Everything OK except the crazy layout of the bed. It is tightly \"boxed in\" unnecessarily. Terrible design. on window side VERY narrow . On the other side no space at all, right up against a wooden structure. Your partner on this side can't get out of bed with out climbing over it. Umbelievably bad design. Whoever designed this did it on a computer, never considered reality. At the bottom of the bed there is a daft storage structure On getting out of bed a serious risk of right angke edges damaging legs - terrible !

The apartment was clean and in a convenient area within walking distance to the sites we wanted to see. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.. came and got the air conditioning to work; gave us a handle so we could open the windows for fresh air and held on to our luggage which was couriered from the airport after bring lost for 5 days.

Fantastic Stay at Sky Apartments

My husband and I recently stayed at Sky Apartments in Stockholm, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. The location was also ideal central, with easy access to public transportation.

Nice aparthotel in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nice, new property.

Close to the subway, some supermarkets, and some restaurants.

I was able to use the app to check in, but was not able to use it to unlock the front door. However, they did email me a code for the front door the day of my arrival, and I got key cards from the machine on the third floor.

If you book on Orbitz, make sure to email them with your cell # and email address, which will make it easier to check in and out.

Excellent little apartment in Stockholm. It had everything. I was worried before I came that the bed would be small based on the pictures. The bed was fine. I would call it a queen. The pictures don't show the refrigerator, but there is one. Our stay in Sweden did not include a car rental. We went everywhere with public transportation. This lägenhet (apartment) is close to two different subway lines. It was just nice. We walked a few blocks to the ICA Maxi for groceries.

Great location. Quiet area near everything you need including top rate metro and buses. Clean rooms equipped with everything you need except a microwave. Some people had trouble checking in using the all new completely digital system. All guests miss the reception and access convenient access to staff upon checking in. One guest said his mobile phone key consistently malfunctioned although I did not experience this. The one negative issue is the difficulty getting a fresh towel.

We had a great stay. The hotel has no staff visible, check in and check out ia via the app or an electronic panel inside the hotel. It feels like being in an apartment building, you have to take care of your own cleaning and garbage, but everything is very organized. It is near public transportation, supermarket and very safe. There is a great restaurant at the premises. The breakfast is definitely worth it. We had a blast! I would definitely come back.

We had a big issue with the Vander app while we were checking in but message the hotel or message hotels.com and they will sort it out. If you want to open the windows you have to go to floor 3 where there is an office and you have you have to ask for a handle so you can open the windows, which is just weird. They should really provide the handle on your room. Otherwise the we had a great stay and would definitely stay here
again. Don't eat in the restaurant thats directly in the hotel. Too overpriced and food is not even nice.

too far from city center. no front desk just signs and papers. then all for sudden saw someome in office and complained about the ac blowing at me. she said i cant do anything about it. barely got up to get me a heater. still didn’t help.

Good Aparthotel in a great location.

It is the second time we have stayed here and it is a great location for where we want to be.
Th room was very nice albeit on the small side. There is also parking that you can pre book.
The minus side was the check in this time as it seems to have changed and it was a bit of a nightmare as we could not get in, after calling twice and spoken to two different people we finally managed to get in.
There is no restaurant on site which is a shame.

Room was nice enough, everything was well cleaned and taken care of, you are given a stove, hob, kettle and toaster, a microwave would've been helpful though, but they all worked well. The TV is large and easy to use and stream to and swivels to face either the couch or bed. The bed is rather soft, it was not an issue for me but my partner found it uncomfortable, it also has two plugs only on one side of the bed. the atmosphere of the rooms are rather cozy, although the lighting is rather patchy and leaves parts of the room dim.

The bathroom was fine, although when you used the shower the entire bathroom flooded as there is nothing stopping the water from leaking out and it is also rather cramped.

The booking process was a hassle, they initially excluded the + sign on my phone number which prevented me from being able to check in at all, and then tried to charge a second 5000kr deposit which again had to be sorted through email.

