It’s a nice hotel, stayed here for a little over 2 weeks and it was a pleasant hotel. The area is nice and quiet and close to the beach. It’s in a great location and the price of the hotel is very reasonable and they offer breakfast, although I did not eat breakfast there I saw many people eating, I would have no problem staying here again.

The staff at the Boomerang Inn are lovely nothing is a bother even at 2.30 am when the batteries in my remote for the air conditioner needed changing they fixed it straight away, nothing is a hassle to them you can have your laundry done onsite, breakfast each morning was cooked the way I liked it. the owners are lovely they helped me plan all my day trips and my transport to the airport. The husband is Australian and his wife is Thai they used to live in the NT in Australia they have owned the Boomerang Inn for over 20 yrs. I would highly recommend staying there it’s so central to everything Patong beach your a street off the beach, shopping centre Jungceylon is 7 mins walk. I certainly will be going back.
Thank you Boomerang Inn for the best 12 day holiday. I stayed there by myself and felt very secure and comfortable. Well priced as well.

The hotel is in a great spot if you aren't into the party scene as its about a ten minute walk from The heart of the town. It has really friendly staff with great service. 2 mins from the beach and has a bunch of massage parlours across the street and great restaurants around. Because its a little away from the heart the prices of everything is cheaper, only 200 baht for massage. The hotel is super clean just a little rundown like the curtains, shower curtain and mirrors are ripped or old, very old mattresess. Could use a little \"special\" touch. But it is very inexpensive so you get what u pay for.

Hidden little gem

A really lovely family run hotel it is central position with lovely staff so laid back had a lovely relaxing 2 weeks a quiet little pool area and when we ate in the hotel the food was cooked in front of you and tasted lovely even asked for food which wasn't on menu and they cook it for us all homemade recommend chicken noodle soup and hamburgers really tasty definatly if I go back would stay in the boomerang inn .

Hey, I paid $17 a night to stay here. I did not expect a $100 room.
The staff were pretty helpful and friendly. The room is ancient but clean. No frills.
My only complaint was the AC really not doing a good job during the day and that room got hot. Wifi worked pretty good. Safe box in room.

Ok so for $40 I guess there is a little, you get what you paid for... dirty stained bed linen, didn't want to even sit on the bed. Lucky for us we only booked this place as our flight was delayed so just needed a room for 8hrs to shower and were not sleeping there thank god!!! ... Mould in shower but water pressure was good, curtains stained furniture chipped, something splattered on mirrors... I'm sure a black light would have brought up some unsightly bodily fluids... not sure what a backpackers would be like, but I assume it would be something like this... good location though, if you don't mind sleeping in somebody else's filth...

Nice hotel, great location. We are happy with our stay but there are some things that could be better.

They could really need to work on the pool-area, it was quite depressing.

We just got one key to the room, when I got sick and wanted to sleep and my boyfriend wanted to go out for food and so on he could not take the key with him (then the light and air-conditioning would not work). We ask if we could get an extra key, but they could not solve that. So I hade to get up every time he knocked on the door. So the possebillety to borrow an extra key would be nice.

The doors to the rooms are \"loud\" and slams 24/7.

Good location about 3 minute walk from Patong beach and 10 minute walk from Bangla rd.Lots of restaurants ,coffee shops and massage parlors in the area.I have stayed at this hotel many times and will definately stay here again,quiet area at night so you can get some sleep .Staff is friendly and helpful for all your needs whether you need a taxi to airport,island tours etc.

Inexpensive, next to beach and everything else!

Great place to stay in Patong Beach! If you rather spend your money on island tours or whatever and are okay with more of a guesthouse style room, then you would love this place. Super cheap for what you get. Great location in that you are about a five minute walk to the beach and seconds to endless restaurants. Neat little shaded pool to hang out after all the beach sun. I could go on and on about it but I will stop and just say, it was the best guesthouse-style room I have ever stayed in and it was perfect for me.

