The rooms were not super clean, at this price you expect way better. The AC was working but weak. There was no room cleaning.

Check-in: I had to help at 4 other travellers check-in as I was coming and going during my stay. Not their fault because the check-in process is atrocious – it's completely unintuitive, no instructions on the wall which is an obvious thing to do. Other guest were very confused and because I had figured it out luckily I was able to help them, otherwise they would have been stuck. The contact number was never answered.
Room: Dirty plates were left in the kitchen cupboard. Disgusting. Everything just felt dirty. Piles of dust behind and under the bed. Clearly the rooms are just superficially cleaned with no care for hygiene and guest comfort. I was actually sick for a week after staying there. There was a consistent smell in the room (a mix of stale smoke and cooking fumes).
Bathroom: The shower enclosure was broken and the cheap MDF board that is supposed to look like a premium shower floor was broken and clearly will become rotten with continued exposure to water ingress.
Gym: They don't tell you this when you book but the Gym is an extra 5 Euros...per day! I'm pretty sure it would be as dirty as the rooms so I didn't bother. There are actually proper gyms nearby that are 9 Euros for 24hrs so you do the math.
Washing Machine: Don't even get me started... you cannot even buy washing tablets and softener there. You have to setup an app to select the washing machine which again is just not a great experience honestly.

Laundry, unfortunately, was not convenient. We never could figure out how to operate the machines. We were told to call the number on the wall, no luck with that either. Fortunately if we took tram number 7 going towards the train station there was a laundry mat one stop up and the tram stop right at the laundry mat. So we got clean clothes after all.

Check in is suppose to be 4pm. We arrive on time. But had to wait another 45 minutes as room was not ready. At it’s middle of city had to parking somewhere else.

Check in is 4pm. We thought there would be somewhere to leave our bags in the lobby but there wasn’t so had to walk back to the train station to store them. The oven had the previous tenants dirty dishes and also broken glass on the deck. Not cleaned properly! A very small room, nice bathroom. Check out is 10am

Awkward keyless entry system
Overall the apartment meat our needs. The unit is a bit small but was functional. The best thing about the apartment was that it's within walking distance from most things. The train station is a 10 minutes walk away and city center is not much farther away. One thing I don't like is their keyless entry system. One day there was an issue with the network and I could not get into my apartment without spending several minutes on the phone with customer service.

Great alternative to hotel in Nuremberg
A fairly new and updated property with all the conveniences including digital keys for all doors, fast wifi, good controllable heating, dishwasher, large fridge, rain shower, balcony, laundry room for pay with an app. Bedding for the sofa bed was also available and ready. This apartment faced the courtyard and was super quiet. Although the property is not in the nicest of areas, it is centrally located, 2 tram stops (3 minute walk to the tram station) from the Central Station and entrance to the old town. A bakery, supermarket and a couple restaurants are a couple of blocks away.
The only disappointment was the bed. The most awful “mattress”, if you can call it that, was a thin piece of terrible foam on top of a sofa upholstery. For the cost per night, without any cleaning or change of towels or sheets included, I would expect a decent normal bed with a normal mattress.

Happy to have stayed in EcoSmart Premium. Check in on app is pretty straight forward. Location is convenient with easy access to cental station. Building and room are clean and smart. The only thing disappointment is one missing set of towels as we are three in a room but only two sets are available. Other than that, I'm happy with the stay.

Very Nice Modern Place , had a problem with the A/C in my first Room, they promptly sent a Maintenance Man but he couldn’t fix . So the gave me an even nicer room upgradet me to a sweet! Over pretty nice place.

The room was clean, however, there are some functional issues/ experiences worth noting. The smart TV will not let you cast from an iPhone and the English subtitles are not working. The air conditioning is extremely loud and impossible to run for long periods. Coffee machine was smoking after one use. No instructions about how to operate the room features such as external blinds. Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and heated towel rail was not working. We were unable to load a physical key card on check in and had to use our phones at all times. After we checked in a member of the cleaning staff entered the room. He didn’t say who he was or what he had come into the room for, just left. We emailed the hotel and to their credit they did respond promptly, but we were not confident that this wouldn’t happen because of the defunct check in system so we slept with a chair against the door. This was one of the more expensive accomodations we booked on our trip so we were generally disappointed.

Unfortunately, we cannot call it a smart apartment. We couldn't get into our room when we were in a hurry because the electricity was out. We waited for half an hour for the system to be fixed. It is essential that one officer stays at the hotel at all times.

There is no reception and no clear instructions in the lobby how to reach the staff for questions. The online check-in is confusing since the system relied on emails.

Great hotel concept for tech savvy people not for the old school ones. Room smell like the last guest was smoking. We had 3 different rooms and only two were ready at 19:00 when checking was at 16:00. The checkout is way to early at 10:00. Location is a bit far from the city center.

Zunächst kam ich gar nicht ins Hotel. Da muss wohl eine Mail verloren gegangen sein. Das Einchecken gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, weil mein Name nicht im System war. Ich konnte aber mit dem Code die Tür öffnen. Seltsam.

Das Frühstück war super, auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit hätte aber besser sein müssen: der Boden war schlecht und schlierig gewischt, es roch unangenehm und der Geschirrspüler lief noch. Und das, obwohl man 16 Uhr und damit recht spät erst einchecken darf. Auch der Check out ist mit 10 Uhr etwas zu früh…

Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Flur ist Durchlaufposten für jeden externen. Bett einzige Katastrophe, tatsächlich haben wir in einem Loch geschlafen, man würde Zeugen brauchen, dass es hierbei um eine Matratze handelt.

Starting from before check in my questions about luggage storage was never answered. The check in was delayed by a short while as the room was still being cleaned despite the check in being late at 4. We were given a room on street level facing the footpath, meaning that we cannot open the window or let the light in without everyone walking past seeing us. The mattress was 15cm thick only and pillow was very very very flat. We also found an eye mask from a previous guest that made us wonder if the sheets were even changed. For the kitchen, the only knife is something smaller than an average fruit knife, don’t expect to cook properly here. Lastly, we also couldn’t check out a bit later and had to leave at 10. Honestly, we got this place for the kitchen to make Christmas dinner, it is not worth all the trouble and the experience.