The fact that they only provide two toilet rolls and four small towels for 2 people over a week is disgraceful. They also charge 250kr to get a new set of towels from the front desk despite there not being anyone there our entire stay.

You also have to dispose of your own garbage and the room is usually full of trash with people discarding their waste on the floor

It is in a good location for public transport into the city, with there being two metro stations either a 7 minute walk or a 10 minute walk away.

Negatives:1- The VANDER app that works as a key, did not work on the first day upon my arrival( I arrived late and the reception was closed). 2- there was two washer and dryer sets in the hotel, however one set was out of order.

The room was really hot and the air conditioner did not work at all. We called maintenance and they said that’s how it is and that we could open the window. There was a lot of noice from the street so that was not a good solution. We ended up leaving one day earlier and booked somewhere else because of this.
They also make you clean everything and take out all trash (why do we pay a cleaning fee then?)
I do not recommend and we will not come back.

We didn’t want a hotel for our stay in Stockholm so Sky Hotel Apartments seemed ideal. Overall we were happy with our stay. 10 mins into the centre (5 mins walk, 5 mins metro).

Apartment was spotless. Wi-Fi was decent. Having the door keys on an app was good once we’d got the hang of it. Kitchen small but just about good enough to use (nb they provide nothing except a welcome hot drink and washing-up liquid). Basement laundry was great - and free - but you have to book a day or two ahead for a slot.

The only real disappointment was gym. It’s two treadmills and a cross trainer in a room with a kitchen, and a Swiss ball in the corridor. That’s it. They have an arrangement for guests to use the gym next door for a fee, but inconveniently it’s only manned for about three hours a day in the middle of the day.

We enjoyed the stay very much at Sky Hotel. The kitchenette was perfect for early mornings breakfasts and also dinners that we prepared after a full day exploring Stockholm. A big grocery store just a few minutes away and subway station, Thorildsplan, 5-10 min. away. The staff was very helpful too. The experience was a 5 star!

Before visiting booking was a little odd as you reserved the room with Hotel.com then pay the hotel via their site. Would be easier to do 1 or the other.

Check in was friendly and pleasant, the room was really great for the price in Stockholm, clean and with a comfy bed.

Having a humming fridge 2 feet from the pillow wasn’t a great design feature but wasn’t a deal breaker overall.

It was 5 mins from a subway station or 30 mins walk in the main attractions of the centre.

is ok and feels like an actual home, nothing luxurious there. It has everything you need and is looking like every other Swedish apartment, the area has a lot of sushi bars and not so many cafe's in the close proximity, but there are a few when walking 5-10 minutes in any direction.

OK long time stay, but very slow wifi

Sky Hotels is an okay place to stay for longer periods. The neighboring area is mostly office buildings and not especially nice, but there are subway stops (green & blue line) and a bus stop nearby, making the location convenient enough.

We checked in on a Sunday evening. The fridge didn’t work, the mattress had a big stain and the air vent in the bathroom was really dirty. We got a new room the next day, and everything was fine after that.

The service at the reception was great throughout our stay, and we got help with our questions and issues.

We had a small studio apartment, and it’s ok even for two people. The room has all utensils needed for cooking. The kitchen ventilation is really loud. The shower is great, and bathroom is surprisingly large.

The bed (pillows, mattress) is not the most comfortable. Also, it was really cold weather during our stay (-10 – -15 degrees Celsius) and it was a bit cold inside the room; had to sleep with both a blanket and a bedspread.

The biggest problem was the slow wifi - it’s basically unusable for most of the time. For PC laptops you can get an Ethernet cable from the reception, but that won’t help with the mobile phones.

The housekeeping is done once per week, and it’s good to know that if the date needs to be changed, it has to be agreed with the reception.

