No transportation at all and nothing to do there as there is no activities the food was less than average

- The swimming pool was dirty and there were no lifeguards all the time. in addition, people were allowed to swim after 8 PM.
- The beach was very dirty.
- No lifeguards on the beach.
- No cafeteria/ bar to serve anything on the beach. we had to go out of the hotel to get things to drink while we were on the beach.
- No shuttle bus to commute from the beach to the hotel or the other way around.
- Staff are friendly but seems that management is not willing refurbish the hotel as it needs alot of things.
- Kids play area is outdated and needs to be fixed or actually needs to be replaced.

While the property is beginning to show its age it is a nice place to spend some holiday time with a family. Very large property with many amenities.

Not bad experience., the beach area was not spacious enough for all , the chalet is little bit far from beach. The breakfast limited choices and not delicious. Actually the stay over all didn’t match my expectations .

المنتجع بشكل عام جيد ، الإيجابيات كثيرة منها الإستقبال الممتاز من قبل الموظفة سارة وشرح لأغلب خصائص المنتجع ،
السلبيات بشكل عام عدم نظافة الغرفة يعني عادي تلقى أتربة على الأرض واغطية السرير لو توسخت ما يغيرونها لك والثلاجة ماتبرد.
الشاطيء بعيد جداً عن الغرف وعن الشاليهات كذلك ، ممكن ٧-٩ دقائق من الغرف ولا يوجد وسيلة مواصلات إلا سيارتك الخاصة ، قبل سنتين كان فيه قولف كار توصلك والحين حطوا سياكل ودراجات بس بفلوس تقريباً النص ساعة ب ٣٠ ريال وبعضها ب٥٠ وترتفع حسب اللي بتستأجره.
الكراسي قليلة بالشاطيء وكذلك الجلسات والمسبح جيد جداً لكن يعيبهم قلة الإهتمام والنظافة .
الإفطار جيد جداً والطاقم لطيف.
ما فيه أي سوبر ماركت داخل المنتجع ، يعني جب أغراضك معك.

It is ok good and big room size , AC was very cold , service was disappointed against price, no hotel complimentary like towels enough water shampoo and shower gel . They have only 1 restaurants room service for dinner and lunch breakfast was good, and restaurant price very expensive some dishes was not tasty piza was excellent . House keeping need development. Cost was very expensive with disappointment service . They can do better it is minor things but make different . Yes swim pool was good.

ماء المسبح لونه مخضر.
لا يوجد موظف يسأل الجالسين على المسبح و الشاطئ عن رغبتهم في المشروبات.
مجرى الماء على الطريق المؤدي الى الشاطئ مهمل و لم ارى لافتة اعتذار عن منظر المجرى.
العاب الاطفال تحتاج الى صيانة.
الانارة التجميلية في الممرات بين العشب و كذلك الموجهة على الاشجار متهالكة و تحتاج الى صيانة.
الشاطئ بعيد جدا عن الفندق ولا يوجد خدمة توصيل الى الشاطئ لكبار السن و الاطفال!

Place is nice in general and good for families with big and good swimming pool and private one for ladies .. no view for chalets .. only to a small seating area terrace (garden view) beach is not big but clean and good for sitting to see sun rise and sit there at night (if weather is Ok, which was our case) .. check-in and check-out time was very short (few minutes)
Bad things; chalets cleanness shall be better (no sanitizing) with some flies + maintenance team with no gloves + breakfast .. 3 trips (with delays) to bring complete breakfast (missing bread then cornflakes then salt ..); but quality of food is good + lady at reception (day shift on Friday) called at 11.00AM to give the room even that it was requested and agreed twice to leave later (at 1.30 PM) after Jumaá prayer .. and actually we left at 1.00PM .. her way was lacking any hospitability or any professional approach and she said .. a lot of people are waiting (even check-in time is 3.00 PM and we checked-in at 2.00PM) and when I went there .. the lobby was totally empty (no one)!

Amazing sea experience, even though the chalet started to show its age.The place is 40 minutes from Dhahran/Khobar if you want to add that to your visit.

لم يعجبني مع الأسف أصبح سيء زرته قبل مرتين الأولى أقمت في غرفة ووقتها كان المنتجع لشركة بودل وكان في قمة الروعة والمرة الثانية عند انتقال الملكية لراديسون بلو أقمت في شاليه غرفتين وكان جيداً جداً ولكن الآن تقييمي له سيء للغاية لم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع مع الأسف تصنيفه ٥نجوم ويحمل اسم راديسون بلو ويكون بهذا المستوى

خدمة المطعم بالغرف يأتيك الأكل بعضه ساخن وبعضه بارد والمشروبات الساخنة تصل أحيانا باردة حتى طلبت منهم بالأيام المتبقية من الإقامة أن لا يضيفو الماء وقمت بتسخين الماء واضافته بنفسي بالغرفة ولا يوجد تنوع في قائمة الطعام لوجبات الغداء والعشاء وان بعض مما هو مسجل بالقائمة لما تطلب من المطعم يقول غير موجود فتكون مضطر للاختيار من أنواع ثابتة ومحددة .. الشاطئ مع الأسف غير نظيف رغم انه يجرى تنظيفه يوميا ولكن ليس تنظيف جيد .. ومع الأسف زوار المنتجع الأغلب منهم يتركون المخلفات بعد قيامهم من جلستهم عند الشاطئ كما تفاجأت بالمسبح الذي وجدت فيه الكثير من الأوساخ المرمية فيه رغم أنه ينظف صباح كل يوم ولكن مع الأسف مستخدمي المسبح لا يحافظون على نظافته حتى بعد اول ساعة صباحية من التنظيف خصوصا لما زاد الزوار في اجازة نهاية الأسبوع ولم ننزل المسبح في يوم الخميس والجمعة لهذا السبب - أول ما وصلت كنت طالب سرير اطفال وتأخرو على ما جابوه لي ودقيت كذا مرة بالأخير قالوا إن العامل يقول جابه لك وشفته وقلت انك ما تبيه فقلت لهم متى اساسا ما شفته ولا دق الجرس

كانت إقامة فخمة جداً الموظف (سعيد الجابر)كان ذوق مرة وأخلاقه عالية تم ترقية حجزي واعطائي لغرفة مطلة وقام بإعطائي مفارش للاطفال الموقع فخم جداً ومكان جميل للاستجمام ولازم تاخذ معك كل اغراضك بحكم ان المكان بعد شاطئ نصف القمر ويبعد عن الخبر ٥٠ كم المنتجع متكامل وانصح اللي يبي يروح له يجهز معه كل اغراضه الأكل والشرب ويجلس فيه يومين كاملين ما يطلع ابد فيه مسابح وصالات رياضية وألعاب اطفال وملعب كرة قدم

بصراحه لديهم ضعف وتاخر في خدمة الغرف بشكل قوي.. ولازم تتصل عدة مرات حتي يصل طلبك ولديهم نقص بالعماله... ومستوى النظافه في النادي الصحي سيئ للغايه وممرات الفندق ضعيفه وواضحه

الاستقبال سئ جدا حيث من المفترض الدخول الساعة الساعة الثالثة ولم ندخل الا الساعة الثالثة وخمس واربعون لعدم جاهزية الشالية كما أن الباب الرئيسي في خلل لذلك توجهت للاستقبال لحل المشكلة حيث ان الهاتف أيضا متعطل فابلغني بحضور الصيانة وللأسف لم يحضر أحد حتى أوقفت عمال الصيانة وقاموا باصلاح الباب والهاتف وقد استغرق الإصلاح ساعة ونصف
