Olá, enfrentamos problemas com o ar-condicionado do quarto. Precisei inclusive gravar um vídeo demonstrando a falha, para evitar qualquer dúvida sobre o ocorrido. No primeiro dia, foi oferecido um ventilador e, no segundo, a troca para um quarto de categoria inferior. Diante do desgaste e do transtorno já causados, acabei optando por não aceitar a mudança.

O hotel estava dentro das expectativas, mas infelizmente ficamos hospedados num quarto próximo a rua e o barulho incomodou bastante para dormir. Por isso, meu conceito sobre o hotel acabou decepcionando.
Vale ressaltar que foram atenciosos quando esqueci um aparelho médico importante e me ajudaram a recuperá-lo de forma segura.

Hotel bom, de acordo com o ofertado.
Me deparei com algumas baratinhas no banheiro e senti cheiro de esgoto do lado de fora do quarto que acredito vir da rua.
Algumas toalhas estavam bem gastas, chegando a estarem esgarçadas.
Pontos positivos são alguns funcionários como os da cozinha e seu Angelo e Raul da recepção, muito atenciosos e solícitos.

Bom hotel para ficar perto do Parque Beto Carrero, uns 10 minutos a pé. Hotel adequado para 2 a 3 dias, sendo que o público é basicamente de pessoas que também estão lá para o parque. Dessa forma, existe um pico de pessoas no café da manhã.

O quarto era muito bom e o atendimento da recepção também. O que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento da cozinha na hora da janta. Disseram que estavam com muita demanda e o lanche demoraria 20 min, mas só entregaram após 1:30h, meu filho acabou dormindo sem jantar.

Bom custo benefício

O custo benefício foi bom. A limpeza é ótima, cama de casal confortável, as de solteiro nem tanto. O atendimento é razoável, mas acho que é cultura da região ser mais seco.
O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor. Senti falta de bolos caseiros, os servidos são de massa pronta.
O hotel fica próximo do parque Beto Carreiro e dá para ir a pé, em torno de 8 min de caminhada. A noite tem alguns restaurantes próximos, pizzaria e uma padaria em frente, o que facilita a noite para o jantar e também para tomar café a tarde.
No geral a estadia foi boa.

Sem luxos, mas confortável.

Bom hotel, típico de região de turismo. Não tem luxo, mas confortável para descansar e com algumas atividades para crianças/adolescentes. Tivemos alguns problemas com hóspedes (famílias) chegando após a meia-noite, que nem mesmo a recepção conseguiu controlar. Mas são esforçados no atendimento. Meu filho estava de aniversário e cantaram parabéns com um pequeno bolo, fez toda a diferença este singelo ato.

O serviço de quarto só é executado se vc solicitar, no quarto que fiquei não havia interfone, passei mal durante minha estada e estava sozinha o que dificultou, por exemplo, para solicitar algo no quarto. O restaurante foi inflexível quando solicitamos tacas para tomar o vinho que já tínhamos, e íamos consumir lá! Poderia ter sugerido um valor pela rolha, por exemplo

Preço alto para pouca coisa!

O hotel é limpo e os funcionários foram simpáticos e educados. Porém eu e minha família alugamos dois quartos, a cama em que minha filha (que é adulta) dormiu, era um colchão de espuma, afundava durante a noite. Quando pedimos a substituição, colocaram outro colchão pior, duro e que também afundava. Café da manhã razoável, com pouca variação e não muito atrativo, Wi-Fi super instável, ainda mais com a quantidade de hóspedes presentes. Os quartos com sacada dão para a entrada do hotel (ficamos neles), o barulho da rua parece que está dentro do quarto. Para ajudar, alguns hóspedes estavam com motos grandes para um evento que estava acontecendo na cidade, ligavam as motos a qualquer hora do dia, inclusive de madrugada, ficavam acelerando elas e o barulho absurdo não era impedido pelos funcionários do hotel, um descaso total. Não recomendo e não voltarei ao hotel!

Muito bom hotel. Recepcionistas excelentes, me fizeram sentir acolhida para dias de tranquilidade e descanso. Limpeza impecável tanto dos quartos quanto áreas comuns. Muito bom para crianças. Quartos confortáveis. Oferecem toalhas para piscina e praia (o que é ótimo), repelente para tomada e um creminho repelente de cortesia (achei fofo essa parte), não sofremos com insetos. Estacionamento amplo.

Pontos negativos: piscina poderia ser climatizada, pq é bem gelada a água.
Café da manhã atende, mas poderia ser melhor, pouca variedade, ovo mexido é estranho, fica duro e como se fosse uma forma de ovos assados.
Jantar é um custo benefício que não compensa. Pouca variedade, bem simples. Bebidas caras e tem 10% do garçom.

No geral é bom, mas pecam na alimentação. Voltarei se possível, mas não jantaria no restaurante do hotel.

O café da manhã era simples, poucas variedades, mas atendia bem as necessidades.
Ficávamos o dia todo no Beto Carrero, é só voltávamos a noites, e percebemos que tem bastante mosquitos, então não deixávamos as janelas abertas. O chuveiro ótimo, bem quente e com pressão.
As camas eram boas e com roupas de cama limpas.
A limpeza tem que ser solicitada ao sair.

