Upon entering the property, it was very apparent that the place was old and fairly run down. This is not the staff's fault. They do what they can. In the room, the toilet was clogged - PRIOR to using it. A staff member came by and took care of it. The furniture in the room was well-worn (to be kind). The a/c worked. There was a side security door to the outside that was open 24/7 - so no need to use one's card to get into the building. The outside was littered with all types of stuff. Luckily I was able to park right in front of the room - area was quite - safe for the night. This is a place to crash (and hope for no bed bugs - none seen) for one who does not expect anything..and that's fine. It's not the worst of the 100 or so hotel.com stays I've had (there was one in Liverpool that was flooded - bad plumbing). They need to reconsider having this place on their site until it is grossly improved. So, if you need a crash pad that is very conveniently located to US27 and the turnpike - go for it. Just a very wide berth of \"acceptable\".

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. If you need a cheap place to lay your head for the night then this is it for ya. But if you wanna have a cup of coffee in the morning then this is not the place nothing in the rooms to make or nothing down by the office check in area. Check in was simple no issues. Building constantly smelled like weed. Like they say you get what you pay for. We wanted something to eat for dinner and it was 40 mins round trip. So if you want better amenities stay in a better location.

****AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!**** The staff was nice. The room was terribly dirty. Sink and tub plugged. Toothpaste or something similar stuck to the sheets on the bed. They didn’t smell clean. Smelled like someone had been sleeping in them for days. NO amenities. Towels look like they’ve been in use since the 80’s. Small, dingy white and threadbare. Ironing board must have been used as a table. Every time I ironed using the steam the cover smelled like weeks old deep fried food. Horrible experience. Will never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

The hotel staff is professional and kind. Their personalities are calm and friendly. The rooms are renovated; you have all you need for a good night's sleep and stay. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. The hotel has a pool and no restaurant, but you can access all kinds of food. I travel alone, and I feel safe and quiet at night.

We mostly needed the stay to rest after a wedding and it mostly served that proposed but there were some considerable issues with the room. Primarily, the shower head was installed in the wall opposite to the shower curtain and the shower head was far too short so it could not be aimed to avoid flooding the bathroom. We had to shower with very cold water because turning the shower handle to increase the water pressure and temperature would cause the bathroom to start flooding. The room was also not very clean at all from day 1: dirty/stained towels, roach in bathroom, the air from AC felt dirty and left our throats sore.

This is a very old hotel and could use updates. It took 15 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower and the lamps in the wall by the beds did not work and one was missing the switch in its entirely. This is good enough to stay at if you are only sleeping there.I paid $79 a night and would pay any higher price for this hotel.

I do not know.We did not stay.We were displaced from our house because of the Hurricane Milton.When we got to the hotel we found out they had no air.They manger was willing to refund the money but i res.the room through a 3rd party.EXPEDIA.I talked to 5 people 4 out of the 5 hung up onme.I understand no refund esp if the reason is if they found another hotel but we had no air which had nothing to do withme. I was told even after i told them our house we copuld not get to .They told me they could refund the $150 bucks but i had to pay right then a $80 dollar charge which would be taken out of my bank right then and the refund would be put back in 7 days.I did not have money like that .The people who i talked to were horriable people and the way i was treated already being stressed because of the hurricane I will NEVER EVER USE YOU GUYS AGAIN AS WELL AS ANYONE I KNOW.!!

The one staff person was excellent. The room was clean enough, but the electrical outlets didn't work, and one was very dangerous. It was sparking when I tried to use it. The bedside lamp didn't work at all. The non-skid surface in the bathtub was peeling off and the water never got hotter than tepid...cool shower. The bathroom sink took a long time to drain. My opinion is regular maintenance is not a priority for this property.

Best bang for the buck on short notice!

We had a simple, overnight stay. The room was very nice, loved that there was no carpet. Also, the room was very well insulated. The AC worked beautifully (heat too), wasn't too loud. The slider in our room may need some repair, the door did not slide easily. The towels definitely need to be replaced! Beds were on the form side, and the pillows are on the flatter side (but three of those bad boys were provided). TV was fine; DirecTV service was provided with some premium movie channels! Also, there was a balcony with a lovely view! Overall, we were provided a clean and fresh room from a very lovely staff, in a pretty quiet part of town, at a decent price on short notice.

About what you expect for the price. No cockroaches at least but not as clean as you might hope for. No coffee maker in room and no coffee at front desk til 7am. Did have a fridge and a microwave. Girl at desk was a very lovely South African lady. Bit dodgy towards back of the property- was glad we were not staying there ( building 3) looked like something shady going on in the car park back there! Ok for a quick overnight only - bring your coff and a cup to heat it in!

Port in storm

A port in a storm is the old saying. Great for an unplanned stop on way home. It's trying and there w been a few upgrades on condition in rooms, outer building needs updating now. Bed was a bit too firm but I got some rest. Nice front staff too.

I found out that there's a 3$ fee for using a CC on hotels.com with them... interesting
