This modern hotel is located in the heart of the High Tatras. The railway station of Stary Smokovec and the Tatra station to the skiing area of Hrebienok are both in the near vicinity, while an attractive range of shops, restaurants, bars, and pubs can be found within 100 m.
Convenient public transport links may be found only about 200 metres from the hotel, and the pretty centre of Vysoke Tatra lies approximately 200 m from the hotel. The hotel comprises a total of 31 rooms, of which seven are suites, spread across three floors.
Facilities on offer include a welcoming lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock and a safe where guests may safely store valuables. Lift access is also available.
Culinary options include a pretty café, a cosy bar, and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for children. Guests may also take advantage of a newspaper stand and a public Internet collection.

The hotel is in a little fishing village called Brna which has lovely local restaurants with excellent quality fresh seafood. There is a local motor and paddle boat rental in the village and a supermarket.

It was a wonderful hotel for relaxation. A great stop between split and Dubrovnik to relax by the sea. The views were amazing. Staff was very helpful in coordinating a trip to old town Korcula. Breakfast has lots of variety and was good.

Our visit here was amazing! I was hesitant at first because the location of the hotel is more towards the middle of the island, but I’m so glad we did this because it ended up being our favorite part of our two week trip to Croatia! It was a nice break from the chaos of the touristy towns.
We worked with the hotel for a transfer from the Korcula ferry port to the hotel. It was supposed to be 25 euros per person each way, but the taxi driver overcharged us and I wasn’t very happy about it. But it all worked out because the manager kindly gave us a free ride into town on our way out. They also upgraded us to a bigger room for free which was quite nice of them. The receptionist was amazing! Helped us with a few requests, including arranging a shuttle to the nearby town of Smokvica for wine tasting. It was quiet and quant hotel. We loved it so much we even thought about trying to stay a few more days, but unfortunately had other things booked in Dubrovnik. I will say the full board that comes with the room is just okay. We thought about venturing out one night to a nearby restaurant but decided to skip dinner altogether. I would recommend going out to dinner, if possible. Other than that, it is the perfect place if you want to relax by the sea, read your book, and soak up the sun!

Our stay at the Aminess Lume was fantastic. From the minute we arrived we felt a calmness. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner selections were very good. Our room was overlooking the pool and sea and was very comfortable and clean. The terrace areas for sunbathing and swimming were easy to access and not crowded, and the pool area was very empty, and the sea was lovely to swim in.

Great choice
Very nice hotel just over the water. So relaxing to fall asleep with the sound of waves! Very welcoming Canadian woman at the reception, which is a big plus compared to other places we have stayed in Croatia. Enough space outside to sunbath and directly connected to the sea for a swim. Other activities offered at the hotel. We did some cycling and kayaking. Nice room decoration with maritime inspiration and recently renovated. We took the half board option and it was a good decision as both breakfast and dinner had a good variety of food options. If we will come back to Korcula island, we will definitely return to this hotel. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

It’s not 5 star lux but we really loved it
This hotel is in a beautiful, peaceful bay with crystal clear water. The hotel itself is a bit of a mixed bag, but, to be honest, we totally fell in love with its charm. The rooms are nicely designed and comfortable, and have clearly been well upgraded fairly recently whereas the bathrooms are a bit old fashioned (as is the reception area) though extremely clean and fully functional except for the hairdryer which was completely useless. The deck for sunbathing is lovely with plenty of sun beds for the guests and there is the opportunity to rent kayaks etc from the hotel at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was great with a big selection and a facility to make fresh waffles each morning. The dinner, on the other hand, was a bit of a disappointment and we went out the second and third nights we were there instead of eating at the hotel. All in all, the hotel worked very well for our needs and it was comfortable, clean and had a very pleasant vibe. The service from reception was great. The area is a delight if you want to get away from the noise and enjoy what feels like your own little discovery - including the little village which we found charming. We found the area and the hotel very relaxing and would definitely return again.

Check in lady was very kind. after dealing with her rest of staff was rude. problem with bar bill causing waitor to become a hyper mess he charged me for five drinks, my husband had one drink. a simple im sorry mam, let me fix it furned into a fiasco . Later when we got to room, we had one blanket and called for one more. Receptionist changed from lovely woman to a new guy who did not understand english and hung up on us Albeit no blanket We FROZE i do not recommend this place i have been traveling all over eurooe for three weeks. Very pleasant hotel wonderful setting, sea cordoned off as safe swimming area, reasonable amount of things to do available in surrounding village. Remote from main tourist areas but hotel provides a shuttle bus to main areas, we liked not being amongst the thronging crowds. Had half board, meals were adequate but not outstanding. Very quiet and charming location well away from the hustle of many tourist hot spots. It does however accommodate for all varieties of activity whether it be yoga, kayaking cycling etc and the reception staff are extremely helpful to arrrange additional trips / rental if required.

