Great hotel, accommodations and staff

We loved the hotel and the area. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast and shopped in the lobby in the neat jewelry cases. We'll definitely stay again when there!

We had a good experience. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Location is good in a pedestrian shopping area. The only issue we had was that the bathrooms on two rooms in two separate floors were very smelly. Something like a sewer gas. The smell dissipated a bit in one of the rooms, but persisted in the other.

Nice hotel with good front desk staff

Receptionist was spot on, had looked at my requests and actioned, well done. Also helped me out finding a traditional German restaurant for dinner.

Room was at rear, quiet, and the air con worked well.

I was very impressed with the Marklin V200 artwork in the entrance.

About 6-7 min walk from station along car free shopping street.

Would stay again.

Quick and efficient check in, nice modern hotel and nice decor, very clean. Rooms were nice and warm, air-conditioning to change temperature, water in room free of charge. Hand wash, shower gel and body cream in bathroom. In the lobby a drinks machine with coffee, hot chocolate, etc again free of charge. We had breakfast each morning, a nice selection of cereals, pastries, hot food, meats and cheeses. The hotel also printed off my return flight boarding passes for me. I would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to all staff concerned.

Great location, not so great hotel for the price.

The location was fantastic. We could walk almost everywhere, and when we couldn't, the U-Ban stop was right around the corner. Lots to see and do within walking distance. The desk staff, especially the day guy with glasses, were extremely gruff. The hotel is non-smoking, but they have an outdoor smoking lounge right off the lobby. They leave the door cracked, so the whole place smells like smoke, including our room on the fourth floor which was above the smoking area. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk, he said, \"I have to accommodate the smokers!\" I thought, \"What about the non-smokers who paid to stay in a non-smoking hotel?\" But this is Germany and there are lots of smokers and gruff people, so...be warned. The room clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small (especially the shower) which had some moldy spots in the corner (yuck). Other hotels we stayed in in Germany offered greater value, but this was Munich during Oktoberfest. Average hotel.

The Arthotel ANA in Goeppingen was a godsend to me the night I stayed there. Germany was experiencing very hot weather and the hotel where I have stayed in the past isn't air conditioned and would have been a miserable place in which to stay.

The Arthotel ANA is brand new, is in the marktplatz and is only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room while small, was very comfortable and nicely appointed.

I had to leave early the following morning before being able to try the breakfast but from appearances, the dining area was nice.

The Arthotel ANA is a bargain for travelers. I am visiting Goeppingen again in August and will stay at the Arthotel ANA when I return.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und modern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, egal ob Rezeption, Reinigungskraft oder Küchenhilfe. Einzig am Frühstück hat uns gestört, das ab 9 Uhr nicht mehr wirklich nachgelegt wurde am Buffet. Frühstück gab es bis 10 Uhr. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen!

Modern eingerichtetes, relativ neues Hotel im Zentrum von Göppingen. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Frühstücksbuffet war zwar reichlich, aber die warmen Speisen waren nicht wirklich warm, da könnten die Warmhalte-Optionen am Buffet besser sein. Sauberes Zimmer und Bad, bequeme Betten. Parkplätze wären wohl im Parkhaus angeboten (kostenpflichtig), da aber ein kostenloser Parkplatz im Wohngebiet gefunden wurde, war Parken im Parkhaus nicht nötig. War zur Durchreise dort, ideal hierfür.

Imødekommende personale, nogle mere end andre, men ok. Der var over 30 grader de dage, og aircondition virkede kun sporadisk. Nede i gården var der i weekenden MEGET højt musik til langt ud på natten. Vi fik et andet rum, hvilket er fint, men ikke alle kunne få nyt rum. Meget centralt placeret. Morgenmaden ok, men jævn.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, werde aber wieder dort nächtigen.
Leider hört man das Nachbarzimmer (zumindest bei meinem Zimmer, laut Plan Bettrücken an der selben wand), wenn dieser etwas in die Steckdose steckt.

Sauber, freundliches Personal, KFZ-Anreise etwas abenteuerlich weil die Straßenführung teilweise durch Spielstraßen führt die die Fußgängerzone kreuzen. Schöne zentrale Lage an der Fußgängerzone, der morgendliche Kaffee im Aussenbereich wurde allerdings von vermeintlichen Junkies gestört die Parfüm aus zweifelhafter Herkunft zu Geld machen wollten.

Ich war vom 27.6.25-29.06.25 da.
Das Personal ist freundlich kompetent und hilfsbereit.
Leider hat das Hotel keinen Einfluß auf die Gäste. In meinem Zimmer roch es stark nach Rauch obwohl es verboten ist.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.Für jeden ist da etwas dabei.
Ich werde nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Ist eine saubere und vergleichsweise günstige Unterkunft, wenn man die Moderne Einrichtung und die zentrale Lage bedenkt. Das Personal war auch nett.
Das einzige was ich auszusetzen habe ist die Umgebung des Hotels. Dafür kann das Hotel zwar nichts, aber ich habe mich sehr unwohl Gefühlt. Als Frau würde ich eher nicht empfehlen Nachts raus zu gehen.

Esperienza piu che positiva. Personale gentile. Camera pulita e nuova,mancava solo il frigo. Ad ogni pulizia 2 acqua in omaggio. Die Lüftungsanlage ließ sich nicht abschalten und lief die ganze Nacht durch. Leider war an schlafen nicht zu denken weil die so laut war. Ich habe deshalb 5 x an der Rezeption angerufen aber keiner ging ans Telefon.

Für eine Nacht war es ok. Aber das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber. Da hab ich echt ein wenig mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Die Einrichtung war einfach und simpel. Das Frühstück hätte man sich sparen können. Sehr sehr einfach und das Geld einfach nicht wert. Die Lage in der Innenstadt war sehr gut und man konnte wirklich easy das auto im Parkhaus lassen.

Leider sind die Zimmer nicht sauber. Der Föhn war voll mit Hundehaaren, die Dusche voller Schimmel, die Toilettenpapierhalterung und die Zahnputzbecher sehr eingestaubt. Das Frühstück war ok, aber eine sehr kleine Auswahl.

Gut war lediglich der Eingangsbereich & die Betten.

Nettes, freundliches Personal.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der rund-um-die-Uhr zur Verfügung stehende Kaffeeautomat für kostenlose Heißgetränke.
Nach vielen gelesenen Bewertungen hatte ich etwas Angst, dass ich ein dreckiges Zimmer vorfinde. Zum Glück unbegründet.
Alles war tiptop sauber, es roch total frisch und angenehm im Zimmer.
W-LAN Verbindung war einwandfrei.
Jederzeit wieder! Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.
