My room had a mild odor and there were a few gnats. While we were in the room, the front desk accidentally assigned it to another guest, who walked in on my husband. We were moved to another room, but by then the experience had already turned me off a bit.
That said, I do like this hotel overall. It is generally clean and the breakfast is good. Despite the issue we experienced, I would give them another chance if needed.

Room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. I like they have an omelet station (included). The room was spacious. The disappointing part was the pool area. The pool room was freezing so it made it uncomfortable to enjoy. I get it was the coldest day of the year but usually it’s hot and humid in the pool area. The hardest part was parking. They have a garage so there was plenty of spots but was hard to find and a little sketchy since there is a lot of construction going on. We didn’t see an elevator in the garage but it was too cold to look around.

We liked the amenities and the free breakfast and pool. However, without a fan or vent in the bathroom, it was way too loud at all hours of the night. We stayed on the second floor and my kids and I were up lots of our second night due to noise. There really needs to be something to cancel the noise out, or thicker walls.

Was shabbier than what I expected. Parking is not on site. It’s in a shared lot next door with very little parking. The hallways are dark and gloomy. The breakfast was ok. Could not adjust room temperature and was pretty hot at night. Toddler was up all night. Interior is old. Bath was ok. Place was clean enough so we stuck it out for 2 nights

I do not recommend this hotel. The staff was unprofessional, and the pool was unusable due to being extremely cold. We checked out after only 2 hours. Despite leaving immediately, management has refused to process a refund for our unused stay.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast options were good but the taste was just ok. The location and hotel was overall great lots of room in the room and having two king size beds was amazing. My biggest complaint is the shower it made a very loud noise throughout the shower that could be heard in all the rooms around us, and in order to have good water pressure and reduce the noise for my daughter I had to hold in the stopper for her the whole time

The hotel was in fair condition. However it definitely needs improvements our room door handle broke, we had to get our shower fixed and we saw others got stuck in one of the elevators! When we arrived the counter person couldn’t really speak great English or communicate well. He made a mistake and charged our card 5X in a row. Causing our bank to lock our card. So we had to sit in the Lobby for an Hour and be embarrassed while we waited on the phone to clear it up with our bank’s customer service!!
Loud Music playing next door at the expo center and kids running around at 12:30am. If all that wasn’t enough Breakfast felt like we were in jail with wardens walking around watching everyone’s last move. Like someone wanted to steal a subpar breakfast. We felt bad for the waitstaff employees who are treated terribly and face racism by management this was vey disappointing and disgraceful
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I would give it a 0 if I could!!!

My room so cold i ask them put in a different room that was a problem.. yesterday night when i check in the guy always put me on the ninth floor i stay there all the time .. i want never stay there no more want get no more of my money 💯 am going to call my bank in get my money back i was freezing in that room gave me one heater still was cold in i when downstairs and told them about my room they say the heat was working in my room.. no wasn’t still cold

Really nice hotel and room. I would maybe stay again. The only downside was that the tub was clogged and my room was freezing. I literally slept with socks pants and a sweater. Never experienced that in a hotel before. Also seems like housekeeping didn’t change the toilet paper roll and basically kept the same roll from the previous customers. But I would give it a try again.

The harmony suites was great the rooms was clean the staff was great.. the complimentary breakfast was good the only 2 things you guys should know,as of right now the pool is not in use because of construction and there is a 150.00 credit or debit card hold on each room you book.. I think that should be said in the booking which it was not an issue but it good to know before hand.

We’ve stayed here before and the stay was nice, hotel is beautiful.. the pool wasn’t in operation during our stay but that wasn’t anything we would have used anyway so that wasn’t an issue. The only issue we had was a room on the 9th floor could have used better water pressure in the shower.. the breakfast was very good, many options..

When we arrived for check in there was a sign at the front desk stating that \"pool is out of service due to maintenance, sorry for the inconvenience\". We drove quite far and specifically chose this hotel because it was listed as having a pool. There were no emails or information sent out to inform guests that the pool was closed for an undetermined amount of time, which was quite frustrating to arrive and find this out. There was a minor percentage taken off the total of the hotel. Not being informed in advance made it challenging to find a better alternative at check in time with 2 kids, so we stayed here. When getting to our initial room it smelt completely overwhelming with a terrible smell described by the staff as being a spray freshener used (it was burning our noses and eyes). After having the hotel staff come and smell the room, we were moved to a different room with a much lesser but still present smell.

Hotel definitely has potential with better management of the rooms quality oversight and keeping their hotel information up to date. The rooms themselves are quite good in terms of space. Breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.

Hotel staff at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. Manager was very difficult to get to speak with and took approx 45minutes to have her come out and when out was very dismissive of their failure to inform of the pool.

Front desk staff were poorly trained and lacked personality. Parking is an absolute mess as there are no signs for hotel entrance once you enter the maze of parking, Parking security is questionable as there were many single 30 year olds driving around scoping the lot and groups smoking weed. Pool was closed with no advanced notification. Bathroom door in poor condition. only one coffee packet in room. Sticky floors in main traffic areas. The place has potential but has obvious poor management. The guy who takes breakfast tickets was nice, the omelet staff were efficient and the orange juice was full strength and not watered down for positive remarks.

The hotel has a mildew problem. The whole hotel is obnoxiously smelling of mildew and carpet deodorizer. They moved us up two floors and it was less terrible. But we had to sleep in a whole hotel masking a major wetness problem. My wife had a migraine instantly, and that pretty much ruined the whole stay. Terrible. They tired to help but there is no helping the smell of this hotel.

I selected this hotel because it had an indoor pool. However, upon checking-in, I found out the pool was closed for renovations. There was no mention of this on the hotel’s page and when I asked the front desk about being reimbursed/compensated for this inconvenience, they told me that there was nothing they could do since I had already checked in.