We stayed for 5 nights in late May 2018. We understand that the hotel had recently opened for the season. There were some problems with the air conditioning initially. Once this was sorted, our stay was enjoyable in all respects.
The hotel location is it's USP. The views are superb, looking out over the Adriatic and local islands. All rooms have sea views and a balcony. The restaurant and (outdoor) bar have sea views.
The standard double rooms are quite compact. Suites have a separate living space and are recommended. There are two luxury suites which have even more space and large bathrooms. Highly recommended.
Rooms have been recently refurbished and are modern and clean. WIFI everywhere.
The restaurant has indoor / outdoor seating. Breakfast is a buffet which should suit all tastes and there is plenty of coffee / tea.
Dinner is a bufffet and offers excellent value for money if you take the half board option. We would recommend this as there are limited dining options nearby. An a la carte menu is available.
There is a freshwater pool and a very large patio area with loungers and safe and easy access to the sea. The sea was always calm in the bay and the water is crystal clear. The hotel has kayaks and dingys available for hire, as well as bicycles (including electrically assisted - there are some BIG hills on Korcula).

There’s not much to do in the little town of Brna, so don’t expect any night life, but we loved the quiet and serenity. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Nice hotel for a trip to Korcula.
We spent 3 nights at this hotel while visiting the island of Korcula. We had rented a car and it was a great location with all the facilities we needed for our stay. We took the half board and although both meals were a buffet, the food was quite good. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful but the reception staff were outstanding! We really appreciated the friendly, excellent welcome and service from Darja when we arrived and Ivana during our stay.

We were impressed with the quality of staff- helpful and friendly and professional. We asked them many questions about places to visit and things to do. We had a car so drove around the immediate area to explore the coves and beaches. I would stay here for 3-4 nights if we had time. We chose the all inclusive rate. The price was not very high, therefore the food was fresh but simple. The beer was good quality. The wine was not high quality. We had the option to purchase better wine.

We came here on our honeymoon. When booked I didn't realize how far from Korcula town it was so it was a bit of a shock when we realized we weren't able to go back without renting a car. Once we looked around the village of Brna is really a beautiful place to look at with lots of history. The beach at the hotel was very nice as well. Booking without really looking at the details we also didn't realize it was an all inclusive until the next day. No one at the reception mentioned anything except the breakfast times to us. Also as we arrived I had many questions about transit info for the reception but she didn't want to answer them or didn't know the answers which was annoying. The rooms are a bit small but the view makes up for it. If we had known more about the hotel we would have planned to stay longer. Overall great hotel but to your research first!

Mixed feelings at best
Nothing that terrible, but for sur, not as good as the photos they display... A/C did not work properly, and hotel management did not even attempt to fix it, ditto for the electronic card key, a behaviour you would expect in some third world countries, but not in Croatia, where all our other hotel experiences were top-notch, at comparable price levels. The hotel has a very small pool and a so-called \"private beach\", which actually is not a beach at all, but only access to the sea (cliff), ...if you don't mind climbing down a metal ladder and risking stepping on sea urchins... The whole area is run down. Lots of unfinished, abandoned construction in Brna, makes you wonder what happened to this poor village. We came to Korcula to dive with Croatia Divers in Vela Luka, and we picked this hotel in Brna because the reviews of hotels in Vela Luka were so-so. Not so sure, in retrospect, that we made a good decision! You would need very good reasons to stay at that particular hotel, but I don't see what they possibly could be! Sure does not deserve 4 stars...

Weit ab von den grossen Touristen-Strömen liegt dieses Haus an einer wunderschönen Bucht. Auch wenn das Haus nicht mehr das neueste ist, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Personal rundet den guten Eindruck ab. Das eigene Restaurant bietet ein tolles Frühstücksbüffet und abends ebenfalls Buffet oder a la Carte. Die Steaks sind einfach Klasse und das Fleisch von bester Qualität. Auch die Weinkarte biete viele tolle lokale Weine und überzeugt so manchen Weinliebhaber von den kroatischen Weinen.
Einzige Vermouth-Tropfen gilt der Sauberkeit im Zimmer, die hätte etwas besser sein können. Nicht dramatisch, aber doch so, dass ein Top-Rating ungerecht wäre.

