Room was good. Clean. Definitely a bonus was having a weighing machine in the room to keep track of the weight gained thru eating the great foods around Taiwan.
Though a flaw noted is the fitness / gym room isn’t a proper fitness / gym room but rather is at the level 1 recreational area. And it seems that the treadmill is either not in a very good condition or the support isn’t installed properly as the machine’s vibration was rather huge.

I loved that the staff was very friendly and informative. The hotel rooms were very clean and well taken care of. This was our third time staying at this hotel in Tainan; and honestly we will not stay anywhere else. This hotel is amazing! We do want to try the other branch one day!

When my husband and I checked in the hotel, the front desk could not locate my name in their system for our hotel booking. Then, I showed the booking confirmation email with Expedia. They still couldn’t find my booking and requested me to show another confirmation. I said the Expedia confirmation was good enough for all other hotels in Taiwan that I stayed and this was the only proof I had. They then asked me to show proof of payment which I did. The receipt was still not satisfied as it didn’t show the payment with the hotel when I booked through Expedia. Finally they found my booking on a piece of paper instead of their system. They processed the check in. None of the staff said any apology to us at all. I found this was rude when we had to go through the frustration that the hotel misplaced our reservation.

The room is not clean at all. Some shelves has lots of dust. I am not sure why. This is the first time ever i see hotel like that. However, the breakfast is the beat i have ever see. Lots of choices and delicious. They do make effort to prepare the food.

The Breakfast area was neat and uncluttered. However the coffee provided "in the pot" and "in a nice automated machine" (instant cappuccino, tea, hot chocolate, ++++) was ALWAYS LUKE WARM, NEVER HOT.
The lobby, elevators, hallways and rooms were well lit and looked new!
The restaurant did not work after 3 PM and there are very few places to eat near the hotel.
The bathrooms were large and very clean with good supplies and amenities (and a good, automated toilet seat with Chinese wording and icons that I did not figure out how to work).
The coffee supplies in the room was somewhat below standard.
The AC worked perfectly.
No clothes iron to use in the room, as the ONLY place there is an iron for use in in a guest laundry room. They do not provide a "loaner iron" to use in the room.
Wifi worked very well.

Getting off the elevator the floor smelled like sweet flowers. The room was spacious, it had shower and tub, and there were multiple outlets for computer and usb. The staff could speak English. The breakfast options were Taiwanese foods, while I wish there were bacon, eggs, and waffles it was still good. Location is close to the train station so by taxi less than $3 USD. I will stay again next time I’m in town.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. There was great variety on the breakfast buffet. Rooms were very quiet (was on 12th floor). The bathroom was great (had shower with great pressure and a big tub). Only downside was the bed and pillows were too firm for me. I am sure some love a bed that hard, but by the 4th night my back was sore. In case you care, there are two Pokestops within each of the hotel rooms.

The room we booked was kindly upgraded by hotel staff (Winnie) to a Deluxe Double Room on the same level.
Location (4/5) is little bit far from the city centre and need transport.
Accessibility (4/5) was ok. Perhaps very limited car park is a down side, even though the hotel reimburses the parking fee which is only 2 blocks away.
Hotel Condition (5/5) is excellent. Only built in 2014 still in a very good condition.
Room Cleanliness (5/5) is excellent. Clean beds, towels and amenities.
Room Comfort (5/5) is amazing. Very comfortable bed, good size bathtub, very quiet.
Room View (3/5) is not great. The window was facing east, and in the far you could some tall buildings, but nothing special.
Customer Service (5/5) is perhaps their best asset. Very friendly staff.
Internet (5/5) was very good, just like everywhere in Taiwan.
Breakfast (4/5) was good. The allocated area for breakfast cannot cope with the number of rooms and it looks overcrowded. During the weekend hotel has to allocate timeslot to avoid long waiting, but even that didn’t help and for Sunday breakfast, while we booked from 9:30 to 10:30 (10:30 the cut off time for breakfast), we had to wait more than 30 minutes and then rush to have a quick breakfast before restaurant closing. The breakfast materials are good but can be much better.
Value for Money (5/5): I would say yes. With average price of $150 AUD included the buffet breakfast.

Location is a bit out of the main areas of interests, but not too far to walk towards main rail station. Along with rest of Tainan tourist information in English is not great, so best to check a lot with the hotel staff who are very helpful.
The included breakfast was excellent & covered all tastes in style.
We rented a car to get around as the bus system is not that tourist friendly. Used our own GPS as the supplied one did not work.

