Having a little pool in the hotel is nice. The rooms if you get an upgrade are large. Try to stay on the reception side of the hotel, the other side has quite weird lay out in the rooms. The service is great, really friendly staff. The food at night (room service) is not great, but it's so well located you can go out for dinner really easily. The gym is a bit dated, running machine and a very old cross trainer. The spa is nice, but small. The 'steam room' isn't great. The staff kind of make this place special. The rooms are ok, but the style is kind of 90s dated and can feel a bit claustrophobic but that's being super fussy. x

We had a wonderful stay. Only thing that we suggest is to have a folded up blanket in the closet. The comforter was too warm without excessively turning down room temperature so wouldve been nice to have a separate blanket and pull comforter back. The staff is friendly and attentive. Our room was super charming and the pool with hamman is perfect for relaxing after long days of sightseeing.

The cheaper rooms are quite small, but that's Paris. We upgraded to a more expensive suite and were VERY happy. The staff (from housekeeping to front desk to management) are wonderful and accommodating.
We would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff and great location

We stayed for our 25th wedding anniversary and when we arrived we had champagne in our room and a handwritten note from the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent (we have stayed before) and the staff can’t do enough for you. They are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is great and they have a bar where you can get a late evening drink before bed. The pool is small but a treat to have one in a city centre hotel and it has a power jet you can swim against if you want the exercise. We would highly recommend and thank you for making our stay so special.

We could not speak more highly about this hotel. It was cool but welcoming and romantic but still very kid friendly. I understand that those concepts do not mesh, but it is true. This hotel is made for honeymooners and lovers, but we brought our kids because they had a pool and were one of the few hotels in Paris that could accommodate a family of four. Everyone in our family fell in love with the look and feel of the bedrooms, the bathrooms. The room appointments were elegant and simple. The staff was helpful and attentive. It was well worth the extra money spent

We stayed in the suite, Room 608, and it is lovely and quite spacious. The room was quiet and well appointed, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We were well attended by the staff, and enjoyed the pool and steam room. During our stay, we appeared to be the only people using the pool so it was peaceful and easy to swim laps to work off some of the rich, decadents foods we enjoyed in Paris.

I went to the SPA with my wife and I was approached by a gentleman who told me that the spa was booked for a private event and we had to leave. He claimed there was a notice in our room something that isn’t truth. I am very disappointed and I would never stay there again.

excellent location. however our room was on the 1st floor and near the housekeeping area - even though the ladies tried not to make noise their whispering for LONG periods eventually made us get out of bed since you could hear them anyway despite the do not disturb sign.

Generally good, rooms are pretty spacious, the gym and wellness area is fantastic. The front desk reception staff are not friendly, and sometimes just chatting away at the back and leaving the desk unmanned - the guy that checked us in was very rude. We liked the general vibe of the hotel.

One really annoying thing is that the corridor on each floor is tiny, and on the day we checked out, housekeeping staff were shouting and being very loud and obnoxious, and bashing things around with all the rest of the room doors open from 7am til 12pm when we checked out. We were woken up by them at 7am on holiday and the noise didn't cease. The corridor was also filled with equipment and we could barely get to the lift when we did check out. Annoying since the room is very well insulated from heat and noise from the street.

Beautifully designed guest room but we found the double glass doors that open to bathroom awkward, a waste of space and inconvenient and offered no privacy for one to shower and access sink post shower. Also, no simple hooks available in the bathroom for towels to hang to dry. Though the room is intended for two people, only one robe was available. The marble bathroom and shower floors though elegant were very slippery and dangerous when wet. Nothing was available that would offer protection from slipping in the shower room or the sink are which often became wet after someone showered. There was no place to hang a towel to reach after shower. The handsome large magnifying mirror that hangs on the wall to the left of the sink was inaccessible due to the layout of the sink and wall next to the shower. The phone the room didn’t work. The room includes many special effect high tech lighting features. But there was no possible way to have light on just in the dressing area that was separated from the bed by a wall. So one had to have all the lights on in the to have any light in the dressing area. Hard not to disturb a sleeping or resting partner without turning on all lights to dress or undress in the dressing area. In short, artistic design that is fun and interesting but one pays a lot to enjoy without expected safe and simple functional features. The designer should have spent a night in the room. All hat no cattle as we say inTexas. Loved the closet-dressing area.

This a wonderfully romantic boutique hotel. The lobby has great atmosphere. It is cozy but sophisticated. The room was a good size, as well as our bathroom. Location was great for walking all over. This is a fabulous hotel, very well situated within easy walking distance of Le Louvre and Place de la Concorde. The staff are excellent, the facilities are good and the rooms are nice. If we were to return to Paris we would return to this hotel. Drinks are a little pricey but otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

Our first visit to Paris, and the staff at Le Roch took such great care of us! We upgraded to a suite and it was truly Parisian chic with window boxes of flowers and a steam shower (which was great after long days of walking). The staff was so incredible, arranging tickets to the French Open last minute and securing restaurant reservations for us. We were surprised by gifts of champagne and wine and truly loved our stay. It’s a smaller boutique hotel and truly feels like Paris. It’s a short walk to The Louvre, great cafe options and high street shopping. Less crowded than the touristy areas and more of a local feel. We’ll definitely be back! Merci Le Roch!

