The hotel is surrounded by nature and is very quiet. It has nice onsen where you can relax our mind and body. The food was of good quality as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Super friendly staff everywhere. We were there with a wheelchair bound family member, and really appreciated that almost the entire place is very wheelchair friendly. The only exception was the public bath. Excellent dinner and breakfast; my Japanese family members were impressed too.

バスタオル、浴衣も2セット/人ずつあったので、寝起きのシワシワの浴衣から着替えて朝食会場に行けたり、朝風呂用のタオルを使えたのが良かった。
朝食のハムエッグやお魚を温めて食べることができ、美味しかった。

客室の下駄箱の上の絵が、額の中でずれていた。
夜9時ごろの大浴場の足ふきマットがびしょ濡れだった(人の出入りが多い時間だからしょうがないですが)。

寝る場所と居間？が、ローフスクリーンで仕切れようになっていて、とても素敵な気遣いだと思いました。
客室と駐車場が近いのですが、朝、露天風呂に入っている際に駐車場か別の部屋のテラスから、タバコの臭いがしてきたので、少し残念でした。
今回はアクティブに外で夕飯を食べましたが、お夕飯が美味しいという口コミも拝見したので、次回はもっと客室での滞在時間を長く取ろうと思います。

コロナの影響もあるかと思ったところ、反して満室でした。5階の6畳部屋が運良く予約できたのですが、外の景観もよく大変いい部屋でした。食事も部屋食、懐石のコースに満足。浴場も天然温泉、露天付き。スタップの対応もよく大変満足しました。すべて最高点です。また、予約したい旅館です。

Excellent traditional Japanese hotel experience. All the staff are kind and helpful. The Japanese breakfast is good in quality which surprised us. Our room was equipped with private open air bath which is a good option if you wish stay in private and enjoy the gift from natural at the same time.

夕食は外出予定だったのですが、部屋の居心地の良さに疲れがどっと出てきて。ご迷惑と思いながらも。
個別オーダーの鮎とサラダと白ワイン頂きました。
鮎もサラダもとても美味しかったです。
個室の温泉はお隣さんと音は筒抜けになってしまうものの。目の前の川のせせらぎが聞こえてゆったり入る事が出来ました。
部屋付きのドライヤーは、女性に嬉しいイオン付き大風タイプで、中々髪が乾かないイライラもなし！
アメニティのシャンプーと、コンディショナーも、私の部屋のはPOLAの物で、日帰り温泉施設で使った事もあり。使い心地に満足しているものだったので。

個別オーダーの鮎とサラダと白ワイン頂きました。
鮎もサラダもとても美味しかったです。
個室の温泉はお隣さんと音は筒抜けになってしまうものの。目の前の川のせせらぎが聞こえてゆったり入る事が出来ました。
部屋付きのドライヤーは、女性に嬉しいイオン付き大風タイプで、中々髪が乾かないイライラもなし！
アメニティのシャンプーと、コンディショナーも、私の部屋のはPOLAの物で、日帰り温泉施設で使った事もあり。使い心地に満足しているものだったので。
自分で持って行かずとも良かったな（笑）と。
また、客室係の方とのお喋りの中で、「自身へのご褒美ですか？」と聞かれたので。「自分の誕生日で。秩父に来たかったのと、温泉付き個室でゆっくりしたくて。本当は彼氏と二人でと思っていたら彼氏が休みを取れなかったので、一人で来た（笑）」と言ったら。

お部屋の露天風呂は、ちょうど桜の花が目の前で眼下には荒川という最高の景色でした。お風呂自体も大きくて深さもあり、ゆったり入れました。夕食が個室でいただけたのも良かったです。

We could enjoy a private open-air bath as well as two large hot-spring baths with a reasonable price. The hotel room is very calm and we can hear the sound of the river that is under the hotel. The hotel staff are very kind to explain the details of our room and the hotel system.
