The Hotel Svea, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western offers various room sizes, many with views of the sea and the rest to the lush interior garden. We have 61 rooms, spread over three levels, all with shower and some with a bathtub, telephones, cable televisions and free Wi-Fi.

There are 107 beds divided into single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms and a suite with a private balcony with lovely sea views. Our pet friendly rooms with balconies are much appreciated by those traveling with their dog.

We also have rooms for disabled guests. During the summer we also offer family rooms for up to six people.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Our superior room with sea view was wonderful, comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised there was a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room (it was not specified on the website). Our only “discomfort” was when the group of cleaners convened outside our door every day before they started work, and again on their break.

Tired hotel

This hotel is a bit tired. The garden bar is good but sofas old and uncomfortable. Bar staff excellant. Needs aircon as very warm and dry. Lots of people coughing all through breakfast. Basic room would have been better with coffee machine . The beds were extremely soft so not good for some people . The price was good but clearly paying for location not hotel.

Went with my girlfriend to stay for a night visiting österlen. Hotel was at a great location next to the harbor in the center of city. Lots of restaurants and views nearby.
Room was nice and clean although a bit hot visiting in the summer. Sun was hitting the window late and there was only one budget fan in the room.
We had no complaints about the bed, it was nice and soft.

I would repeat my stay

We stayed for one night (family room w 2 children). The hotel delievered according to expectation.

Clean, good service, breakfast Covid friendly. Simply put - everything worked well - but nothing was extraordinary.

Location is great.

If I visit again I would for sure book this hotel.

Svea är ett fint hotell med trevliga rum, trevlig personal och god frukostbuffé, beläget vid strandpromenaden. Vårt rum hade utsikt över havet, vilket kändes mycket bra. Gratis parkering där det alltid verkade finnas minst en plats kvar.

Trevligt hotell med väldigt bra läge och riktigt bra frukost. Och har man bara klart för sig att det är trestjärnigt och sätter förväntningarna efter det är är det ett väldigt bra hotell. Vi fick ett rum på baksidan som blir rätt varmt, och det finns ingen AC (vilket inte är att förvänta med 3 stjärnor) men väl två fläktar. Sen luktade det lite från köket när man vädrade. Bra sängar, helt ok städning. Typiskt lite äldre standard med ett ledigt eluttag som är svårt att komma åt, och gulligt att det sitter kvar ett gammalt telefonjack i hörnet. Frukosten är riktigt bra, mycket att välja på inkl en del egna produkter som ett filmjölksbröd med äpple, en äpplekompott och en sill.

Vi var tre vuxna och hade ett alldeles för litet rum för det, även om det kallades famiiljerum med tre sängar (2+1). Dock rent fräscht och välstädat. Bra restaurang med högklassig a la cartemeny coh trevlig personal. Överlag ett väldigt bra bemötande från alla, reception, baren, restaurangen.

Nahe am Hafen gelegenes Hotel. Grosses Zimmer, eher kleines Badezimmer, aber sehr sauber und sehr bequeme Betten. Die Angestellten der Reception sind sehr nett und geben gerne und fundiert Auskunft bei Fragen zum Aufenthalt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich, auch mit vielen Früchten - und sehr gutem Frühstückskaffee.

Fick tyvärr ett litet rum på tredje våningen och det var sämre än de på nedre planen. I duschen var stången till blandaren förmonterad och satt uppot taket så det var omöjligt för en handikappad att kunna hålla i sig när man duschar.
Ute på den fina gården hade man försökt att skrapa bort ogräs,som låg utspritt över hela gårdens plattor. Inte alls trevligt när man tog varsin öl i trädgården.

Stort rummeligt værelse. Badeværelse manglede hyldeplads til toilettaske og bruseren var i stykker. Radiatorerne virkede dårligt så værelset var ret koldt og svært at varme op.

Perfriendly rum debiteras extra för hund..

Vi bokade o betalade för ett PETfriendly rum med balkong..
Queensbed var som en hängmatta och vid utcheckning blev vi debiterade engångssumma på 250:- för hund.. varken detta eller att hotellet vid lågsäsong låser entredörr kl 18 fick vi upplysning om.

Det var lyhördhet som drog ner poängen. Men annars bra. Frukosten; känslan var att det saknades något, typ nån smaksatt yoghurt men vi blev mätta ändå. Överlag bra och trevligt.
Dåligt med parkering intill hotellet. Övrig parkering var gratis i några timmar men med p-skiva, vi ville inte gå ut mitt i natten för att ändra tid på skivan.
