This was our first time staying at Orbit One Villas, and what a pleasant surprise! The staff was light-hearted and friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. The grounds are gate-protected and easy to navigate, and there are so many activities to take advantage of! We only had a short stay, so we were unable to take part, but we look forward to returning for a longer stretch of time in order to do so. The self-service café is a nice bonus, as is having laundry machines in the villas (game-changer!). It was less than 15 minutes to Disney, and after a long day in the parks, we were so glad to have a nice, comfortable space to come back to and rest. It would also be perfect for those mid-day park breaks. Thank you to the staff there, we will definitely be back!

We chose this property randomly but will now stay there every time we are in Orlando. Our suite in the Saturn building was large and modern with lots of light and a gigantic bath tub for two! The onsite amenities like the pool were clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. We loved the little touches like free popcorn.

I feel the resort fee is too high. Also I did not request a handicapped room. The bathroom as awful. The tub was unusable with assist hardware. The shower was roll in and got the entire bathroom floor soaked.

Staff were so nice and helpful and check in was fast. Place was very clean and had what we needed. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms had hanging shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and lotion. Also has paper towels, tissues, hair dryer, ironing board etc... TVs had a lot of channels with a printed guide. Kitchen had all the utensils and items needed like a toaster, coffee pot with coffee and creamer. The pool was great and kids loved the slides. They have life jackets on site and towels for pool in the room. It is not a crazy, busy resort that makes you feel worried about your kids in huge crowds. It only took us 15 minutes or less to get to and from Epcot. There is a back way to Walmart, which made grabbing groceries a breeze. Plenty of restaurants, shops and activities near as well. We will stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. Sabrina was extremely kind on check in. I left my bathing suit by accident and they are holding it for me. The activities room is very well stocked for kids to play and create. The hot tub is exceptional and the pool is great too. The condos are roomy and family friendly. We encountered a lot or little worms coming through a not tight doorframe which was annoying and hopefully will be addressed. As with every hotel in Orlando, we've stayed at over the past four years, the floor leaves your feet or socks dirty. I will bring a mop next time. Overall very good place for families.

Great value! We only stayed 2 nights but it was perfect. Amenities were nice we enjoyed the hot tub. We didn't use the kitchen but the coffee machine was great. That was comfortable and the condo was huge, way more than we needed. It's a bit awkward for Uber drivers to pick you up because the gate intercom is broken which means there's no way to get in without a room card. Also you end up waking up early because there are skylights in the bedroom that don't have blinds. Shower heads are due for replacement. Other than those couple of things everything was extremely clean and staff were very thoughtful about the amenities. Tons of soap shampoo towels dish soap even laundry soap is included, we didn't need or use it but we could tell a lot of attention was put into all the extra amenities that are included.

I might as well buy a little apartment here, because it's basically the only place we stay in when we go to Disney. It's 5 minutes away from Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, which we frequent for Dinner. Very easy to get to. We usually get a 2 bedroom, which has a King bed for the couple and another room with 2 twin beds, perfect for 2 extra guests (adult kids in our case). It also has a Queen sofabed, perfect for yet another 2 guests. It has a fully stocked kitchen, full fridge. It just feels like going to a vacation apartment. You can't beat that with a stick. The only iffy thing is that it has a $200 refundable deposit and a nightly resort fee, which has been increasing over the years. But they return the deposit as soon as you check out, and I've never had any issues. The resort fee might eventually be an issue for us, but honestly, other dingy places of less caliber have also started instituting resort fees. Orlando is getting more and more expensive!

Karl at check in was wonderful and very pleasant. Apartment was very clean . The only thing AC does not go below 70 which is a big deal for me I like to sleep in the cold . The fan did help . I think this would be a good place to stay with kids . Everything for the kitchen is there and I enjoyed the big bath tub . The pool looked really nice and there was a splash pad for little ones . Didn’t have time to use it but it looked very clean

What a beautifully renovated property. I would live in this unit. Very nice, finishes and furniture.My unit was right off the pool so I just had to walk out my lanai. Text exchanges with the front desk daily let me know that anything I needed or wanted was just a text away. And a great price also! We will be returning.

We had a great stay! We arrived late Friday night and were put in one of the older condos. Though it was outdated it was VERY clean. The next morning our neighbors were smoking weed and the smell got in our room. We went to ask for a new room bc our baby couldn’t stay in the room that smelled so badly of weed. They were SO accommodating and quickly moved us to one of the updated condos. It was absolutely amazing! So new and so clean-which is huge for me! We would recommend this condo to anyone, so spacious and we took advantage of the kitchen for a few meals. We also loved the location, so close to Disney! Thanks so much for an amazing stay and start to our vacation!

Pros: property was clean and well kept. Nice kitchen. Condo was much more spacious than we expected. Appreciated the screened in patio except the view was of other condos. Complex was pretty quiet at night. Pool and hot tub were nice.
Cons: WiFi was terrible, no Smart TV so we couldn’t stream anything. There was a strangely huge bathtub/jacuzzi/shower in the primary bathroom that was outdated. Bathroom fixtures were outdated. Super busy area- good if you’re going to the all the parks I guess. The staff member that checked us in late Friday night was very unenthusiastic and not welcoming, although a daytime staff member was much more pleasant and helpful.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The space is great and well equipped. However, there is some kind of equipment that is very noisy, especially at night, which can be quite disturbing. Also, the lack of an elevator is a major inconvenience when carrying luggage up to the third floor, especially when traveling with children.

The pool is wonderful as is the hot tub. The activates center attendant was very nice and offered my kids big coloring pages with crayons to take back to the room. The golf area was covered, and I mean covered with leaves. Speaking of leaves the non-English speaking yard people start those very loud leaf blowers very early in the morning, also the very loud mowers. The non-English speaking workers also start speaking very loudly right outside of your unit very early in the AM, and a couple of them perched upon my bedroom windowsill. I had to bang upon the window to get them to leave! Otherwise, all in all it is a nice place.

Check in was easy. A clean and fresh smelling upgraded room was waiting for us when i arrived. We asked for a 1 bedroom and were upgraded automatically to a 2 bedroom. I didnt ask, nor was i told at the front desk. This was perfect as my plan was for our guest to sleep on the sofa bed. Everything was new and organized for us.

The only thing that i didnt enjoy about the room was the shower. It was a large jacuzzi tub without steps to get in/out. The water pressure was also very low in both showers, but we managed. I dont normally complain bc its not always immediately fixable, but i always report it.

Overall a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

We appreciated how clean and spacious the villa was. We arrived late and the check in process was simple and easy. We enjoyed some of the ammenities, pickle ball, shuffle board, waterslide, pool, and the gym. The only suggestion I have is the sprinkler system for the grass waters the walkway and area where you park. Made that a bit difficult for loading and unloading luggage and carrying it into the villa. If you can not climb stairs make sure you request a ground level villa as there are no elevators to the upper floor villas. Each villa also has a private outdoor balcony or patio which is nice for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. Will definitely stay here again.

Dear Orbit One Vacation Villas Team,

However, I must express my deep disappointment with the way my recent situation was handled.
I consider it truly unacceptable and extremely unprofessional that you refused the refund for a reservation clearly made in error — an issue that I reported immediately through Expedia. I contacted your property at the exact moment the reservation was created, and even with the active support from Expedia, my request was denied in a surprisingly cold and dismissive manner.
This regrettable and utterly inconsiderate handling of the case reflects an actitud descarada that no guest should experience, especially when the circumstances were reported instantly and in good faith.
For these reasons, I will certainly not be leaving a positive review, and I believe other travelers deserve to know how situations like this are managed.
