This place truly lives up to its outstanding reputation. Every part of our stay exceeded expectations. The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be warm, friendly, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The entire property was beautifully maintained and felt pristine. Having two restaurants on site was a huge plus and both served excellent food. The beach was easy to reach, just a short 2–3 minute walk or golf cart service. The beach staff were fantastic and provided exceptional service throughout. An all-around wonderful stay.

Overall my stay was lovely. I would recommend the rooms have better lighting as our lamp on the table kept going in and out. So the room was too dim for me. There is no full mirror in the rooms. Also there needs to be more usb connections for the phones. All power outlets were behind the bed or across the room and only one under phone in the room. So bottom line modernize the rooms please. Other than that the property was beautiful, the staff was awesome, the food pretty decent and the location was great! I would highly recommend this place.

The Oasis at Grace Bay is a perfect resort if you are looking for a smaller resort that offers multi-bedroom units. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with our teenagers, and it was a perfect set up. The resort is quiet and private. There are ALWAYS plenty of seats available at both the pool and the beach, and the beach set up was extremely comfortable with padded lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and regular chairs. The food and drink service at the beach was quick and easy. The shuttle was always available within 5 minutes to take us to and from the beach or you could easily walk or ride the bikes (both regular and electric) which were also always available. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance that you could go to for lunch and dinner. Overall, our stay was terrific and we would definitely return.

This is a smaller property, but the layout is very well thought out to make it feel bigger (you keep finding hidden corners). Staff is super helpful and friendly. You can walk downtown or use the free e-bikes they have to get there even faster.

As for Turks and Caicos, I would not choose this island as a Caribbean destination... Prices are ridiculously expensive, and it is crowded with cars and people. The beach is nice but can get choppy at times. There are better Caribbean destinations!

The Oasis was wonderful! Beautiful grounds and very clean. The shuttle to the beach was readily available and the beach chairs and service were great. Really enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast. Would stay here again for sure!

We were choosing between this property and Ocean Club West and chose wrong sadly.
From the start it was sub par, the transport from the airport failed to show after a 30 min wait and we had to join the taxi line.
We had a room the 1st night where there were people partying 2 doors down despite being asked to stop. I was woken at 2:38am by the smoke alarm because they were illegally smoking. I had to go to the front desk at 3am due to the banging and partying.
We were moved for 1 night to another (smaller) room then onto an upgraded room. So 3 diff rooms in 5 nights.
This room you could hear the music bar down the street until 2am each night and there are no blackout blinds so the property’s pool lighting lit the room up like daylight.
If your room is on the wrong part of the property it’s very hard to sleep with the music bar down the street so beware of that.
Finally, sadly we found the staff in the property to be cold, almost moody and rude. When you walk past them and say good morning or hello, instead of a warm smile you received a smirk, a reluctant response and not a smile.
When we travelled to other properties during our stay we found them very warm and friendly so I’m not sure why they staff at this priority all seemed so unhappy.
It didn’t spoil our vacation but it was a mistake to choose this property- not the experience I hoped for or expected.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond our expectations. The hotel is a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Oasis provides everything- chairs (with cushions), towels, umbrellas, beach bag. You can order food right from the beach. It was truly paradise. The grounds are just like a hidden oasis.

I loved everything about our stay here. The grounds are beautiful, it’s a much closer walk to the beach than I expected maybe 5 mins, the staff was amazing, restaurant was incredible, rooms were great. I saw reviews about noise from the nearby club but didn’t hear anything even over the weekend. I was on that side of the property too so don’t let that deter you. 100% would stay here again.

Loved the nice touch of a free charger, beach bag and flip flop bag tags in the room. Hotel does not have direct beach access however and it is not disclosed that there is a very loud club with excessively loud music in close distance our room was the closest proximity to club music booming till 230am:(

This hotel is nice and quiet with updated rooms that have everything you need. The free beach shuttle and e-bikes were great amenities. The front desk was very helpful taking care of anything we needed. This hotel's location is great because you're pretty close to everything. My main reason for giving them 4 stars is that my husband and I wanted more service. For example, there's no one at the pool or the beach to take drink or food orders. You have to go to the restaurant and place an order and they told me they won't deliver it to me, I have to go get it. At the beach, we wanted more of a resort experience where people are walking by, talking orders and bringing you what you need, but you have to go find someone to order and they have it sent my shuttle and then you pick it up from them. Also, maybe it was just certain people, but most of the employees we encountered in the hotel's restaurant weren't very friendly.

Very friendly staff at the Oasis. Alba and Stacey in particular helped us with booking tours. My son fell ill during the trip and we asked to postpone our snorkeling trip by a day. No problem. They also let us check out an hour later.
The property feels secluded but not far away from the heart of Grace Bay. We had lunches on the property at Trattoria Isolana. It has everything you’d expect from a resort restaurant. We walked to half of our dinners at highly rated places nearby, e.g. Infiniti restaurant, Coco Bisto, etc. Every day we took a golf cart ride to the beach which is 2-3 minutes away. The beach chairs are always set up perfectly. You can order any drinks at the beach.
Overall we feel the Oasis offers great value without the $1000+/night price of all inclusive resorts.
The property feels secluded but not far away from the heart of Grace Bay. We had lunches on the property at Trattoria Isolana. It has everything you’d expect from a resort restaurant. We walked to half of our dinners at highly rated places nearby, e.g. Infiniti restaurant, Coco Bisto, etc. Every day we took a golf cart ride to the beach which is 2-3 minutes away. The beach chairs are always set up perfectly. You can order any drinks at the beach.
Overall we feel the Oasis offers great value without the $1000+/night price of all inclusive resorts.

Everything stood out!!!! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. I have a mobility issue to due surgery that I did not reveal to the resort before check-in and upon finding out, they moved us to a room on the first floor so I would not have to walk up two sets of stairs during our stay. The food at the resort was amazing. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner did not disappoint. 10 out of 10. Staff was amazing!!!!!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à l’Oasis. D’abord le personnel est extrêmement courtois et sympathique, répondant à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons utilisé plusieurs fois les vélos électriques fournis gracieusement par l’hôtel, lesquels fonctionnaient très bien. Tout était propre, bien entretenu, le site de l’hôtel est superbe. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le restaurant italien sur place. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, super clean, good onsite restaurant, easy walk to the beach and if you prefer to take the shuttle, never a long wait. Comfortable loungers with umbrellas on the beach. The only improvements I can suggest is better communication with their driver for airport pick ups (driver was great, but there was some miscommunication from the hotel so had to wait awhile to be picked up) & would love if they had filtered water stations so guests could fill up own water bottles to help cut down on plastic waste. I read online that you can drink the water in Turks, but two employees said locals don't, so we went with bottled water.

I went to with my sister to celebrate my 40th birthday, no plans, no expectations. Once the team heard the reason for my trip they sprung into action making it a very memorable trip.

Breakfast had many options.The national park/beach was 600 feet away which we walked or hotel golf cart took us there during the day.Room was very clean.The only complaint we have it’s the tv.Plenty of channels but the tv was hard to operate sometimes and volume didn’t go up enough so some people may find it frustrating.We walked to other stores and restaurants about 800 feet away from oasis.I have to say the staff is great and if I didn’t have enough coffee or toilet paper they brought it immediately.Everyone is very helpful.There are small pools .The hotel is equipped with some modern equipment .The Oasis is like mini resort so not much to do for kids.We choosed this hotel because of the price and close to beach .
