The reception desk was kind of unattanded. At checkout we hade to call them, after waiting for 15 min. As we had to do for our ordered beer. There was an extra third bed in our double room, which occupied the seating area. The hotel restaurant was closed. We were recommended to Elgstua where the prices on the menu was wrong.

Nice hotel on the way to Norwegian mountains.

This is a very nice hotel in a small town one hour north of Oslo airport. Scandic is a well regarded Norwegian hotel chain. There are Scandic hotels all over Norway.

Nothing much to do there but nice restaurant with an ice cream shop nearby. The rooms are American sized not small Scandinavian size.

Fint og moderne, flott service fra resepsjonen. God frokost. Gratis lading av elbilen var kjekt, men det burde settes opp type 2 ladere, ikke schuko. Ingen mulighet til å justere romtemperatur.

Ett helt ordinärt hotell. Du sover ok och får frukost, det är rent men slitet här och där (de höga barstolarna i receptionen hade i princip inget läder kvar och man satt på varpen). Service så som så trots att det var lite folk på besök denna dag.

Hyggelig værelse i 6. etg. Måtte betale ekstra for oppgradering til allergivennlig rom, men det må man v3l regne med når det var tillat med hunder på alle enkeltrom. Deilig stille rom, sov godt. Fantastisk hyggelig vestibyle og koselig frokoststed med innholdsrik frokost. Som glutenintolerant, kastet jeg lange blikk motbaksten til kaffen/desserten, som kun var med gluten. Det var noen kjeks som var glutenfrie, men de inneholdt sjokolade, som jeg heller ikke tåler. Det hadde gjort seg med f eks noen kransekakestenger eller marengs, eller rett og slett glutenfribsøtbakst. Ellers var det svært bra. Følte at det nanglet litt på vennlighet og sørvis i mottaket, båfe ved inn- og utsjekking.

Festlokaler i første etasje og ingen lydisolering

Det var tilstelling i lokalet i første etasje med veldig høy musikk og mye alkohol. Lydisolering er veldig dårlig så det var umulig å sove før arrangementet var over. Ingen hjelp å få fra resepsjonen.

Fint hotell, men lav standard på kafematen

Veldig bra hotell. Fint rom og god frokost. Det som dro ned var Elgstua kafe. Vi bestilte Viltburger. Dårlig tilbehør, blant annet, vassne pomme frites og burgeren var ikke i samme klasse som McDonald sine.

Den gamle delen har en del svakheter. Ustabilt varmtvann i dusjen, kaldt gulv selv om jeg skrudde opp fra 19 til 24 grader og lytt mellom rommene. Har ikke noen interesse i høre samtalen i naborommet.
Også må dere utvide te-tilbudet på rommet - kun frukt og grønn te 😉
Ellers leverer Elgstua og da spesielt med en god frokost. Enkelte av personalet kan gjerne gå på smilekurs (gjelder de yngre…)

Supert hotell!

Vi är alltid nöjda när vi bor på Elgstua. Nu har vi bott där 4-5gånger då det ligger halvvägs när vi kör långt :) Alltid varit nöjda med rummen vi fått, sköna sängar och stor extra säng till två små barn. Bra att det är bemannat 24/7 då vi ofta kommer sent. God och bra frukost och mysigt och fräscht på resten av hotellet också. Trevlig personal och ofta bra pris här på Hotels.com. Rekommenderas :) !

Toller Aufenthalt in modernem und grossen Zimmer

Schönes, modernes und grosses Zimmer (Superior) mit Sofa und sehr bequemem grossen Bett. Bad moder, eher etwas klein aber ausreichend. Dusche war ungemütlich zum duschen und hatte wenig Druck.
Zimmer und Bad waren sauber.
Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielseitig. Personal war äusserst kundenfreundlich.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Baderomsdøren knirket veldig og vekket min ektefelle på natten. Hodeputen for stor, syntetisk og vanskelig å forme. Dusjarmatur slitent. Døren inn til rommet slamrer, lukker seg dårlig.
Serveringsdamen som var til stede ved frokosten var veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt. Hun bør dere ta godt vare på

Fikk et meget enkelt rom helt i ytterkant av hotellet. WIFI fungerte svært dårlig - ikke mulig å streame eller gjennomføre videosamtaler. Rommet var altfor varmt, fikk ikke justert termostaten. Beliggenheten var lite gunstig mtp restauranter og butikker. Kommer ikke til å bo her igjen.
