Hotel staffs are really friendly and helpful when we ask for some direction for our sightseeing even with their limit english.
They are able to arrange additional shuttle service on top of their schedule. It's a hotel for the family to spend time together but don't expect too much for this small little town hotel.
For thise onsen lovers, I will say they have very good view overseeing the whole Gero town. I will recommend you to go for a bath in the afternoon instead due to morning sun glare into the outdoor bath.

他の宿泊所さんは、電車がきたら『〇〇宿こちら』のプラカードをだして待ってましたよ。
かなりの坂道をひーこら小学生の息子と登りました。
もっとシャトルバスのアピールをしてほしかったです。
スタッフさんは丁寧でした。ちょうど宝探しゲームをやっていて、子どもの時間潰しに良かったのですが、

酒店分新館本館，好像是疫情後蓋了新館。升降機很有特色，是斜着上的。住的是和式榻榻米，會幫你鋪好床。職員們都十分有禮。早餐和晚餐是自助式，兩天菜式都一樣。溫泉有露天和室內。酒店在山上，所以酒店有提供接駁巴士，但不是按時間表發車，而是他剛好有人下山，就會發車，剛好回到JR站的人就可以上車回去。如果沒有發車，需要自己打給酒店，派人發車。但我們有一次等了30分鐘都沒有車，也沒有日本電話號碼，在電話亭打了兩次才有車。其實車程只是1分鐘，但是上山走路可能20分鐘吧，而且下大雨。希望可以完善此部分

適度な距離感でのサービスがとても気持ちの良いホテルだと感じました。温泉もとてもすべすべツルツルになりました。食事もどれも美味しく、本当に大満足です。カニがまた美味しかったです。大きな花火もあげて下さり旅に華を添えてくれました。次回もこちらのホテルに泊まりたいです。
