Still the best hotel option in the immediate area. Rooms are starting to show its age a bit (to be expected). Front desk staff is much improved (friendly, attentive, helpful) since our last visit. Rico in maintenance continues to be the best in the business. Highly recommend this location when in the area.

The property was great. Expedia canceled one of my rooms. So I had to pay an extra 412.00 for an additional room. I am finding more issues with Expedia. A mistake was made by someone else and I had to pay for it!!! Not good and I will make sure to tell everyone about this issue. This is not acceptable.

The staff at Tru are exceptional. They go above and beyond for guests. I had one staff even bring orange juice and apple juice to our room for breakfast because my hands were full. Even though it was a chaotic weekend with the Holman Reunion, they still managed to keep the environment all-guest friendly by enforcing quiet time and keeping it clean. Great job!!

The hotel didn't clean our room for three days. We had to ask for towels and the rooms had an odor especially the bathroom. I think that was the worst stay that I've had there.

This was just a one night stay while visiting family in the area, and we could not have been more pleased with the accommodations! Not only is the color scheme pleasant and appealing, the lobby has a pool table and several games available to the guests. The free breakfast was nice, and the room was very clean and comfortable. There were a few cosmetic issues in the room (exposed wiring from a replaced network outlet, some screw holes that hadn’t been patched, and some ill-placed towel hooks in the bathroom), but overall this was an amazing stay!

The hotel was clean and well kept. There was one entry door that had a broken lock, which was a slight inconvenience, but not devastating. The free breakfast was better than some other hotels, but not gourmet by any means. Overall, a good place to stay, but a little short of excellant.

What I did not like is having a room that I prepaid be cancelled because I did not arrive the first day due to unforeseen circumstances.The room rate increased over the original price paid. They seemed short of staff. The hallway carpet on the first floor was filthy. There was a brown spot on the bedsheet.

The check in was slow because it was a third party reservation and the next day the hotel did not show that we had checked in. They asked me to come to the front desk to complete our reservation process. Our room was clean but no closet or any place to put anything away. No microwave and only a small refrigerator without a freezer. Complimentary breakfast was better than most.

Our stay was great! I was met by friendly staff when checking in, and the process was quick and efficient. The room was cleaned pretty well, although I do feel the bathroom could use a good, deep clean. There was a little mildew in the lower corners of the shower (in the grout) that needs addressing, and the glass door of the shower stall needs to be descaled. Otherwise, everything was very neat and clean!

Upon checking in the lady remembered us from last year and even greeted us by name whenever we would walk through the lounge area. Another staff member striked up a conversation with us and it was pleasant to see her interest in the reason for our visit. Any issues no matter how small the staff were quick to address it and help to find a solution.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection. There was also a nice selection of snacks and beverages including alcohol. The hotel is going for a trendy vibe with a pool table, lounge area, and hanging chairs. The only drawback would be if you stay on the street side - there is some traffic noise. But overall it was a nice stay, I would choose this hotel again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Stuttgart area.

2 Dat Stay in Stuttgart

We stayed 2 nights at this place on this trip. We have stayed at this motel twice before. The rooms are adequate, a little smaller than most and are No Frills, not even a microwave but it does have a mini fridge. The Breakfast was good and better than most. There is ample parking. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. There is not a lot of choices for motels in Stuttgart and this one is the newest of what's available. We will be going back later this year and will more than likely stay here again.

Rosalyn, the night person, was extremely rude. I rang the doorbell because the door was locked and she rudely stated I'm right here! There was no welcome or even asking the question if i had a reservation. Just drivers license and credit card. I asked her name. She told me Rosalyn, spelled it, and asked if she needed to write it down for me. I told her she was extremely rude.
