This used to be a better hotel but looks like that now they are not maintaining it to well. The shower hot water would be cold at times and I would have to be adjusting the faucets to get it to the ideal temperature, dead roaches found in the room and by the entrance door, elevators in poor conditions.

The hotel was across from the beach and the view spectacular. The only concern was that housekeeping would leave our sheets folded on the bed and when we returned had to make our own beds. Also we have challenges with the safe but the staff were prompt to assist. The breakfast hosts were amazing and even though our Portuguese was limited they were courteous and very helpful. The most outstanding employee was our breakfast hostess who wore a hairnet and wore glasses. I can’t remember her name but she helped with ordering eggs and brought us freshly baked cheese rolls. Had a terrific smile. Coming from the Walt Disney Company in hotel management, she should be acknowledged for her magic. Thank you and we will be back

Only hotel in praia de costa,,safe area to walk day or night. Food trucks on beach at night,, man selling coconut water all day. Many restaurants close by.

It might be on a par with other hotels in this area, but I am used to hotels in Europe and the U.S.

The pool was unusable for my entire stay because it is being remodeled. The Pool bar was likewise unusable due to remodeling. The universal gym was very old and in disrepair, and difficult to use. It was strange for them to schedule the pool repair during the high season.

The hotel restaurant was rather poor for dinner. I had a hamburger that was extremely tough and almost inedible. For breakfast the food is better and has many hot and cold items and they will make eggs for you.

The power was out for almost an entire day during our stay. This was a planned outage; which seemed strange that it would occur in their high season.

The sink in the bathroom, did not have the ability to control hot water, which made shaving difficult.

The windows on the room's balcony were in ill repair and could not be shut and just banged together constantly.

The reception staff were not very accommodating. We asked to arrange for a cab to take us to the airport and they gave my fiancé a phone number to call, whereas other hotels will typically make these arrangements.

The sign for the hotel was not illuminated so it made it a bit difficult to locate at night. I don't know whether the sign is never illuminated, or the bulbs were burned out.

They do not speak any English at this hotel, which adds to the challenges.

The Ocean view is priceless and the rooftop pool is a must! The only exception is that the pool bar is always closed and the guests are not allowed to bring drinks or snacks to the pool area.

The only place to stay in Victoria! Exceptional!

We have stayed here before and each time it was great! Breakfast excellent and fruits were fresh. Everyone friendly both staff and guests. Room was spotless clean. View of ocean was spectacular. Food service staff were spectacular. Love the safety as no-one can enter except for short period of time and no guests overnight. We had so much fun with the dining staff. I Love this hotel!

Paid for reservation in full a month prior, at check in property asked for an addition R$ 500 per night!!!! Floor was sticky and dirty, doors didn’t work everytime we came back to room we had to wait over 20 minutes for staff to come open the door. Sage didn’t work as well, maintenance had to come and open to get our stuff out. No amenities other than pool, there wasn’t even a coffee machine inside room. View was amazing but other than that definitely do not recommend.

The lifts are located one apart from the other. breakfast in low quality, horrible juices. Reception is very adjusted to check in time. No colllaborative. The room was good. It is no more than 3 stars but the worst is they clean the rooms every 2 days!!!!

Really bad experience!

We had a really bad experience. First room was very dirty, hairs at the shower, clogged sink and strong smell. We had pay for a bigger room when they switched us to another room was a smaller and not clean at all. We requested clean towels and they never showed up. Breakfast was very limited and not very fresh. Very frustrating for the price of the rates. We won’t stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had an amazing experience. When it was time to go back to Espirito Santo it was an easy choice to go back to the Quality Suites. Carlos was the staff member who helped me during check in and he was both professional and friendly. During my first stay in august, Barbara was the staffer who helped me. All the staff was great but these 2 team members, Barbara and Carlos, deserve special praise. In all of our exchanges they were super helpful and nice, really interested in providing me with a great staying experience. During both times the check in process were a breeze. And in both times I was super happy with my room. I asked for a room on a higher floor and if possible some nice view of the Praia da Costa beach and I got just that. The room was clean and housekeeping was just perfect. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and I will definitely be back.