Below Average - Idea is great, result is not

The idea of an apartment is great, if you´re staying for a longer time a kitchen means you can cook, HOWEVER, at 500 euros 6 nights, you can get a much cheaper hotel in Stockholm without kitchen. You THINK cooking food will save money, but it won´t. You can stay at a hotel for 6 nights for half or 300 euros, buy your own food and you´d land at 500E. If you can, get a hotel with microwave, buy microwaved food for 2.50-3 euro a piece and you´re done. (FIT foods avail)

Problems with this \"hotel\" are:

- EVERY SINGLE WINDOW had MOLD on it. During Covid this is NON acceptable, it means they do NOT clean rooms properly. The carpet has probably never ever been cleaned, REAKS, if you´ve allergies, do NOT stay here

- They try to save money on EVERYTHING, heating lukewarm ALWAYS, gets cold at night, you can get another duvet but there´s no small radiator to borrow. The shower doesn´t have proper hot water, after a while it gets cold. The bathroom has heated flooring (TURNED OFF at electrical cabinet - I had to turn on)

- False advertising - the first option on Hotels.com is a way much bigger room than you actually get (see pics)

- Guy at reception is a douche, could easily check we were 2 guests in room but instead insinuated I tried getting an extra bag of breakfast (not the best first impression)

- Mattress worn out - folds in the middle, two people sleeping on it = FAIL

4 / 10 because there was one very nice person at the reception who was actually helpful (not the redhead)

Good for staff friendliness, location and good size .
Need improvement for : little breakfast, repetitive and bought from \"cofffee house\"
No milk, no corn flakes variety selection, no coffee bags in rooms, no toothpaste ( you hafe to pay 20kr per piece)
Too many doors from reception to your room (5 doors are too much especially with touch issue due to virus)
No Alcohol hand sanitizer gel at rooms .
No hand sanitizer points in the corridors and close to elevator.
The price was high a bit (overall)

Great apartments, clean and tidy. Kitchen had everything you need. Basic cleaning supplies provided. Location was excellent - 5 minutes from Thorildsplan subway station which is around a 10 minute journey to t centralen (the central station). The area itself was nice too, 5 minute walk from a river front. Staff were very friendly. 24 hour front desk. Coffee and tea available for free in the lobby in the daytime. Despite COVID restrictions the breakfast was even nice! Would definitely stay again. Perfect for a longer trip.

Appartement très agréable et pratique à proximité d'une station de métro qui permet un large choix de destination.

I would not recommend you to include the breakfast in your stay. Also, the communication with some staff member is only possible through email or phone. I had to leave to early from the apartment to the airport and my key was not working anymore. I forgot my coat inside the apartment and was not able to get it back since there was no support in the time, via email or phone, then I had to left. I miss one very important item.

Logement spacieux et très agréable. Extrêmement calme et reposant, pas un bruit dans la rue ni dans les couloirs.
Très propre, parfaitement équipé et très bien aménagé.
Le métro est à 5 minutes à pieds et vous conduit directement à la gare et au centre historique de Stockholm.
Un hypermarché ICA est à 10 minutes à pieds pour faire vos courses pour votre séjour.

Deux petites améliorations possibles :
- pourvoir régler la température de la chambre. Par défaut elle était à 24 degrés et il n'était pas possible de changer

De plus la borne sur laquelle il faut s'enregistrer pour obtenir les cartes d'accès est identifiée Vander et non Sky Hotel Appartement. Ce qui peut surprendre. Un petit mail préalable à notre arrivée pour annoncer la marche à suivre éviterait cette surprise à l'arrivée.

Mycket väl godkänt

Jätte fin och fräsch lägenhet som inkluderar allt man behöver som diskmaskin, spis, häll , kyl & frys. Det var väldigt bra städat när vi kom in. Det fanns disktabletter och även kaffe som man kunde brygga själv.

Allting var nytt och fräsch vad gäller möbler och inredning.

Jag har varit på många hotell i världen , denna lägenhet, även om det inte fanns frukost som det brukar så ligger den i topp klass 10/10.
