Overall, we had a marvelous stay at this relatively new hotel, a stone’s throw from it bigger sister property. The staff was extremely responsive, likable and gracious. The suite is particularly impressive for the price and includes a maid’s room, while the standard room at 19 sq meters is too small, although well-priced. The only complaint we had was the frequent smell of shisha that entered the room ghrough the AC. Buffet breakfast was very good although somewhat over priced. Great stay.

Small But Sufficient

The rooms are small and basic, but it's safe. Access to residence towers through a key card in the parking lot. And there's reasonable privacy. It was certainly comfortable enough, it was just very tight.

It was nice stay. Good room and good service. Breakfast was good . Staff were friendly and helpful. I found the reception staff very nice and professionals. I come to this hotel frequently and Dalal at the reception is great representative for Saudi Nationals. Thanks Dalal for your good work.

Sadly the apartment was not clean..there were stains on the walls and on the furniture. the bathroom really smelled like a public restroom :( the apartment was well equipped and good sized. the bathrooms and rooms were tiny.

Overall we have enjoyed our time and swimming and receptionists were nice and kind. But only few observations: water heater was not working, one bathroom bidet was not properly working and room window was not clean from outside

The rooms were very spacious and everything was very clean it is also in excellent proximity to Dhahran mall. The staff are what makes this hotel so great they are very helpful and considering the COVID-19 virus did an exceptional job the raising awareness through there face mask practice and following all of the direction from the government. I really enjoyed my stay here and I look forward to returning.

Amazing Stay

Booked 7 rooms for the team on business trip.
Most of the team been upgraded to higher category room/flat.
Front desk staff were very friendly and willing to help all the time.
Amazing facility and they allowed us for late check out un-like other guest reviews. All depends on booking condition.
Cleanliness of the Room: very good despite one black spot on the bed sheet.
Cleanliness of the Hotel: Perfect.
Quality of Services: Very good, didn't use much of the hotel services.
Hotel Amenities: Good.
Hotel Location: Very Good.
Price: Very Good.
Downside: unfortunately there is no Non Smoking rooms, we have asked for no smoking rooms but most had smoking smell and ashtrays.
Overall Ranking: 9/10
Differently will come again.

Very bad behavior from the staff to collect the invoice of the breakfast directly
We already sign the invoice and ask them to charge it to room bill
They call at room to collect then block the room key
I do not know why they are rashing for the bill since I booked three days
Very poor and expensive breakfast
The design of the hotel strange
Connected buildings to be one hotel
I will never go there next trip

The family apartment is an apartment one would want for themselves. Spacious and clean with full adequate anmities. I have always written how Raddison Blu is one of my favourite spots in khobar with wonderful friendly staff.

Great hotel

This place is very good by all means. The two bedroom apps is very big (check pics).
It has;
2 bedrooms each has private bathroom and big TV.
A third small room with bathroom.
Kitchen with all appliances.
Living room with big sofa and TV plus a dining table.

Great place

This is one of the cleanest, quietest places in the area.
Rooms are nice and comfortable
Large tv with many channels ( includes OSN)
Private and secure property. No one can get to the hotel or parking lot without the security opening the gate.
Location is perfect, you can get anywhere quickly.

Downside is that the rooms are a little smal because it a residential not hotel (radisson blue hotel is nearby)

One of the best hotels in Aldhahran city, just front of Aldhahran mall and 5 min by car to Ikea. This hotel has excellent location in very luxurious area.

I booked 3 bedrooms (suit 2446). Suit was specious and well decorated, equipped with the lovely Radisson blu aminities and towels (high quality).

Finally i would like to express my gratitude to the reception officers who made my stay amazing and comfortably.

Comfortable and private hotel residence

I booked this instead of normal Raddison Blu hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Services stripped back a little but residence approach means it is very private you come and go as you please from your own little block. Your room key opens all facilities pool, gym etc and that’s great. Very security conscious entrance as well making it ultra safe.

This was a building much like condo but hotel rooms. No view, no charm but adequate for some place to stay. It was newish and still in nice condition. I would've like to had a softer bed and larger bathroom. Breakfast was extremely overpriced. Over all tho, it was a good stay.

I personally visited 6 hotels' in the same neighborhood to see their suites before choosing Blu Residences. Their hotel is the newest, cleanest, and most family friendly hotel. They have a pool and pingpong for the kids. Living room and kitchen are open, modern, and built to live in for extended stays. When my family arrived from their international flight, they were so happy and relaxed with the surroundings.