Overall, A Great Hotel!

The breakfast was excellent. Cold dishes were on a par with five-star hotel dishes. The design of the room was quite smart, with the shower room, toilet, and sink all separate from one another. There was the second sink in the mini bar. The only defect was the carpet, which covered half of the room. The floor part was very clean, but there were a large number of stains left on the carpet by previous guests. It is understandable that it is difficult to remove stains on the carpet. I would suggest just having the entire room uncarpeted.

Excellent Hotel. The staff is amazing. There is no bar in the hotel however. There is a coffee shop attached but the restaurant is only open for breakfast. The neighborhood is ok for the Tainan area. Service here is great. Comfort, great. I would defiantly return.

I booked a deluxe Double room. Room was good size. Shower with more options to get wet than you could want. Toilet with all the options. Staff OK but didn't have very good idea of what tourists want in the way of directions, probably because 99% of the guests are Chinese on package bus tours. Breakfast was included and had a good range of options both Asian and Western. Basic Gym. Free Washing m/c and dryer, with laundry detergent free if you ask reception.
Quiet a few eating options about a block away. Map from the hotel is somewhat misleading about how far away night markets are. Xiaobei Night Market is 10 min Taxi ride away. Huayuan (aka Flower Night Market - not to be confused with Flower Market which is what the name says) is about 5 min Taxi ride away.
There is a 7-Eleven 50m away - good to buy 88/99 Tourist bus pass (though you do need a note in Chinese to maybe get helpful 7-Eleven staff to get one for you) . About 5 mins walk to nearest 88/99 tourist bus stop or 10 mins to Chihkan Tower (aka Fort Provintia) also 88/99 tourist bus stop

We arrived in both good humor and awe as our taxi driver, seeing the luxurious decor, advanced over the curb and attempted to drive up to the door finding himself trapped, cramp between the pillars and building front. The hotel itself is extremely modern and reminiscent of mid to high end hotels in the USA (sans a valet pull through). The room was loaded with all varieties of nice features and supplies on top of the listed amenities. After five days on an air mattress I felt like I finally got a good night's rest. Luckily for us they offer free laundry machines and sell detergent pods (at a very reasonable price). The complimentary breakfast was an eclectic mix between a western continental breakfast and some heavier Asian foods. Glory Fine Hotel definitely surpassed my expectations.

A very nice and comfortable hotel

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The room is very big and has 2 double size beds. The toilet and bath room are modern and has an electronic controlled toilet seat. Although the hotel is not very close to most of the historical sites but is within walking distance (about 20 minutes walk). It is close to the Garden Night Market. It is also quite close to the railway station. A taxi ride from the railway station to the hotel is about NTD100. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast has a reasonable variety of western and Taiwanese food and was nice. Overall, a very nice and comfortable hotel.

1樓餐廳除了早餐時段之外，都可以隨時進去享受迎賓小餐點。另外早餐時間是從每天早上六點到下午兩點，餐廳雖然小巧，但該有的配菜都有，是一個可以讓我直接省略中餐的早餐。早餐的現煮牛肉湯，請務必一定要吃。

1樓的休閒空間，非常的讓人感到放鬆及舒服。2樓的懶人空間除了可以讓我們好好的休息之外，也可以把它當成是一個有氧教室。

比較可惜的是入住時間是從每天下午四點到隔天上午11點退房。房間舒適廁所乾濕分離，真的是一個非常不錯的選擇。推薦給大家。

駅から遠いけど便利

台南駅からは少し離れていて、徒歩圏内ではないですが、林百貨店、水仙宮市場、神農街、清吉水果などにアクセスが良くて便利でした。レンタル自転車のYouBikeのステーションがホテルの前にあるのも助かりました。朝食も美味しかったです。

因為是電動車，無法停飯店地下室的機械車位，飯店提供後方平面2l7員工停車場給我們停，但員工停車場只有早上6-下午6會有管理員，其他時間要用出入停車場要跟櫃臺聯絡後才會有人來協助開門，臨時要用車又遇上櫃臺再忙碌就需要等一下時間，若有行程可能會被耽擱到！

除了這點外，其他方面都很好！房間乾淨漂亮，早餐也很好吃