Hôtel très bien rénové, calme et dans un cadre idyllique. Les repas sont variés, à base de produits frais et très bons. Le personnel est très souriant et aux petits soins. Le prix en début de saison est très compétitif.

Wir sind in Kroatien unterwegs und haben uns entschieden, vom Reisen 3 Tage Pause zu machen. Die Insel Korkula hat uns richtig gut gefallen, das Hotel Aminess Lume ist sogar richtig der Hammer: die Anlage ist neu, alles in sehr gutem, sauberen und konfortablem Zustand. Das Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht und das Frühstücksbuffet enthält alles, was das Herz begehrt!
Am Abend haben wir zu Fuss die kleinen Restaurant in der Nähe besucht und auch immer gut gegessen.
Uns hat es so gefallen, dass wir noch eine Nacht länger geblieben sind. Also Jederzeit wieder!

Aminess Lume Hotel är ett trevligt hotell med fantastisk utsikt. Frukosten är bra och så även renligheten både i allmänna utrymmen och på rummet. Det man måste vara medveten om är att hotellet ligger ganska avlägset och utbudet av restauranger är skralt. Hit åker man om man bara vill ta det lugnt och ha en avkopplande semester utan alltför stora krav på matutbud eller andra aktiviteter. Hotellet erhåller två badplatser med gratis solsängar och vi tyckte att den bortre badplatsen vid annexet var väldigt bra om man vill ha lite mer lugn och ro.
Personalen i receptionen är väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga och kan hjälpa till med det mesta. Önskar man åka till Korcula stad så erhåller hotellet en shuttle mot avgift, resan dit tar ca 30 minuter och där finns det betydligt mer att göra.

Tolles Hotel direkt am Meer
Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Bucht in Brna und bietet eine phänomenale Aussicht auf das Meer. Wir haben eine Woche mit Halbpension gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist zurückhaltend, aber sehr freundlich, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Der Ort ist eher ruhig und eignet sich daher perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir konnten auch ein Kajak und Bikes mieten und so die Umgebung erkunden. Die Anfahrt ist zwar lange und beschwerlich (ca. 4 Autostunden ab Dubrovnik) aber wir kommen gerne wieder. Es lohnt sich!

Emplacement idéal, baignades royales dans une eau claire, sans difficultés pour trouver de l’ombre. Décoration jolie dans les chambres mais malheureusement service médiocre (téléphone dans la chambre ne fonctionnant pas et jamais réparé/remplacé malgré plusieurs signalements), surtout ne demandez pas le service de transfert a l’hotel, le chauffeur est dangereux et ne parle pas un mot d’anglais, sans compter que le siège bébé ne pouvait pas être réglé et que nous avons dû attendre 45 Minutes d’autres Passagers au port pour remplir le véhicule. Le buffet repas/petit déjeuné est moyen. Les environs ont beaucoup de charme.
En résumé, nous recommandons l’établissement mais il reste trop cher par rapport à la qualité proposée.

The hotel is located in an exceptional location very close to the sea in a quiet bay and it is very good for relaxing, and that is the most important!
However, ther is a lot of room to improvement.
In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve 4 stars, because:
- every day, the same breakfast offer and without any imagination, natural orange juice was additionally charged,
- the staff at the restaurant forgets basic decency - greet guests
- double rooms are clean but quite small, two people can not pass one by the other, there is no space to put away the suitcase, the bathroom is also very small,
- the parking lot is not asphalted and without drawn lines for a parking space, sso that there is often not enough parking space due to poor parking
However, ther is a lot of room to improvement.

This is a small and pretty hotel right at the incredible Adriatic sea in a tiny village called Brna. The hotel is modern and super clean. Staff is friendly and the food on the half-board deal was varied and mostly really good. Lot’s of healthy options and vegetarian choices, too. There were daily activities like bike trips and kayaking organised by the hotel. The three minuses were the small bathroom in the room and the lack of skincare products, smoking allowed on the hotel restaurant and bar terraces and on the beach area, we had to leave our table/sunbeds a couple of times cause could not stand all the smoking, and third, the slow service when it came to getting water and other drinks during dinner. However, there are a lot more positive points and I’d probably go back (the smoking was the worst)

Hatten das Hotel im Oktober für eine Woche gebucht. Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und Abendessen wird als Buffet dargereicht. Die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.
Der Liegebereich am Strand ist sehr schön gestaltet und optimal um auszuruhen und Kraft zu tanken.
