Staff are professional and helpful. David even remembered all guests' names. I love the design language and style throughout the hotel, form public spaces to the room. Great locations - clsoe to everything but not in the middle of the chaotic. The room is very quiet. Lighting design and pre-set is one of the best in my travel experience. AC works so well -- and quiet. Not easy to find.

Very well maintained room, immaculately clean, daily room cleaning exceeded expectations, very friendly and helpful staff, good location within walking distance to the Ramblas, attractions, and the bouqueria market. We found the hotel to be quiet and the 2 rooms that we booked quiet. (We did not use the hotel’s restaurant or breakfast.) This hotel is listed in the Michelin Hotels Guide, hence passes all of Michelin’s criteria.

On the downside, considering what we paid, we saw both rooms to be a little smaller than other hotels we’ve been in.

The location in Barcelona was a 10! It is a beautiful, new property and the room was outstandingly handsome. The floor of the shower was slippery so I placed a towel on the floor as I felt unsafe. The staff was helpful with directions and actually allowed us to check in at 11 am. There could be more surfaces for bags in the room so they didn't have to stay on the floor.

The location is prime! Its close to everything but the street its on is somewhat quite so you don't feel like you're too close to the crowds. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. Cleanliness is top notch! The restaurant is fantastic that I didn't bother going elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable (beds extremely comfortable), clean, quiet hotel in a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful! The only negative was the lack of space for luggage placement. They only give one regular + one decafe coffee pod, should be two regular with additional decafs as usually two people are staying in rm.

The welcome was friendly and every team member i met made the experience even better! The men on the night shift were friendly and funny also.
Overall cleanliness was good. One thing i noticed was quite a few mosquitoes which was strange because in Jan/Feb there are not many around but i had 2 in my room and saw a couple more in the hallway. Maybe they have specific plants that attract them. But unfortunately this meant i didnt sleep very well as i hate the sound and i didnt want to get bitten

This is a nice hotel. Comfortable bed and clean. Terrific location and great staff. But.
The room did not have as much usable space as the pictures suggest. There was no space for luggage. And no luggage racks. Much of the space was in a sort of awkward area a few steps down from the main part of the room. But the layout made it not useful. There is no place to sit other than the bed and one desk chair. The desk chair doesn't fit in the main part of the room. It just made it not worth it to pay for the larger more expensive room. Also a little weird to only have one regular coffee and one decaf coffee when there are 2 occupants. Overall we would stay again, but not without looking for better options first.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Barcelona, everything is walkable or the metro is super close.
I shall definitely be coming to stay here again next time I am in Barcelona.

What can I say? This is my favorite boutique hotel. I had to return for an encore visit and bring family with me. The staff remembered me from 2 years ago. That was impressive: remembering me and staff retention. Service is impeccable, and the hotel is spotless. While all the staff was terrific, David is my guy!

We have enjoyed a fabulous stay here. From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted warmly. The staff could not have been more approachable or helpful. The hotel itself is well situated for everything and although on a busy road that our room overlooked, inside was quiet and tranquil. We would also highly recommend the food here. Breakfast buffet had a great choice and my husband enjoyed a delicious omelette. The restaurant in the evening was fabulous with great food and good wines. Would highly recommend both the restaurant and hotel. A wonderful 4 day break in a fabulous city

Personal service on arrival was excellent. She offered us a walking tour which was invaluable with a local guide who was excellent. Rooms were very modern. Lighting was automatic setup which took a little get used to. Rooms don’t have USB charging ports which would be a welcome addition. Location was superb, just off the Rambla and 20 min walk to Gothic Centre. Would recommend.

Spectacular Stay!!

Absolutely amazing property. The service team were spectacular, the room spotlessly clean, the terrace was incredibly private with the surprise bathtub outside, which was an absolute treasure. The food in the restaurant downstairs was outstanding!!

We booked this hotel because we wanted the private terrace for a little bit of quiet time in Barcelona, and it exceeded any of our expectations.

We would highly recommend this hotel for location, service and experience!!

A beautiful clean hotel with friendly members of staff. I would highly recommend staying here. The location is great and in the centre of tourist attractions and the beach.
A few suggestions for improvement. Shower gel and conditioner were provided but no shampoo. This would be a great addition. Coffee is provided but there are no spoons or stirrers. When I requested this from reception I was told it could not be provided.

Set up of room / bathroom is a bit inconvenient if you are staying with someone else. Super thin walls as well, if you are looking to sleep in this is not the place for you could hear the cleaning staff in the hallways talking all morning.

Location is pretty good, walking distance to a lot of attractions.
