Upon arrival we were greeted warmly. Everyone did an amazing job. Many foreigners here, not just english speakers. The staff assisted all, the language ability was awesome. The housekeepers on floor 16 were wonderful, high regards to them. One person that I want to recognize is Mr. Andy Cheng, he assisted us several times and was the epitome of a great employee. Great customer service to all!

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room is clean, staffs are friendly, bed is comfortable and WiFi is good. The hotel provided us with some guide to on the nearest food streets, shopping centre, supermarket, and they can even assist us to arrange day tour to Shaolin Temple.

Only stayed for a night but overall experience is great. Received a free room upgrade. Room is clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities available. Hotel can arrange for car hire with driver to travel to places of attractions. Breakfast is just ok, not much variety.

Good location close to high-speed rail station. Construction of subway system was rather noisy.
Also, the hot water takes several minutes to get to the bathroom, so lots of water is being wasted while you wait.
The front desk staff should have better training in welcoming guests and familiarizing themselves with the neighborhood to give directions.

No frills place to stay. Check in/out was simple staff and room service was fine. Breakfast was decent and they have a coffee machine. Laundry room with a washer and a dryer that worked well. My only real complaint is that the shower barely drained and would back up into the bathroom floor.

Staff is very friendly and helpful and stay is ok. It is 3km to fast train station and 9 Km to Louyang Grottoes. Getting taxi back to Louyang is big task . There is mall 1.5 Km from hotel, you may get choices for food.
Breakfast was ok , but the crowd and people running for getting food is awful

OK hotel with not much around

We booked a room for 3 people (assuming one king bed and one sofa bed) and when we arrived the hotel told us the room we booked a room with one king bed only. After a bit of arguing we got offered a camp bed in the room. Not ideal and not very comfortable but at least solution to the issue. The lack of english speaking staff is not ideal as well. On the plus side great breakfast, cheap DYI laundry and maintained hotel. Not much in the area.

Lovely Hotel - Breakfadt packed away while wating

All in all a good hotel for a night stay. There's a laundry to use for a small fee which was great. Internet in our room wasn't working and the hotel internet man didn't speak English which didn't help. Breakfast was meant to run till 10. We got down just before 9:30 and they literally packed everything up around us. guests came doennafter us and found no food. If a time is set it needs to be stuck to. Otherwise easy location to the train station and an alright place to stay for a day visit to the Shaolin Temple

Overall the hotel was great. Very clean and rooms were very spacious. If you need help English is very limited, depends who is at reception. Wee not very helpful regarding tours. Organized ourlefa elsewhere. Not much around the actual hotel, so nice and quiet. But about 4km from fast train station and there is some streets to get some food. We just caught taxi's to centre of town and attractions. Reception was helpful writing notes for us to show the drivers where we wanted to go. Wifi works but limited by China. So no Facebook, maps,etc. you can get your emails. Breakfast was good, but did not cater for westerners so I this is important for you, don't book breakfast

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was very modern and well kept. Much better than other three or even four star hotels around. Would definitely stay again if I go back to Luoyang. The wifi was fast and had great coverage throughout the hotel, with consistent three full bars even in rooms.

Chose this hotel because it is a 5 minute walk to the train station. I would rate this hotel is cheap and cheerful. It's not fancy but the room was comfortable and the bed was was good. A nice breakfast was available for a small fee.

We arrived late and got a smoking room but that was their last room. They brought in an air purifier that helped some. Condition of hotel is close to needing an upgrade. Breakfast was fine. For a very small fee you can use their washer and dryer which was really helpful.

Excellent stay near the Luoyang Longmen area.

Stayed at this hotel which is near the Longmen train station on 3 July to catch the high speed train back to Xian. We were given a fruit basket during checking-in. The manager Cindy spoke good English. Went to the many food stalls 2 street behind the hotel for the good noodle dinner. Buffet breakfast was excellent and included in the booking. Would stay again if visiting this place in the coming months.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and there are some restaurants/malls nearby (to the hotel's left then left again and down the LONG street.) However, the immediate neighborhood is pretty dead. What made it a really good experience however was the very attentive staff--while their English is not always great, they will help you get cabs (and set a fair price), try to handle your questions, and, if necessary, call someone who speaks English fluently.

The hotel is presentable inside and out for its class. Staff I encountered were very helpful and proactive, offering a lot of useful advice for me to tour the city.
The room is of good size and well maintained, and its in room safe worked, the only one among 3 in my trip so far. The bathroom is spacious and hot water flowed quickly after turning on.
I was given a room at high level with distant view.
The location is not in the city centre, but taxi is cheap in Luoyang, and yes, the staff were anxious to book for me every time I went out.
The breakfast was included, mainly Chinese food oriented, and with reasonable varieties.

Great value for what you get. Wonderful, professional, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Room was large, but bathroom continue to smell not so pleasant (had to keep the door closed and fan on the whole time). Breakfast was not overly impressive, but decent with mainly Chinese food... good coffee made up for it. There is a self serve laundry room on the first floor (in addition to the standard laundry service), which was a bonus. The restaurant right next door offers authentic, clean and delicious Chinese food. I would stay here again.

Nice and comfortable hotel with courteous staff

I checked in in the evening before dinner and was felling hungry and was on the verge of exploding when there was a mixed-up with my booking. However, the courteous front office staff and their mannerism calms me down and the mixed-up was settled in the shortest possible time. The room was neat and clean and the bed comfortable. Overall, all the hotel staffs that I met were friendly, helpful and courteous. Only some of the guests were making life difficult for them by smoking in the lobby which is a non-smoking area. I also saw a guest who peel her boiled eggs and threw the egg shells on the floor!! Overall, my stay at the hotel is comfortable and enjoyable.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei Erwachsene Personen gebucht und auch bezahlt.

An der Rezeption erhielten wir allerdings nur zwei Zimmerkarten. Als wir eine dritte wollten, hieß es, dass wir diese nicht bekommen da pro Zimmerkarte nur ein Frühstück inkludiert ist.

Leider gab es eine kleine Diskussion, die wir dann unseres deutschsprachigen Reiseleiter schlussendlich zu unseren Gunsten klären konnten.

Es ist völlig unverständlich, warum bei einer Belegung von drei Personen (bei Buchung so angegeben) nur zwei ein Frühstück erhalten sollen.

Keine Ahnung, ob der Fehler beim Hotel oder bei EXPEDIA liegt so oder so für uns als Gäste völlig unbefriedigend

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig, alles in allem hat es gepasst. Aufgrund der Lage kommt das Hotel bei einem weiteren Besuch sicherlich wieder in die engere Wahl.

Ein sehr einfach gehaltenes Hotel mit tollem Service und freundlichem Personal. Ich durfte zwei Stunden früher einchecken. Die Ausstattung ist für Reisende perfekt. Man kann hier seine Wäsche kostenlos waschen. Im Flur gibt es jederzeit kostenlos Wasserflaschen. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.
