On arrival the hotel parking was full and we were told we would have to park across the road (which was also full) eventually after some back and forth they allowed us to park in the electric charging bay. I was not given the correct room type with a king bed. It had 2 small singles. The connecting room door inside my room allowed all noise through. I could hear every conversation from the person next door. The bathroom sink still had toothpaste on it from the previous guest. I would not say this is a premium hotel.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel.

We loved our stay in this hotel, it is beautifully kept and spotless. The staff were fantastic and super professional. The food was excellent quality and great value. The gift of a bottle of local wine on check out was a lovely touch. The only two criticisms I have are the fact that the wellness centre carried an extra charge, and the bedroom temperature was slightly hard to control.

The hotel was well looked after and the service was great. The rooms where cleaned to a good standard and the food was very nice. The only issues we had was with events. There where times when the dining hall and parking where booked out and restricted to non guests with no seen prior warning. The wine celler was only for groups who booked in advance, and the welmess center had a charge for use (but reduced for guests).

Great first impressions, would recommend!

We arrived at the parking, the gate opened immediatly and was greeted with nice spaces. Everything super clearly labeled and staff was friendly from the beginning to the end! I would highly recommend this hotel for a getaway with a bit of wellness. My only recommendation would be more places to hang towels/bathrobes in the wellness area as the beds and chairs are very quickly all reserved and you have no where to put your items while enjoying the spa!

This is a very nice hotel located on the outskirts of Znojmo, just short walking distance to the center, with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. Hotel is modern, clean, with an excellent restaurant and wellness center. The breakfast bar is amazing. All staff is very courteous and professional. We had a little issue with our room safe and the service person came within few minutes to fix it. Definitely will repeat our stay in this hotel next time we visit Znojmo.

Big disappointment

I chose this hotel for my family for a weekend in Znojmo, but it was a huge disappointment. Extra fee for wellness, extra fee for parking - at this time absolutely unthinkable at 4 * hotel. We busted a room with a king size bed - for two adults and one child - instead of the king size bed we got two beds separately - when we put them together remained the gap in the middle - making the overall quality of sleep very poor.
The location of the hotel between the blocks of flats seemed not very impressive and the distance from the center was not much.
The wellness we were looking forward to and payed extra fee was horrible - on the roof of the hotel where the daylight was - the relax atmosphere was zero - it was more of an urban swimming pool - the sun beds did not match the capacity of people who were unvarn - only 10 sun loungers that have a capacity of at least 30 people. Water in the pool very cold and the overall wellnes atmosphere really failed.
But what was worst was the breakfast - the cheapest buffet I had ever seen - creepy coffee, juice from a syrup machine - very poor. Food very poor quality /ham, salami and cheese - the cheapest- lack of vegetables fruit, pastry was not fresh /
Wellnes towels were missing, only one soap per room / for 3 persons / and very poor cosmetics, for being a 4 * hotel.
The quality of the service did not match the price or reviews on the Internet.
The only praise deserved by the staff, who was very kind.

Relaxing spa experience and most amazing breakfast

Very clean and comfortable room. There was plenty of storage space if you were unpacking, and a lot of hooks at the entrance for coats and bathrobes. There was also a small bench so you can sit down to put on your shoes. It would have been nice to have a bit more space for the suitcases but not a big deal.

The shower was extremely effective with plenty of hot water. It would have been nice to have a few more hooks inside.

The swimming pool and sauna area is lovely and relaxing if you can avoid family rush hour, and the massage service is very good.

The restaurant was excellent and we tried both the outside barbeque menu and the inside kitchen menu. The dining area is beautiful with high glass walls and trees around making it feel airy. Good range of food with everything from brothy soups to burgers, duck and pork and salads. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever seen. They had chia seed and coconut puddings for those who are gluten free lactose free, pate, cheese, sausage, hot and cold meat, eggs, myriad cakes and pastries, yoghurt, fruit (apricots and plums), wine and more.

We could not have the window open at night due to noise - not parties but there are high density apartment blocks around. The air conditioning works well.

There is a locked garage to store your bicycles if you have them with

The shower wall is glass and you can see inside from the bed, but just slide the wardrobe door across to give privacy.

Der Wellenbereich war wie erwartet gemütlich, nur der Pool war mit 23 Grad für mich zu kalt. Der Frühstückstisch war gut gefüllt und das Personal war immer aufmerksam, egal ob beim Frühstück oder beim Abendessen. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und sauber. Das ist ein Grund, wiederzukommen.

