スタッフの方、特に朝食時のスタッフの方がとてもさわやかで感じが良かった！
ラジウム温泉も温まり良かった。ただ、お湯の温度が高すぎてゆっくりは入れなかった。お世話になりました。

初めて利用しました

友人3名と初めてシングルの部屋に宿泊しました　コスパもよく立地がスケジュールにぴったりでした
ホテル内は清潔感もありお部屋もキレイでした　友人２人も同じ感想でした　フロントの方の対応もとても親切でさわやかでした　友人一人が違う階数だったので少し戸惑っているとその場調整して下さり3名とも同じ階数の部屋となりました　配慮に感謝ですありがとうございました
朝食もあじもよく　今回のルートイン十和田　大満足でした　また利用したいと思います

まぁまぁでしょうか……。

相方が喫煙者だった為喫煙ルームを予約しましたが、エレベーター降りた途端、廊下にいるだけでタバコの臭いがしたのに驚きです。当然ですが、部屋の中も臭いました。それはしょうがない事でしょうか……。それと他の方も多くコメントがありましたが、エレベーターが1基しか無く待たされるので、それは不便です。朝食のメニューが思いの外少なかった。バラ焼きも見当たらなかったし……。
