Reservation department is horrible. Pre-booked 4 rooms with single beds but was told no room. Then if l want must pay extra which is rediculous. Room is clean and reasonably spacious and wifi is good. Convenient location where you can get lots of restaurant. However need a car for this area as train station is a distance away. Reception staff is polite and helpful. Another negative is limited parking lot and need to pay 500 yen per night.