Ao lado do parque

A região no entorno do parque Beto Carrero é bem servida de pousadas e pequenos hotéis, no entanto, a maioria dos estabelecimentos não se esforça em melhorar seus serviços porque entendem que o parque é o grande atrativo, nesse sentido o Vila Olaria se destaca um pouco, embora mais caro que a média, a localização é excelente, tem uma boa estrutura, alguns quartos carecem de manutenção, o café da manhã é bom, tem piscina externa, o atendimento pode ser melhor e mais uniforme, mas no geral oferece um bom custo benefício.

Hotel simples, mas com boas condições de higiene.
Quarto que fiquei era grande com 02 beliches e 01 cama de casal. Funcionários da recepção extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos.
Café da manhã tem muitos doces. Há jantar (pago a parte) no sistema de Buffet para adultos e crianças.
Aproveitamos também a piscina já que estava muito quente.
Acredito ser uma ótima opção para quem quer se hospedar próximo ao Beto Carrero.

Honesto e próximo ao parque do Beto Carrero!

O hotel, ou melhor, a pousada é proxima ao parque e é possivel caminhar ate lá. Isso foi um ponto positivo.
Pontos negativos: durante o check in, o atendente Gustavo, deu uma resposta "atravessada" pro meu marido que me incomodou, mas o Aleff foi tão simpático que nem dei importância.
Depois, este mesmo atendente, que pela "panca" deve ser o gerente ou chefe dos recepcionistas, me disse ser impossível um late check out de 1h. Estávamos em 4 crianças com apenas um banheiro no quarto. As camareiras vão entrar em todos os quartos exatamente na mesma hora? Sei...

Não esperem tratamento de hotel. É POUSADA!

Decepção e arrependimento - Quarto horrível

Pessoal, fomos em 1 família com 5 pessoas, sendo 2 adultos, 2 adolescentes e 1 criança de 6 anos.
Fujam se oferecer o quarto número 1 - quarto parecia um caixote com janela minúscula e sem janela no banheiro …. Local horrível, abafado e com forte cheiro de mofo…. As fotos não coincidem com o quarto que me jogaram.
Como chegamos no final do dia e estávamos muito cansados, fomos dormir, mas quem disse que conseguimos… o quarto ficava na passagem da escada principal e do elevador… acordamos várias vezes a noite devido o trânsito de pessoas e malas que pareciam estar dentro do nosso quarto… Além da falta de conforto no apartamento, não tivemos o mínimo que é uma boa noite de sono.
No dia seguinte reclamei na recepção antes de ir ao parque e fomos simplesmente ignorados. Pessoal fujam desse hotel. A parte externa não coincide com a qualidade do atendimento e dos quartos. Se precisar de ajuda saberão como realmente são. CUIDADO antes da reserva.
Foi o maior arrependimento da minha vida.

Perto do parque e bom pra crianças

Bom para crianças, perto do beto carrero, mas para um casal, tem várias comodidades que não usamos, como parquinho e piscina, que não valem o valor a mais da estadia. Tem coisas mais baratas por perto, que suprem bem a necessidade. Mas os quartos sao bem amplos, banheiro bom, café da manhã bem gostoso… nao me arrependo… só paguei caro, talvez por ter comprado em cima da hora.

Vale muito a pena

As instalações do hotel são bem antigas e simples, mas estão em boas condições (tive problemas de vazamentos no banheiro mas que foram resolvidos). Chuveiros excelentes. Colchões, roupa de cama e banho são muito satisfatórios. O ar condicionado do apartamento também tinha a função de aquecedor, o que é ótimo .
Boa localização, dá pra ir a pé para o Beto Carrero (10 minutos Aprox.). A equipe de atendentes foi fantástica, muito gentil e prestativa.
O café da manhã não tem tanta variedade, (principalmente quando o hotel está mais vazio) mas é bom. Na horário noturno o cardápio é limitado e eu particularmente não achei o lanche saboroso.
O ponto negativo foi o fato de não haver serviço de limpeza do quarto por conta da pandemia. E o pior mesmo foi não ter sido informado disso quando fiz a reserva nem no check in.

Recomendo, mas o café da manhã precisa melhorar

Próximo ao parque, dá para ir a pé tranquilamente. Em relação ao café da manhã, o que estraga é que os sucos não são naturais e são super aguados. Melhor oferecer apenas um suco de verdade, tipo de laranja, do que vários de péssima qualidade - o de laranja parecia suco de pó. Os frios são armazenados de forma errada, ficam todos grudados na bandeja, bem complicado tb. O restante do café da manhã era bom.

Hotel com instalações muito boas, equipe da recepção muito cordial e atenciosa, quarto bastante espaçoso. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar com certeza. Somente uma sugestao: agendar horarios diferenciados para cafe da manhã qdo hotel estiver com alta ocupação. No domingo o hotel estava lotado, e gerou certo tumulto na hora do café, com falta de mesas e de alguns itens no buffet (q foram prontamente repostos pela equipe da cozinha).

Melhor conforto descansar. após visita ao parque. Café da manhã com diversas opções de frios, com bolos e pães. Ideal hospedar com crianças. Atendentes super prestativos em qualquer horário. Recomendo a todos. nível satisfação 100%. Pretendo retornar mesmo hotel para visitar parque que tem distância de 800 metros. Do hotel até aeroporto 20 minutos.