Das Hotel liegt leider in einem Außenbezirk mit den sich daraus ergebenden Umständen.
Die Zimmer waren in einwandfreiem Zustand und recht groß. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut und vor allem das Frühstück war eine Sensation.

Det fanns en tydlig instruktion och den följdes (ställa temperatur och fläktstyrka samt stänga fönster)
Då det var högljud trafik utanför fick vi sova i 24 grader och utan ventilation i två nätter. Mycket dåligt bemötande att inte se över anläggningen!

Zimmer war neben dem Eingang zum Wellness Eingang und es war störend.
Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
Konnte leider erst ab 23h schlafen.
Beim Waschbecken konnte ich den Ablauf fast nicht öffnen.
Frühstück war wirklich sehr umfangreich.
Parken ist extra ist fast Pflicht da wenig Parkplatz durch die Wohngegend vorhanden sind.
Wellness Bereich wäre sehr schön aber leider zu viele Besucher und auch extra zu bezahlen je nach Zimmer.

Gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Premium Hotel sehr genossen. Vom Check-In über Nachtessen, Frühstücksbuffet bis zum Check-Out war alles bestens.

Wir haben uns auch eine zweistündige Paar-Massage gegönnt. Diese war leider nicht nur angenehm. Ich hatte am anderen Tag einige blaue Flecken am Rücken. Aber ich hätte vielleicht auch etwas sagen müssen.
Vor allem habe ich mich aber daran gestört, dass hier im Badezimmer noch Plastikbecher und kleine einzeln verpackte Seifen (die nach jedem Gast weggeworfen werden) zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Auf unserer ganzen Reise von gut zwei Wochen war dies der einzige Ort wo es so war. Alle anderen Hotels stellten ihren Gästen Gläser und nachfüllbare Flüssigseifen zur Verfügung. Das könnte - gerade in der heutigen Zeit - optimiert werden.

Im grossen und ganzen war aber das Hotel sowie auch der Wellness- und Poolbereich sehr schön gestaltet und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Grundsätzlich ist alles Gut und ein sehr schönes Hotel !
Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut und ausreichend!
Die Betten wirklich gut!

Leider ist bei uns in der Buchung versteckt gewesen, das der Zutritt zum Pool 10,00 Euro pro Personen kostet.

Leider knallen die Türen sehr laut was ein ausschlafen nicht möglich macht.
Auch die WC Spülung der Nachbarn hört man extrem und laut.

Parken kostet 8,00 Euro! Ist aber auf der Straße möglich!

Deutsche Programme sind vorhanden!
In der gesamtschau aber gut !

Noch eins : der Sanitärbereich ist komplett aus Glas und eine Privatsphäre auf WC und Dusche kaum möglich !

Das Hotel liegt im Wohngebiet und dennoch recht ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Den Wellnessbereich habe ich nicht benutzt und daher kann ich dazu keine Angaben machen. Die Weinkarte im Restaurant ist regional sehr gut.

Vi havde booket hotellet fordi der stod det var børnevenligt og fordi der var pool. Vi betalte rigeligt for værelset, så det overraskede mig at vi skulle betale ekstra for at bruge poolen. Desuden fik vi af vide da vi ankom, at børnene ikke var velkommen i poolområdet efter kl. 19/7 p.m. Det var ikke sjovt at skulle fortælle 3 børn det kl. 18.45/6.45 p.m, da vi ankom efter 10 timer i bil.
Vi havde booket en familiesuite. Det var så connecting rooms. Hvor der ikke engang var gjort klar til at vi kom, så vi måtte ned og få dem til at åbne mellem værelserne. Og hvor der ikke var en seng til vores yngste.

Selve hotellet er virkelig fint og der mangler ikke noget. Maden i restauranten om aftenen er virkelig god. Morgenmadsbuffeten er okay, men ikke noget vildt.

Hotellet ligger midt i et beboelsesområde med lejlighedskomplekser over alt og en biergarten i forhaven.

Vi havde et fint ophold, men det var lidt præget af en virkelig dårlig start på opholdet.

Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön! Und das Essen (Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen) ist ein Traum!! Ein hoch auf den Koch!
Für Kinder nur mittelmässig geeignet, ist eher ein Business und Pärchenhotel. Wellness Bereich lässt zu wünschen übrig, viel zu klein und im Service sehr schwach. Sauna war ausgeschalten und Liegen gibt es viel zu wenige. Aber neu, sauber und ansprechend!
