Deeply disappointing. The hotel is okay. I forgot something on my room and messaged the hotel about 45 later via the Expedia app. The hotel did NOT respond. When I had access to a phone, I called. They said nothing was found. But they didn’t check when first advised. That’s unacceptable

Es un buen hotel para la poca oferta que hay en Curicó. Cuenta con estacionamiento propio subterráneo. Está en un buen sector de la ciudad y se puede salir a caminar por una de las avenidas principales que tiene bastantes árboles y pasto. Cumple con las expectativas.

It was a pleasant, comfortable place. The staff was friendly and helpful. Minor complaint, I would wish they would dim the restaurant lights for dinner. They were really too bright: reminded me of other places in the world where they like to indicate that it is time for you to leave.

This is a very comfortable hotel to stay in. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed The heated pool was a definite plus. The location was central and convenient. I would happily recommend to a friend.

Lovely hotel in a neat city

We liked the hotel chain so much, we booked it again in another city on our trip. The restaurant was great (both for the breakfast buffet and also for dinner). The food portions were large and a good value for the price. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the parking was safe and easy. The staff was kind and able to deal with our poor Spanish!

Buena experiencia, le falta un poco al desayuno tener más calidad en el té el café, los jugos como agua son mejores los que vienen en botella son más consistente, a la habitación le falta tener pantuflas. Lo demás ok

Hola, bien, solo que en el piso 7 donde me toco mi habitacion, habia una bandeja con un plato copa en el piso, llegue a la 22.30 y sali 8.00delamañana aun estaba ahi... feo

Falta de gestión hotelera

Estando en mi pieza durmiendo, a las 23:30 horas abren la puerta de la pieza y me despierta. Se identifica que le habían asignado la misma pieza. Esto resulta insólito y nunca me había pasado, en ninguna parte.
Obviamente el hotel lo solucionó y me pidió las disculpas.

Bien pero recomiendo mejorar aforo en piscina

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en hotel Diego de Almagro Curicó, y todo bien. Para usar la piscina hay que anotarse previamente, lo único malo es que el aforo es para 5 personas pero cuando no son familia, hay que esperar que las personas salgan de la piscina (aforo dos) cosa que la gente no entiende y se quedan ahí para siempre. Mejor dieran aforo por familia y/o pareja

Precio sorpresa

El precio que pague fue considerablemente mas alto del que aparecia en la reserva que hice previamente. Basicamente me encontre con la sorpresa que el precio final era $50.000 mas.
