GO TO トラベルが始まったばかりで、知らずに対象外のサイトで予約。その旨を伝えたところ、冷たくあしらわれました。対応出来ないまでも、ホテルマンである以上、たとえ客のミスであっても真摯に、何かできる方法がないか探すなど、誠実にお客様に対して対応するのが望ましいと思うのが客の立場です。
また、自慢？の風呂は狭く、全く魅力無い物でした。一度行っただけで二回目は行きませんでした。部屋のバスルームの天井は低く、シャワーをガンガン天井にぶつけながら浴びました。
洗濯機と乾燥機は２台しか無く、労働者の方々が次々に占領し、全く空かずに結局チェックアウト直前の朝に洗濯をするという時間のロス。

坂出地区では一番新しいホテルで、ビジネスホテルですから部屋はそれなりの広さしかありませんが、動くのが辛いような狭さではありません。十分です。一階に洗濯設備と共に大きな共同風呂があり、朝も開いていますので、飲み会で遅くなった時は朝風呂に入れます。部屋には置いてありませんが、フロントでアイロンも貸し出ししていますので、連泊するときは便利です。若干中心部からは外れていますので周辺には飲み屋とかありませんが、目の前スグにコンビニがありますので、何かと便利です。朝ご飯も充実していて不満はありませんが、あまりメニューが変わらないので連泊の時は毎日変わったらなぁとは思います。駅からTAXIで１０分ほどかかりますが、快適さを選ぶのであればお薦めです。

907号室だったか、最上階のダブルルームで悪い部屋ではなかったです。ただ、おそらく直上にコンプレッサーか何か、振動するような物でもあるのかと思いますが、30Hzくらいの低周波がそこそこの音圧でゆっくりとした強弱を伴ってずーっと鳴ってました。気が付いたのが深夜だったので特にクレームは入れず、音が弱くなるタイミングで軽く耳を塞いで無理やり寝ましたが、敏感な人は入眠が厳しいのではないかと思います。
ちなみに翌朝も変わらず鳴ってましたので、心霊現象とかの類ではないと思います。（笑）
