The hotel.is mice the room is spacious and clean..but there was no elevator to our room in the third floor
The staff was nice especially Diana was extremely helpful.

Sorry to bother you this property is not even 2 star. Stinks every where smoking. Even in the rooms. Even bedding was stinking smoking. There target to pump money out of you, no service.

Hospitality and comfort!

Cezar is a family-owned hotel near the bus station and on the main road connecting the city. The entire staff was very welcoming and they accommodated us with several special requests, such as food order in the middle of the night. Room was very spacious, beds were very good in comfort levels, and parking was plentiful and under video surveillance.

One night layover in Banja Luke

The hotel suited our needs quite well. We were in transit from Zagreb back to Sarajevo to catch an early afternoon flight and Hotel Cezar was quite convenient. The manager helped us get our luggage up to our room and our room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only disappointment: there were no restaurants within walking distance and the hotel's restaurant was quite basic -- we ordered pizza and they ordered out for it (it took a long time to get there). Otherwise a good experience.

The hotel manager was very helpful.
Parking was adjacent to the hotel and under security.
The hotel was listed as no smoking,however the room reaped of smoke and we were told that there was no smoking.
The overall condition was a little tired.

Pleasant hotel, convenient for the station but a bit of a walk from the centre. Fair breakfast. Room would be improved by having a power outlet somewhere hear the desk.

Great location and staff

Hotel Cezar is well connected to bus stops, the bus station (connecting to other cities) and on the opposite end of downtown (Centar). It's conveniently located to 2 good restaurants (Obelix and Mala Stanica). The staff is very helpful and gracious - always with a smile!

Love the hotel. Everything was great . Room was large enough and very clean. Staff was friendly and profesional. Breakfast was nice and caffee bar in the hotel was another plus.
When I go next time to Banjaluka thet is where I am staying again.

　街の中心部(2km)とバスターミナル・鉄道駅(600m)の間にある。バスターミナルからの交通手段があまり良くなさそうなので、すぐに徒歩で行けて助かった。
　部屋はアップグレードされたのか、ベッドが大きく、バルコニー付きだったけれど、デスクと椅子がなったため、レストランのものを貸してもらった。
　朝食付きにしたけれど、ごく一般的なビュッフェ式で、地方色はなかったけれど必要十分の内容だった。
　利用はしていないけれど、食事のルームサービスもあって、便利かもしれない。

Charmigt hotell med bra frukost

Perfekt läge ca 25 min promenad från city, Hotellet erbjuder fri parkering som är bra med hyrbil.Bra service på hotellet och hjälpsamma även om engelskan inte är den bästa. Bra frukost som innehöll mycket och kändes fräsch.
Det enda minuset var att vi fick ett mindre rum än beställt men det löste sig snabbt

Die Lage war für Menschen, welche gerne spazieren super ! Ein Supermarkt, Coffee und ein Park waren gleich in der Nähe.
Die Betten waren bequem.

Beim Check Out gab es Probleme, da wir mit einer Kreditkarte gebucht haben, wollte das Hotel uns nicht gehen lassen ohne zu bezahlen. So mussten wir erneut die Kreditkarte angeben. Hoffentlich wird das Ganze nicht 2 mal abgebucht.
Kommunikation mit Expedia ist in die Wege geleitet worden.

ho trovato l'hotel confortevole, il personale molto gentile. la prima mattina a colazione avevo chiesto dei croissant perchè non ce ne erano, il giorno successivo il portiere è andato a comperarli e me li ha portati. un servizio così gentile non mi era mai capitato.
l'hotel si trova in zona centrale, molto vicino al centro storico. posso dire di essere soddisfatto del soggiorno a Banjia Luka.

Отель хороший, новый. Было 2 недостатка:
Вместо 50 ЕВРО заплатил сто двадцать с небольшим ЕВРО...как за двое суток, хотя был в отеле вышедоговоренное время. Предъявлял распечатку с Hotels. com... бесполезно.
Ресторана нет в наличии. Есть некое питейное заведение, подобных в городе множество.

Sehr sauberes Hotel in Banja Luka.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Zimmer waren extrem sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Leider haben wir einen Safe am Zimmer vermisst. Trotzdem das Zimmer als Nichtraucherzimmer ausgewiesen war hat es in dem Zimmer sehr stark nach altem Rauch gerochen!!! In der Hotelbeschreibung war nichts ausgewiesen, dass in diesem Hotel Hunde verboten sind- leider waren wir mit Hund unterwegs. Der Manager war sehr freundlich und bemüht dieses Problem zu lösen und war zu keiner Ausnahmeregelung bereit.
