Bu ikinci konaklamam oldu bu otelde. Hizmet anlayışı çok değişmiş. Çalışanlar somurtkan ve isteklerinize karşı kayıtsız kaldılar. Saat 9:55 de yanından geçerken bir kahve içmek istediğimiz havuz yakınındaki kafe saat 10 da açılıyoruz deyip kahve vermemesi, kapalı havuzda self servis olarak aldığımız içeceklere tepsi verilmemesi (içecekleri ilk taşıma esnasında döktüğümü izah etmeme rağmen!), loby tarafında bulunan bardan istediğimiz çayın bizden sonra bağıra çağıra kaba saba çay isteyen tiplere anında gelirken bize 10dakika geçmesine rağmen gelmemesi ve çay içemeden kalkmamız gibi bir çok çalışan özelindeki rahatsız edici durumlardan dolayı hiç memnun kalmadık.
Seyahatimizin en güzel anlar giriş ve çıkış anları oldu. Resepsiyon da bizde yardımcı olan özellikle Yasemin hanım çok ilgili ve yardımcı oldu. Çıkarken de aynı şekilde.
Bu arada loby bardaki durum sabah saatlerinde oldu akşam bardaki çalışanlar çok çok daha ilgili ve özenli yardımcı oldular.
Seyahatimizin en güzel anlar giriş ve çıkış anları oldu. Resepsiyon da bizde yardımcı olan özellikle Yasemin hanım çok ilgili ve yardımcı oldu. Çıkarken de aynı şekilde.
