Welcome to the Sure Hotel by Best Western Centralhotellet in Vastervik! We unite the large hotel resources in terms of comfort and high standard with the small hotel's charm and care.

We design and build our rooms all by ourselves. After 50 years in the industry and with many returning guests we have found our style.

We spend a lot of time and energy on cleaning and maintenance and always keep our rooms and guest areas clean and tidy. Access to free wireless broadband is available throughout the hotel, a guest computer is in the lobby and there is always coffee and tea in the reception area.

We have a sauna and relax area that is free for our guests, in the relax area there is a television with free sports and movie channels as well as in the rooms. Animals are welcome in some selected rooms, for booking of these rooms please call us direct.

Experience the Enchanting Maritime Atmosphere

This is a nice hotel with a good atmosphere, and I really like the maritime style. However, there was some noise from the people in the room above; it sounded like a party. I believe they were asked to quiet down because the noise suddenly stopped. Thank you for taking action.

Huset skakade av oväsen från bilburna ungdomar

Vi bodde på hotellet i Västervik. Trevlig personal och mycket god frukost. Rent och fräscht på rummet.

Rummet var väldigt varmt och fönsterna gick inte att öppna ordentligt. Fläkten i taket hade bara en hastighet och lät mycket. En ordentligt AC hade varit att föredra.

Sena kvällar och hela nätterna, fredag och lördag, åkte ungdomar förbi på gatan och väsnades. Det var i princip omöjligt att sova då huset skakade av ljudvågen från musikanläggningen som ungdomarna hade i bilarna. Jag bedömer att det var > 100 dB, vilket är väldigt högt och ohälsosamt för hörseln.

Att inte få mer än ett par timmars sömn på flera dagar förtar helhetsinrycket. Det kan inte bara vara vi gäster som inte tycker det är acceptabelt att föra sånt ovästen. Borde gå att polisanmäla och att införa lokala restriktioner på ljudnivå kväll och natt. Staden rum ska inte kinappas av bilburna ungdomar.

Not suitable for handicapped

No aircondition! Not for handicapped, especially not with a wheelchair. A lot of stairs that makes it difficult to get access to the reception, the room even though it’s on first floor and also where the breakfast is served is at a lower level and difficult to get to. No elevator or helpful aid to make it easier for a handicapped with a wheelchair. Nothing of which we were informed about when contacting the hotel by phone asking for a room suitable for a person with a wheelchair.

Synd att det inte framgick i rumsbeskrivningen att enkelrummen låg i källaren med dålig mobiltäckning om man vill jobba och är beroende av att sända bilder.
Lite instängd känsla när det bara fanns små fönster som satt högt upp på väggen med bruna neddragna persienner.

Det märktes att det var trevligt när vi kom innanför dörren. Rummet jättefint på alla sätt. Badrummet en dröm. Sänglampor som man faktiskt kunde läsa till. Killen receptionen fixade TV.
Frukostmatsalen mycket fin o maten var fint placerad. Återkommer gärna.

Jag reste med min hund och hotellet var verkligen hundvänligt, med en liten park utanför där man kunde rasta samt möjlighet att äta frukost på gården där hunden fick vara med. Man får även filt, skål, en leksak, godis och bajspåsar.
Hotellrummet hade allt man behövde, strykjärn, hårtork, värdeskåp. Bra säng. God frukost, med bra utbud.

Perfekt i city

Bra läge vid stationen och ett stenkast från city och restauranger. Möjlighet att låna cyklar. Bra transportmedel för att cykla ut till Gränsö med fin natur och vandringsleder. Trevlig och serviceminded personal. Enda lilla minus var att det blev varmt på rummet trots fläkt. Det var inga problem att ha fönster öppet, gatan var relativt tyst.

Vi reste tillsammans med en hund och var så nöjda. Hunden fick en goodiebag med godis o leksak bland annat. Perfekt läge mitt Istanbul vid sjömansstugorna. Utegård som vi kunde äta frukost med hunden. Trevlig personal. Allt till belåtenhet.

Superbra i Västervik

Centralhotellet Västervik!!

Trevlig och hyfsat snabb incheckning av mycket trevlig personal. Fick en kort men omfattande info om hotellets restaurangtider, parkering, nyckelfunktioner olika tider mm.
Fint standardrum, rent o fräscht och inte lyhört. Tv, kyl och litet kassaskåp. Bra utrymmen med skrivbord, och rymligt att hänga kläder. Sköna men smala sängar.
Utmärkt fräsch och väl tilltagen frukost!! Lite trångt i matsalen men med det fina vädret kunde man sitta ute.
MYCKET TREVLIG PERSONAL!!!
ALLA hälsade, tjejerna som städade, de som skötte frukosten, de i receptionen…. ALLA !!

Resonabelt prissatt, rent, snyggt, fräscht och välvårdat.

Comfy bed

We stayed one night following our drive down from Arlanda Airport. We had a great nights sleep in a very comfy bed which was much needed after a long day of travelling in the rain. Nice big room and good shower. Only a few minutes stroll to the waterfront with cafes and bars.Very friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. Would stay again 😊

It's okay

The hotel had free parking for motorcycle on the backyard of the hotel, which makes it a bit more unlikely that it will be stolen. My room was half underground with tiny windows, it was okay, but i wouldn't stay again in this room.

Glömde nämna att vi hade hund vid bokning av superiorrum, hund ej tillåten på det rummet, fick då rum i källaren, då hotellet var fullbelagt helt ok, all komfort fanns fast känndes lite instängt pga små fönster.
