We enjoyed our stay here! My daughter and i loved our room with the ocean view. Very breathtaking! Spacious room with comfy bed and room was very clean. Loved the beach and pools. the music in the lobby and pool was so fun and i loved the vibe! the staff are super friendly and helpful and my daughter loved the hair braiding! We will definitely be back !!

Hotel lobby and hallways had an odor. Rooms are not maintained. Our room had light bulbs out, lights that were broken and we were told they were not fixing them, broken shelf in shower not replaced. Walls are paper thin, heard every noise from hallway and adjoining room. Oceanfront view was lovely. Staff was fine. Cesar at lobby door was awesome.
Beach was not great. Had to go to Isle Verde beach for nice beach. Pool area was on. Clientele was less than ideal.
Button line, would NOT stay here again.

Unfortunately when we arrived the back was not functioning. The staff were great and responded and said “fixed “ and the first night was horrible. Next morning we complained again and they moved our room and informed us there are certain rooms that are blocked off for Expedia and the original room was one of them. Other than that location, pool and beach were great! Check the AC upon arrival!!

Room was not clean, long black hairs all over the floors. Curtains filthy and full of dust. Shower dirty and shower doors filthy. We would not even sit on the fabric couch! They charged us for a weeks worth of self parking for His daughter, who lives in Puerto Rico to park two different days for an hour each day!!! Never again will we ever stay or recommend staying there?

The lobby is absolutely beautiful with a great mini aquarium and modern furniture.
There is an Enterprise desk in the hotel if you choose to wait to rent. A concierge is there to help and give great recommendations. The rooms come with a balcony too.

Extra costs:
Parking is $23 per day and you pay a daily fee of $35 for amenities and discounts whether you use them or not. In total we were charged $80 per day at the location for the hotel fee and hold.

But rooms are dated and windows overlooking the sea had so many salt spots it was hard to enjoy the view, just fyi. The couch in my room was horribly stained and there were bits of trash under edges of furniture when I checked in. Not a huge deal, just notable.

We had a great stay. The pool is nice they have a water slide for kids and a slat water pool + Hot tub. Lil private beach in a lagoon was cute too easy access to everything you can use the hotel across the street and all their amenities too. The room was decent usually I can’t sleep well in a hotel I was worried about coming but everything was good. No complaints. Only one elevator working in the lobby but they have another by the pool

We had to change our room 2 times because of the roach infestation. This hotel needs to be closed down until they have a serious pest control the pool area is nice until night time there was a huge rat and another family said they saw a bunch of baby mice running around the hotel manager Ahmad was nice but after seeing roaches my vacation stay was ruined

The pictures look beautiful, and when it was built 20 years ago, it likely was. But today, this hotel is very, very tired. The hall walls are damaged, the hall carpets are filthy, and the hot tub looks like it hasn't been drained or cleaned in 20 years. The loungers around the pool are broken and dirty. I would stay away from the place.

The pool and beach were definitely the best parts of our stay. Great area for kids and adults. The lobby was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the building itself looked old and poorly maintained. Only one elevator was working, and there was caution tape outside in certain areas, which prevented guests from accessing parts of the hotel.

I stayed in a room with my daughter and was disappointed to find weed on the balcony. The room floor also looked like it had not been properly mopped. Overall, I wasn’t very happy with the room or the condition of the property, and by the end of the stay, I was ready to go home.

I love the lobby area and the pool. The rooms were basic and it was very very loud. The doors slammed all night and early in the morning where we couldn't sleep well. And the shower leaked out all over the floor making a huge mess every time we used it. Also the shower leaked all the time making water dripping noise and wont stop. Not impressed compared to other hotels for the same price.

The hotel was centralized where it was close to the freeway and at the end of the strip for a beautiful walk any time of day. Lots of nearby restaurants for various food. It was less than 10 minutes Uber ride to Old San Juan, 15 minutes away from the airport.

Hotel itself was nice and clean, lobby and outside was maintained. During our stay only 1 elevator (out of 2) was working so sometimes we had to catch the next ride b/c it was full. The “beach” is small and rocky, would recommend water shoes.

Our room: It was good enough for a place to come back to sleep. Not sure if there was room service because we never ordered any. It is a bit dark, their lighting was 2 individual lamps, 2 small headboard lamps, and a light in front of the door. 2 of the 4 light switches in the bathroom actually turned on lights. The bathroom sink drained very slowly, not sure if that’s just how the plumbing is or if it needed maintenance.

Overall I had a good stay as a place to sleep and leave for the day.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have ever experienced. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Tuesday morning, paying over $1,800 for a stay that was absolutely not worth the money.
The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There was mold in the shower, mold above the bed, and stains and mold all over the curtains. Everything in the room looked rusted, old, and neglected. On top of that, there was no hot water during our stay, which made the experience even worse.

One of the biggest concerns was safety. The balcony door would not lock at all, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially at this price point.

Overall, the condition of this hotel was disgusting and far below expectations. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to friends, family, or even strangers. Save your money and book somewhere else.

We had an amazing stay here, and would absolutely come back again. The property was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The pool area was fantastic, the views were stunning, and the location was perfect for relaxing and exploring nearby attractions. Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth and enjoyable. This place had such potential and should be one of the best hotels in the area but unfortunately is for from it! The location is great but the hotel is extremely run down and outdated. One of the elevators wasn't working and the one that did work took forever. The hotel has its own beach, two pools, one of which is saltwater and a jacuzzi. Sounds good right? Well, the pools had mold on the interior edges... Can't one of the maintenance people get a power washer and clean them? Horrible! The room we had was on the 10th floor facing the city. The couch in the room was stained in many spots with God knows what and the bathroom shower soap holder was broken. Most of the 10th floor rooms don't have balconies except on the back of the hotel (ocean view). We weren't offered any upgrade or even asked how our room was after check in. I'd say 85% of the staff didn't care about the guests, hotel or themselves for that matter. The best part is that this place is affiliated with Hilton... If Conrad Hilton were to resurrect from the dead, he would die again from how disappointing this hotel was. I could go on and on but I'm tired of typing.

Check in took almost 45min a long line and only one person at the front desk
Also there are charges that I didn’t do I went to the front desk and the lady say it needed to be investigated, the worst part is that I didn’t use the pool or the bar and those were the charges in my bill, and they are still investigating the charges, it’s been two day calling and no one answer the phone. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company since they didn’t investigate or answer the phone

This was my 2nd stay at this property, the rooms really need to be updated, 1 of our rooms had a very damp feel & smell, they offered to come & freshen up the room, but it seemed to be more of a HVAC issue, there was also a completely rusted lamp in one room. The staff is incredible & the ocean view is incredible. The pool areas are great for all ages, as well as convenient beach access. I would recommend, just be prepared for a room that could use some updates.

The property is advertised as a resort. The pictures are not representative of the property. It should just be a basic hotel. Rooms were clean but have not been upgraded. There isn't much to do at the property. Pool is okay, swim up bar close to early. Beach is very small and rocky. Although not horrible it wasn't what was expected.

Had such a great stay! The hotel is in a great area, we were able to walk down the road to get dinner every night. Big perk is having the pool and the Condado lagoon right at the hotel!
