O hotel tem boa estrutura e piscina. Apesar de ao meu ver ainda faltar alguns importantes detalhes para ser considerado realmente um \"Resort\", os destaques vão, sem dúvida, para a cordialidade e hospitalidade do gerente geral Edmilson e toda a sua atenciosa equipe do hotel (com algumas exceções pontuais), e ESPECIALMENTE À COZINHA: BUFFETS de café da manhã e dos jantares = ESPLÊNDIDOS!

Portanto, VALE MUUUITO! A PENA a aquisição do regime de MEIA PENSÃO (café da manhã + jantar) NO ATO DA RESERVA - pois fui informado e confirmado no próprio hotel que a aquisição da MEIA PENSÃO POSTERIORMENTE, À PARTE DA RESERVA, NÃO É COMERCIALIZADA. APENAS COMPRANDO JUNTO À RESERVA DA HOSPEDAGEM.

Hotel com ótimo custo-benefício. Café da manhã muito bom. Tivemos um problema com a limpeza do quarto em um dos dias da viagem, mas nada que desabone o hotel. Infelizmente para mim, e felizmente para outros, o hotel é pet friendly. É possível que você presencie latidos e alguns desentendimentos entre cães durante o café da manhã ou nos momentos de descanso na piscina. Como sugestão, seria interessante a disponibilização de mais guarda-sóis na área da piscina.

O quarto era peefeito limpo aconchegante e a cama maravilhosa. O café da manhã tinha uma variedade incrível de pães bolos frutas sucos e e muito mais, os funcionários eram atenciosos e o hotel tem um exelente atendimento, o estacionamento é 10,00 a diaria mas muito bom e seguro. O valor dos itens no mini bar é aburdo, sei que hoteis são caros, mas esse passou do limite.
Café e jantar maravilhoso compensa adicionar meia pensão na diária.

os pontos bons quarto limpo e café da manhã impecável, Os pontos ruins a equipe da piscina área ser mais específico o Bar, todos desorganizados não anotavam direito os pedidos, nosso amigo teve que descrever o que estava devendo pois eles não sabiam, meu marido ganhou um premio, uma bebida e como estavam demorando (uma hora) ele foi falar com o rapaz da bebida Denilson e ele virou as costa para ele, não quis ouvir a reclamação meu marido ficou nervoso e eu fiquei esperando ele fazer a bebida, meu marido foi reclamar com Carol e ela destratou meu marido, não deu importância ao caso, e ainda quiseram cobrar a bebida ganha, resumindo um desastre, tudo muito desorganizado sem contar a piscina muito suja. Ficamos desapontados, não pretendo me hospedar novamente, é um hotel muito gostoso quartos excelentes, limpeza excelente mas a parte nova da piscina um pessoal completamente de despreparados e sem nenhuma habilidade no trato com os clientes, infelizmente temos que tomar cuidado na contratação do pessoal, isso é muito importante em um negócio. Triste.

O cheiro do banheiro era incomodativo. Penso que está precisando de uma revisão dos encanamentos, saneamento e esgoto pois o cheiro se tornava forte por vezes.. ficamos no sexto piso e ambos os quartos tinha esse problema (não sei se será do piso apenas, mas é um problema para os hóspedes). De resto, nada a apontar, equipe atenciosa e bem formada, espaços amplos e limpos. Boa estadia exceptuando o referido.

O quarto estava cheirando a cerveja e, de fato, estava sujo. Havia cerveja derramada no piso e marcas das garrafas de cerveja em vários locais: mesa, bancada do banheiro, bancada de apoio para a mala, perto do espelho. Acredito que faltou zelo e cuidado da equipe de limpeza, pois era muito fácil de ver tal descuido. Para um hotel que se diz resort, deixou muito a desejar.

Tudo perfeito. Quarto espaçoso e limpo, café da manhã excelente (mesmo com hotel cheio, não caiu a qualidade), a estrutura do hotel superou as expectativas (melhor que nas fotos) e a equipe toda do hotel foi super educada e atenciosa em todo o tempo. Só não ficamos mais uma diária porque não tinha mais qusrtos disponíveis.

O hotel passou a ter uma área de lazer com uma piscina, sauna e bar, além de permitir estadias rapidas (day use). Eu entendo que o hotel deva se reinventar mas todos os a hóspedes devem ser respeitados. O barulho era insuportável e a música a todo vapor de manhã até meia-noite, com uma qualidade questionável, ainda mais. Se alguns hóspedes querem diversão non-stop, outros querem paz e sossego. Já fui mais de 15.vezes ao hotel, não sei se voltarei mais.

Embora que foi uma estadia de um dia somente, recomendo o hotel a todos, já é a terceira vez que nos hospedamos lá .Hotel muito organizado, limpo, café da manhã espetacular e uma equipe muito prestativa. Ótima localização, com shopping muito próximo e, estacionamento para o carro.

O hóspede do quarto da frente deixou a bandeja com o resto de comida dentro, no corredor e em frentre ao quarto. Infelizmente essa é a cultura de alguns brasileiros. Entretanto o que mais me decepcionou foi que fizemos o check-in as 18:00 essa bandeja já estava lá no corredor e apesar de eu ter avisado o recepcionista as 7:00 da manhã do dia seguinte, pois ninguém do hotel retirou espontaneamente, a bandeja só foi retirada depois das 9:00, um pouco antes de nós fazermos o check-out e já estava cherando ruim.

A parte boa é que os funcionários foram sempre prestativos. As partes ruins: meu lençol não havia sido trocado desde do hóspede anterior e estava cheio de areia. O hotel não disponibiliza ferro de passar roupas no quarto, é preciso ir ate uma sala próxima da recepção onde SÓ TEM UM FRRRO! ou seja vc precisa esperar quem estava na frente terminar de passar suas roupas pra poder usar... Economias bobas que tornam a experiência bem pior do que poderia ser para um hotel que tem uma boa estrutura. Não recomendo

O hotel parece ser novo e estava tudo limpinho.
Levei minha dog mas eles não me ofereceram nem cama, tapete e pote de água ( apesar de sempre levar), tem hotéis que oferecem na recepção. Cobram 70,00 pra nada!

Muito bom!

Hotel bem localizado, ao lado do shopping , supermercado e academia com passagem direta do hotel, facilita bastante durante a estadia. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis, no café da manhã, o café poderia ser melhor, estava com gosto de borracha.

Fomos bem recebidos, atendimento rápido. Solicitei mais toalhas pois estávamos em 3 e muito eficiente o serviços... Quarto aconchegante e iluminação adequada para o sono, mas em determinado momento a iluminação deixou a desejar. Quarto pouco iluminado. Travesseiro baixo. Poderiam deixar mais travesseiros disponíveis.
Demorei a dormir por conta de barulho de veículos que passam perto do hotel...
Fora isso tudo foi perfeito...
Café ótimo com bastante variedade de sucos, bolos, pães...
Valor acessível e ótimas opções de pagamento.

Muito barulho

O hotel é bom, os funcionários educados, e o café da manhã tem ótima qualidade. O único porém, foi o barulho da obra na construção do anexo do hotel em pleno domingo de manhã enquanto estávamos tomando o café, os hóspedes ficaram muito incomodados com a falta de sensibilidade do hotel com esse incômodo.

Cheguei e fui colocado no quarto errado. Tive que esperar mais de 15 min para ser trocado de quarto. No quarto que me colocaram o controle do ar não funcionava e estava muito sujo. Impossível ficar descalço de tão sujo.
