Club Lounge and we used it a lot (wine is at no charge from 7 PM to 9 PM. Breakfast (included with our stay) was excellent (amazing liver pate!) We did not feel that dinner buffet was worth it for us as there were mostly pastas, carbs. However, you can get an à la carte dinner option, which we did not try.
SPA. Very professional Dr. Nino; other than that, not impressed with a couple of the spa treatments (pedicure and bath+massage combo).
STAFF. Overall, the staff was helpful and spoke either Russian or English or both. We had some issues at check-in, which were rectified by the management.
ACCESS WITH LIMITED MOBILITY/STROLLERS. We had no issues with my Mom’s walker as this hotel is barrier-free throughout. The elevator is also conveniently large. In front of the hotel’s gate, the side curb is modified for disability/stroller access (a curb cut); however once you leave the gate, there are challenges on the pedestrian walkway to the Central Park (proximity to which is the best feature): (1) two sidewalk curbs on the pedestrian walkway are not adapted for strollers/mobility devices and (2j vendors’ displays are making it difficult to get through the pedestrian walkway.
Overall,I enjoyed this hotel and I would come back again.

My Mom and I stayed in Crown Plaza from January 6 to January 12, 2020 (it was the last part of our three weeks trip to Georgia) occupying two rooms (single occupancy each). Here is a long but detailed review:

ROOMS AND CONFIGURATION: The main building has four levels. The main level contains all common areas - restaurant, bars, etc. The rooms located on the 4th level are called 300, and this is the nicest floor - it is quieter, has warmer common hallway and has The Club Lounge. Hotel’s conference facilities are located on the 200 floor and as such, the 200 floor is more noisy on the weekend. Further, the odd number rooms are facing the street, the river and the Central Park - this is the more expensive side. The even number rooms are facing an uneventful wall - I understand that all “standard” basic rooms are facing such “back” wall side and they have no balconies. After certain negotiation with the management, I received a lovely front-view room #305 with a seating area, two TVs and a balcony. Three days after our check-in, my Mom was also moved from room #210 to #314 (“end of hallway\" - therefore colder, side-Park view room with lots of windows).

CLUB LOUNGE. We had access to the Club Lounge - we used it a lot, so I would recommend it. The following foods and drinks are provided in the Club Lounge at no charge: (I) various cheeses, salads, cold cuts and sweets three times a day, (ii) red and

Awesome Hotel in a rural area

This was a great hotel in Borjomi. The hotel is perfectly at home in Dubai, Paris or NYC. It has world class amenities, including the gym, spa and breakfast. I recommend a car to get around as the hotel is in a rural area. It is great for a staging area exploring this part of Georgia.

Kind of past it's prime, but great Spa

This stay should have been exceptional. It is the prime real-estate location in an incredibly lovely part of the world. However, it seems a bit past it's prime. The price is simply too high for how old and worn the decor is. Our room had a musty smell, the furniture was old with many dings and damaged marks. The buffet breakfast had a great variety, but much of the food was not freshly prepared. It seems as thought this location is resting on the name and the fact that it used to be the best hotel around, I think that they need to try harder if they're going to have such expensive rates.
All this said, the spa was incredible, state of the art, clean, luxurious and relaxing.

Absolutely gorgeous location & beautiful property offering a wide variety of spa options. Restaurant was very good as well and had a nice selection of cuisine from lamb and seafood to pizza. Our room was fine but somewhat small. The marble bathroom was very nice although the lighting wasn’t bright enough for ladies wishing to apply makeup. My only real criticism is that is was very hot in the room. We turned the air conditioner on as low as it would go but it never cooled at all, simply blew air from one small vent high on the wall. Perhaps the hotel hadn’t turned on the air yet and only does so in the heat of the summer, but it was uncomfortable to the point that we didn’t want to be in the room. Even opening the window didn’t help because it was so warm outside. Fortunately there are numerous other places in the hotel to relax and spend time.

Very Nice Hotel, Amazing Spa

The hotel was very nice, the spa and wellness center was fantastic. We had great massages and also tried a foot therapy thingy (Kniepp Path) which was a little absurd, but hey, maybe it works. The only downside to our stay didn't really have anything to do with the hotel: the room above us hosted little children who ran back and forth in the (spacious) room, even at 2 a.m. The hotel apparently tried to talk to the guests, but it didn't really help. Customer Relations were gracious enough to present us with a bottle of wine as compensation. The location is steps away from the Borjomi park and adjacent to a stream.

Check in was excellent very friendly and informative. Wasn't sure why they asked for details of the other person in the party as it was my room and I was paying. Room was very nice but air-conditioning to warm up the room made the air so dry that couldn't sleep. Had to switch off and get cold to be able to breath. Spa is very nice area and had a nice massage there. All in all a very nice hotel, and well maintained. Would like to stay there again.

Of course it was an amazing hotel because it’s a Crowne Plaza. However, the customer service wasn’t what I expected. They weren’t bad, but just not as in tune with the clientele as I thought. The spa has great services but their massages are pricey for the quality of the masseuse. The pedicure was great. The breakfast buffet was awesome!

Very nice hotel for reasonable price!

We stayed in Crowne Plaza for 2 nights. The hotel is new and fresh. Staff is very nice and friendly.
There is a good spa, baby room, fabulous food, gym that operates 24/7. It is very close to National Borjomi park. There are market and restaurants in 2-3 min walk form hotel. We really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend.

It was a very good experiance to stay in the hotel- a chearfull staff make you feel home warmnes and a very well spoken english language ,they were very cooperative and helpfull- all receiptionests and shift staff were excellent in dealing with the us as guests..we got afree room upgrade up on arrival, and free wifi for up to 4 devices..
The breakfast food was excellent and so were the kitchen staff ,the restaurant staff were cooperative and understanding specially when dealing with kids..Thank you all for making our stay in the hotel a wonderfull experience..

Great hotel. Very new. Largely empty mostly due to the low season and its recent opening. We loved the steam room/sauna and pool facilities. The hotel restaurant and bar were also good. There was some confusion over the morning breakfast which took about 15 minutes to solve, but the problem was solved and the staff keenly apologised for all inconvenience. Definitely recommend.