Curtains had to remain closed the entire time. Would have loved the room a bit more if the photos online were representative of the room we actually got. Don’t expect a nice view but otherwise great stay.

It was my anniversary and asked for a higher level room, I was ok the first floor.. there were people outside my window at all times so I wasn’t able to have the curtains open. The lighting wasn’t great so it made it hard to get ready. The hotel and rooms are gorgeous. Location was amazing and I would deff go again. However, I wish they had been a little more accommodating.

Fabulous place to stay in the heart of Paris

Le Roch Hotel is a really stylish and comfortable boutique hotel in the very heart of the city, well deserving of its 5 stars. We loved the fact that we could pop down in the lift straight to the pool and hammam, and we had it to ourselves every morning - we didn't expect this lovely facility from a city centre hotel. The staff were great, especially in the bar/restaurant, and the place was full of fascinating people every night with a live jazz concert, and a photoshoot, happening during our 4-night stay. Of course, it is expensive, but worth the price for such a cool experience. We probably wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris now!

We have visited Paris many times and may have finally found an almost perfect hotel... La Roch is a small hotel just off Rue St Honore and a few blocks north of the Louvre. It is so well located we walked everywhere.. our room was small but well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom shower was excellent- well supplied with Codage products and even extra ones at nightly turndown.
The spa -pool and steam room were a delightful surprise- a rarity in hotels of this size in Paris. We had massages on arrival which were excellent and expertly performed.
Breakfast buffet was superb and well stocked with delights. The small bar was tended by expert barman. The small lobby was cosy with a fireplace, plenty of newspapers and cosy sofas. The decor is trendy -maybe a bit too dark- but so cool!
The front desk staff were kind and so helpful. Elie the concierge was so helpful getting us reservations, directions and helpful suggestions.
Overall a truly delightful Parisian hotel escape- right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle- we will be back.

Great time in Paris

We stayed at Le Roch for 3 nights. It was great experience. Everything was on point. 10 min walk to Lourve. The hotel is chic & stylish. Our room is very good size. The bed is so comfortable. Very nice bathroom with rain showers. Staffs are very helpful especially the concierge, who got Catacombes tickets in last minute and suggested the nice restaurants for us. We stayed last weekend & had a lovely time- wasn't fantastic as my partner got terrible food poisoning after eating a waiters recommendation, steak tartare (not from the hotel I must add) on our first night so Saturday was written off & spent in the hotel room- luckily the room we had is beautiful with its contemporary style & extremely comfortable bed- love the Marshall speaker touch too!
I also have huge appreciation for the wide variety of designer books in the hotel reception, very classy touch!
Staff were very attentive- we rang and asked for an iron and in no more than 2 minutes one had been bought to our room and set up for us!
Only thing I was shocked about was one part of our bill at the end of our stay- Friday night we had two espresso martinis and two other cocktails which came to over €70, they were good but definitely not that good!
Overall loved the hotel, will definitely reccomend and stay when we return to see Paris properly!

Beautiful Hotel with Amazing Staff

We stayed at the Le Roch hotel for 5 nights in Paris and had an amazing time. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and museums. The hotel facilities are clean with comfortable bed and nice bathroom amenities. The only downfall we found was how the bathtub and shelf above the tub were positioned: The shelf provided to store shampoo, conditioner, and soap hangs over the tub, allowing water from the shower head pour over onto the ground. The best experience during our stay is was the concierge. The service that Benjamin and the other concierge staff provided was some of the best we have ever experienced! They went above and beyond on helping up book hotels, private wine tours, dinners, etc. for a last minute booking to Bourgogne. We definitely recommend the Le Roch hotel and would come back to this hotel!

Amazing Hotel and Staff!

When planning a trip to Paris, you pretty much know what you are going to get with the museums, monuments, and other attractions. The big unknown, for me, is the hotel and its staff. Even with all of the great reviews by guests, you never really know until you experience it for yourself. Le Roch Hotel & Spa might be my best hotel experience ever! From the moment my wife and I arrived, every person who worked at the hotel was professional, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. This intimate boutique hotel is simply beautiful. The food was as good as anything we had while in Paris, if not better. It was a sad day when we had to leave to come home but I feel that we have made new friends and Le Roch will be the only hotel we will stay in during our future trips to Paris!

Amazing hotel, great location, fantastic rooms. Things I didn't like: the tablets in the room are useless. Some staff work very very hard while others just watch. This happened every morning durning breakfast. No real room services on Sundays and Mondays as the chef takes their days off. But this place is a must, they have forever found a fan.

The hotel is great, room are a little small but the decoration is impressive, the staff is very kind. I loved it, I really recommend the hotel, it's not a big palace but more like a boutique hotel, who I think can earn there 5 stars.