Location location location! Perfect place if you want restaurants, beach, or views.

Unfortunately it’s a little old and starting to get run down. Breakfast is lacking. Selection isn’t very good and often run out of food. Can always walk outside and find everything you want and more within 1 or 2 blocks.

I’ve stayed at the 4 best hotels in Vitoria and have difficulty deciding if I should stay here and have everything outside the door or stay at the number one hotel and take a cab here when I want to eat and go out.

Well located with beach across the street, shops and supermarket only three blocks away. Good restaurants and bars walking distance or by taxi. Staff were helpful and friendly. Gym was well sized and had exactly what you need for a good workout. Breakfast was fresh and yummy. I would stay at this hotel again. Get a room with a view of the beach and ocean.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel.. The staff was very accommodating.. The front desk staff always seemed to have someone that spoke English, although I believe that they could understand my bad Spanish better! The breakfast was a nice way to start the day.. The internet was fine.. I bring my own Cat 5 cable to avoid wireless and was able to plug in without a problem and the wireless had good coverage throughout the hotel. I had one dinner in the hotel which was good...I found other restaurants around, but there aren't many large nice ones to choose from, not like Rio. The location was great, directly across from the beach, taxi stand, and a nice grocery store 4 blocks away.. The room had air conditioning in the bedroom, but not in the TV room/kitchen area.. the bedroom would be cold while the other room was somewhat warm.. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff were very nice.. The safe wasn't large enough for my laptop that I require for work, but everything else fit fine. My only complaint, the room I had was not of the higher level of room to have a hot water/coffee maker in the room.. I asked for one and it was explained to me that I needed a higher level of room.. Also, I was charged an extra guest fee for all five nights upon checkout knowing that I selected 2 adults when I booked the room on Expedia... go figure!

Ótimo hotel, com uma vista linda pra praia.( ficamos em uma suíte lateral )
Funcionários muito atenciosos. Destaque para o Ryan, foi o primeiro que nos atendeu e nos permitiu fazer check-in antecipado pois estávamos chegando cedo e pensávamos apenas em deixar as malas para aproveitar a praia.
Destaque também para o Fernando ,o Jonas e a Assucena que nos atenderam super bem e foram prestativos em tudo que precisamos.
Amamos o local, super bem localizado,próximo a restaurantes, farmácias.
O que mais amamos foi a praia da Sereia que fica há pouca distância do hotel, no encontro com a Praia da Costa ,é uma praia de águas tranquilas,quase sem ondas, com infraestrutura na areia, uma vista linda e atendentes muito simpáticos.
Com certeza queremos voltar.

O hotel é até bom, os funcionários são de parte super educados, porém aconteceu 3 episódios que eu fiquei presa no elevador por volta de 30 a 40 minutos, e quando fui questionar sobe a segurança do elevador a recepcionista foi super sarcástica. dizendo aaah mas você saiu né? Porém estou gestante e me causou níveis de estresses altíssimo até causando um aumento de pressão

Funcionário Adnys da recepção foi muito eficiente tanto no check-in como no check-out, dando informações muito importantes para escolha do quarto que melhor nos atendeu. Camareira Elizangela foi muito eficiente na limpeza, enfim, toda estadia foi muito agradável. Hotel muito bem localizado, suítes excelentes com muito espaço e varanda com vista maravilhosa. Já indiquei o hotel e voltarei com certeza!

No banheiro, encontramos shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido em frascos grandes, além de um secador de cabelos. No terraço, uma piscina e deck pequenos mas que concede um fim de tarde bem tranquilo. Sauna individual e coletiva. Boa academia. Sala de jogos. Salão de beleza.
