more business and Japanese tour bus hotel rather than tourist oriented; not very convenient to anything and not much in town locally other than the Ninja Museum and local Castle

Great service, good price

The service was excellent. The staff was very cooperative and when I had problems they immediately helped. The only problem was the very small parking space, but the staff again was vey helpful.

５泊お世話になりました。
いろいろとすぐに対応していただき心地よく過ごすことができました。

施設について、お部屋はベッド周りにコンセントおよびUSB接続口がなく、延長コンセントを複数本お借りしました。ありがとうございました。
ベッド周りと浴室にもコンセントがありますと便利だと感じました。
カーテン裏から蜘蛛が何匹かいましたので、時々は確認をしてみてください。
大浴場は魅力的なため、大勢の方が利用されたのか、一面髪の毛が落ち放題で少し残念でした。また、マットも濡れていたので定期的に巡廻してもらえたら嬉しかったと感じました。
お風呂場で最初は誰かの喫煙臭なのかと思いましたが、喫煙所の換気扇が同じ通路のようで毎日匂いが気になりました。
以上です。

伊賀上野城へ近いホテル

・伊賀上野城に近い。駐車場から夜景もよく見える。部屋は反対側だったので見ることが出来なかったが、やむなし。
・自転車がないので、隣の上野市駅で降りて石田レンタサイクルで借りた。その隣のニカク食堂では安く伊賀牛がありつけ、忍者屋敷のようであり趣があった。

ホテルは受付の方が感じ良く、上野城の入場券等を貰いホテルの近くの食事処の地図も頂き楽に散策を楽しめました。

駐車場は広く、ロビーも広々。
景観（駐車場側から伊賀上野城が良く見える）も良い上、隣に電車が通るけどあまり気にならないほど静か。
あと、館内のレストランも◎
観光やゴルフ遠征の拠点にまた利用したいと思います。
ただ、大浴場というほど広くはないので団体様がいると狭く感じるかも…

自前の駐車場が狭く、残念ながら少し離れた（約１００ｍ）処に駐車せざるを得ませんでした。雨降りだったので快適さが失せました。ホテルローケイションは比較的良く、直ぐに見つけられ助かりました。施設は他のルートインと比べてどうということはありませんが、値段からすれば、朝食の無料サービス（コンチネンタル程度でＯＫ）くらいはサービスしても良いのではないでしょうか。又無料ＷｉＦｉはあったのですが、フロントでの説明が二通りあり、そのどちらでも使用ＯＫとのことでしたが、接続に苦労しました。室内に接続の案内メモがおいてあり、それに従えば良いとの説明だけで十分だったと思われました。

宿泊日は特に気温が上昇した事もありベッドの掛布団が冬用であったのか暑くて寝苦しかったです。それ以外は大満足です。