I stayed here for 3 weeks, My check in was fast. The room was tidy and kept tidy by the maid. Airconditioned rooms. Clean bathroom. The location is in a nice quarter of the city with all styles of restaurants and bars close by and the beach is only a short walk. I will be going back and i'll stay here again and again.

You will need ear plugs for this hotel the noise is not from outside but inside.WARNING There is no fire alarm system and fire stairs are made of WOOD AND OPEN with rubbish underneath one set of stairs. This a very dangerous hotel

The hotel is an older hotel that seems to be going through some renovation. The room is basic with TV refrigerator and safe. The bed was a king size and very firm. Service was good. My room was cleaned late in the afternoons. The laundry service was great. The pool was small but clean and I had it to myself most of the time.

There is a few places to eat in the hotels nearby that had very good food for a reasonable price.

My only complaint was not with the hotel but with the other people staying there. They spent a lot of time in the halls yelling and slamming doors. Very rude individuals.

A fairly basic no frills place but had most of the necessities. We enjoyed the small pool & cheap breakfasts. No kettle or cups in room was annoying. It was a close walk to Patong beach and many food outlets which was a bonus. The linen was clean & the maid gave us plenty of towels etc . For it's price it's a good deal .

nice and inexpensive hotel in a quiet location

This was a very good choice for a short stay after I was misled by the booking agency at the airport and ended up getting sent to a horrible place. Boomerang staff is friendly, the location is nice, just far enough away from the madness but only a five minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of good restaurants ranging from across the street to a short walk away. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is OK. The check in is smooth, and the staff very friendly. The room is standard, with complimentary water everyday. It's good just to sleep and then spend the day outside near the beach. The location is perfect for the price, as you are amongst the hustle and bustle of the street markets and 5 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel is directly opposite lots of spas and massage parlours which are cheap. Directly behind the hotel is a street with lots of seafood restaurants, which are cheap and tasty.
The room internet was OK, the best connection was in the bathroom (!). The shower was a bit lukewarm for my liking. The airconditioning was too cold, and was dripping onto my mattress all night.
Overall an OK stay for the price, but I would probably find somewhere else to stay in Patong next time.

Hotellet var mycket bra och hade ett perfekt läge, bara cirka 5 minuter från stranden. Det fanns en Seven Eleven i närheten vilket var väldigt smidigt. Allt fungerade bra under hela vistelsen och jag är mycket nöjd. Jag är en boomerang-gäst och kommer definitivt tillbaka.

全部で6泊しましたが、立地がとても良く、どこに行くのにも便利なのに比較的静かで快適に過ごせました。
シャワーのお湯も水圧も強かったのと、ベランダが広くて洗濯物も干しやすかったです。WiFiも速かったけど、端の方の部屋はちょっと弱かったです。
ホテルスタッフも親切で、またプーケットに来る時は泊まりたいと思います。

Review of Boomerang Inn: A Boomerang That Might Not Come Back

Boomerang Inn is a hotel that promises a return, but in my case, it turned out to be more of a disappointment. I had booked my stay back in November for 14 night in February, but upon arrival, I was greeted by a young man at the reception who informed me that the hotel was fully booked. Instead, I was offered a smaller hotel across the street, without Wi-Fi, which did not meet my expectations or the booking I had made.

The young staff member at Boomerang Inn seemed to have difficulty communicating in English, and his attitude came across as very unpleasant. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere right from the start. Another letdown was that the hotel’s website advertises a pool, but in reality, there is none. This feels misleading and gives a poor impression of the hotel’s professionalism.

On the other hand, the older lady at the reception was very friendly and did her best to help. She had an adorable little Pomeranian with her, which was definitely a highlight of the visit. Additionally, the hotel is well-located, close to everything you might want to visit during your stay.

One aspect that deserves praise, however, is their Wi-Fi. The connection was fast, reliable, and available throughout the hotel, which made it easy to stay connected and get work done. This was a definite plus and something I truly appreciated.

In summary, Boomerang Inn has both pros and cons. While the location, the friendly older
