Goodish property with nice staff. Probably not ideal if you’re a bule. Roof top pool is lovely but closes at 7pm. It’s adjacent to the bar which is a bit uncomfortable to swim in when there a lot of fully clothed non-bule locals sitting there… $9.50 AUD for one stubbie of local beer. Breakfast offerings were ok but we skipped the second morning as it was dominated by local food and not that appealing to kids. Interestingly initially they didn’t want to honour the part of the booking through Expedia that included breakfast for two rooms but they did in the end (after taking a photo of the booking confirmation from Expedia on my phone).
Tried to book a massage in the early afternoon but was told they were full (the advertising in the room says it’s a 24 hour service - either in the hotel or on your room). Might have been a language barrier there?
The drain in my shower was open (not sure where the cover went?). Soundproofing needed too. Was quite noisy with the traffic. All of this was in a ‘privilege’ room (on the third floor) too. Beds were comfy (two singles but only one bath robe?). Cute gift shop in the lobby.
Purportedly waking distance to the famous Braga Street but the streets are not safely walkable (heavy traffic, uneven footpaths that stop suddenly).
Our checkout was at midday and sure enough at 1201pm as we were exiting our room reception was calling to remind us to check out….
Management need to probably chat to the team to ensure things are more seamless.

Overall a good hotel, but doesn't offer much more than cheaper hotels (exception, fantastic rooftop pool), imho. More fancy deco/design than real value

Stayed here for a business trip with a total of 4 nights. The check in was quick, received a room
upgrade, the food is good and the room condition is excellent. I pretty much enjoy the location and the atsmophere in the hotel. Highly recommended.

Service response need to improve

Hotel is okay, but they need to improve their room service. Specially sanitising rooms properly.
No iron board in the room. And they provide only two water bottles in a day.
Operator/ room service is not very responsive as for even asking for towels they took some time more than 20 min. So definitely hotel need to improve service

New and confortable

This has the feel of a new hotel. The room was comfy and stylish. We loved lounging at night on the rooftop terrace next to the swimming pool.
The morning swim with city overview was nice as well altough the pool is somehow on the small side and the water was a bit chilly.
Very nice experience overall.

Not recommended for a Business trip

The rooftop pool has amazing views. However, there are no umbrellas. The rest of the hotel was very disappointing. No toilet roll or towel holders, as TV that kept coming on automatically (including after a power cut in the middle of the night), very noisy, etc. Renovation works ongoing, causing noise at bad times.

Nice hotel with rooftop view of the city

Check in was a breeze, very friendly staff, stay was very pleasant, the room is very clean and comfortable. We took an extra bed for one night which was promptly delivered and set up, However, the next day we were disappointed that housekeeping chose to collect the extra bed from our room at 11pm, Without prior notice or call. To be disturbed while we were already in bed was upsetting further more I have my infant who was already asleep and was awaken due to the noises made while the staff was removing the bed.

The international breakfast buffet lacks of variety. But We are still please with what they offer with the local delicacies.

One of the highlight for this hotel is a rooftop infinite pool. It has kids pool and my kids enjoyed it very much. Although the total area of pool is not big and gets crowded easily, it satisfy our needs.

Its a nice hotel but not completely ready

We stay only for one night, it is a brand new hotel but I believe it is not ready to fully operate. The room is clean and nice but lack of amenities. There are minimum shower amenities, No hair dryer, No snack on the bar and empty refrigerator. The bathroom door cannot be locked as the key not on place. The sound of on going construction in the hotel still quite loud and we can hear it clearly from the room in the afternoon.
We also order breakfast through room service which arrived one hour later after we call for the second time and it is already cold. I ordered hot coffee which is no longer hot when it is arrived, french fries and fried rice is also very cold.

Fantastisch hotel! Op loopafstand van Barastreet, supermarkt tegenover hotel. Maar hotel zelf is echt fantastisch!goede service, vriendelijke mensen en een heerlijk ontbijt. Infinity pool is ook mooi in de avond!

Slecht onderhouden kamers, relatief schoon voor Indonesië maar houdt rekening met bijvoorbeeld vlekken in de lakens. Ontbijt is niet gericht op een westers ontbijt en ook het diner was niet goed. Rooftop bar en zwembad is ook niet de moeite waard. Wederom slecht onderhouden, vies en ligbedden waar je liever niet op gaat liggen. Kortom, een hele slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en niet Mercure hotels waardig.

午後４時のチェックインで部屋の準備が未だ、だと。。。。。話しにならないですね。
また、これは施設の問題ではありませんが、ホテル周辺の喧騒が激しい。
恐らく二度と泊まらないです。

If you want to relax I don’t recommend this place. The walls is not very good isolated and there is no quiet zone inn the hall. It wasn’t just a little noisy, but I got woken up several times of slamming doors, children running and screaming.
And they also start vacuum the hallway pretty early to. And it’s not like a normal vacuum. It’s sounds like a industrial vacuum. They also turn on music 06.00 in the hall

The service is good, but it could been better and also the cleaning of rooms and sheets. I mean the hotel opened one year ago, but still the sheets and carpets look much older than that.

The hotel looks very nice, but all in all I don’t think it’s worth it.

Mercure-label zeker niet waard...

Ik ben geen grote fan van de Mercure hotels, maar het verblijf in dit hotel in Bandung is wel heel erg teleurstellend verlopen. Ik heb hier voor mijn werk 4 nachten doorgebracht. Het management van het hotel is onvoldoende op de hoogte van de wereldwijde standaarden van de keten.

- Kamer was niet schoon (kruimels en druppels massageolie op de nachtkastjes). Vlekken op stoel...
- Schoonmaak van de kamers vaak pas na 16:00 uur. Onduidelijk systeem om aan te geven dat de kamer kan worden schoongemaakt (zowel een lampje als een kaartje aan de deur),
- Handdoeken worden niet dagelijks vervangen, maar opgeraapt van de vloer en weer opgehangen. Grote vlekken in de handdoeken. Soms waren ineens handdoeken weg en had ik er nog maar eentje over.
- Kamers zijn erg gehorig, met name naar de gang. Het hotel is een familiehotel en kinderen spelen al vroeg in de ochtend in de gang.
- Overlast van de club (muziekcafe), die onderin het hotel is gelegen.
- Lampen bij het bed waren defect.
- Masterschakelaar bij het bed was ook defect, waardoor ik steeds naar het halletje moest lopen om het licht aan de doen. In het donker in de nacht erg lastig.
- Hoewel dit een nieuw hotel is, was er al behoorlijk was slijtage aan muren en kasten in de kamer (fineer van de kasten gescheurd / getrokken).
- Hotel is gelegen bij een moskee (oproep gebed om 4:00 uur).
- Laundry service: na de was zaten er meer vlekken in de kleding dan ervoor.
- Positief was de service van de receptie.

Internet not good.
Small pool.
Lots of people smoking in pool area (even with the mark of prohibited smoking).
The parking is free, but if a taxi driver come to left me on the hotel I need to pay!

Great hotel

A nice and well kept hotel in the heart of Bandung. Fully worthy of its 4 star rating. Extremely comfortable, helpful staff, nice pool and a pretty good breakfast buffet. I highly recommend it!

良いホテルです。でも、交通の便が良くない。

とても設備が良いホテルと思います。特に朝食メニューが良いと思います。種類が豊富で美味しく量もたっぷりありました！１つ欠点は、バンドン駅周辺の繁華街に行くのにタクシーで行くしかないことです。又、渋滞があり時間のかかるときがあります。予約したサイトでは駅から1.5キロとありましたが渋滞が有ると30分もかかります。
