There was no breakfast. We went to breakfast at 8:00 and there was no waffle mix left and they wouldn’t make more. There was no fruit. Coffee, bread with a toaster and 2 kinds of cereal was all that was offered, but they had no bowls and when asked if we could get bowls they said the owner said “ no they can use cups”. Room was clean but not quiet. Pool was clean.

Why is this a $100 night hotel? Spend the $20-$60 extra for a better place in this area. Econolodge should be more on par with motels because the rooms are spacious but the beds are weird and squeaky, the drapes don't block all the light. The walls and windows are paper thin. The towels are thin and worn. Hot water takes forever at the sink but works fine in the shower. The people are super friendly, but couldn't run the credit card processing AND needed help with the wifi password. The wifi was fast. The shower water was hot. And I won't book this place again.

We found out upon arrival that the pool was closed for maintenance and the A/C was not working in the lobby where breakfast is served. The lady at check in didn’t seem to care we booked with the assumption they had a functional pool. 1 of the 2 mattresses is pretty wore out.

I would like my money back. The hotel was not, in any way, accessible for someone with impairments. They have a \"lift\" which you cannot operate independently, and it took 10 or so minutes to get someone down to help us with. I asked for an accessible room and they sent a note and said they'd provide one if possible but NO ROOM is accessible if not on the first floor, but they don't have a first floor. They should have messaged and said find somewhere else, it's not going to work. Furthermore, we had to bring a shower stool, the air conditioner was set so high, height wise, the old ladies could not reach or see the knobs to adjust the air, and the TV did not work.

The motel was in a convenient location in Scottsbluff. When we drove into town there was a terrible odor outside that could have been due to livestock or the nearby sugar beet factory. Inside the motel itself, there was no odor. It was clear that the motel was older, but that the staff was doing its best with limited resources. The check-in process was smooth and the desk clerk very helpful. (He was also laundering and folding brand new linens for the rooms.) The room was clean and redecorated, but the curtains were old, stained, and sagging. (I climbed on a rickety plastic chair to fix them, and ended up using hangers to clip them shut overnight!) The bathroom was fine, but needed more towels. Breakfast was available but mostly cereal and coffee, and there was an indoor pool. The best part was the bed, which was extremely comfortable, although we needed more pillows. Overall, it was an adequate room to stay in, but the bed was great, and that was the most important thing.

Room was in a basement, so could see right into the room from the street. Curtains were broken, couldn’t get them to close all the way- had to use a pants hanger with the clips to hold curtains closed. Sheets were clean looking however the coverlet and blanket in between were questionable. Towels and facecloths used to be white but were now a lovely shade of dirty-cleaning-rag brown. The people who checked me in were nice!

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the past 8 years, the recent renovations look good, but seems really empty and dull now. Check in was normal, but didn't leave a warm welcome feeling. My room was super small and minimal furniture (Econo), the new bed frame was metal and moved with every movement my significant other made, felt cheep (econo). It wasn't too bad, somewhat comfortable but only two pillows. The continental breakfast was the worst I've ever seen (previously it wasn't so bad), I poured a cup of coffee and it was actually black, smelled funny and when I poured milk into it, it turned grey... NOT brown. I would guess they are only warming up old coffee and not making it fresh everyday, just a guess. Then when I reached for Orange Juice, it was fake Sunny D, that was it for me. We ended up getting microwave breakfast sandwiches from Wal-Mart down the street and never went back to the Econo Continental breakfast, so maybe it improved. All in all the hotel is clean, there are nicer places near by, but it is the best price for an ECONO hotel. I'd stay again, but this time I'd stop and buy breakfast items before checking in (and bring my own blankets and pillows). Cleaning staff was super friendly!

Older but they were remodeling. Reasonable price, decent location. Did have some views of Scottsbluff national Monument. Overall worth the price to stay there for one night as we did on our way to South Dakota, Black Hills.

I stayed in Aug and staff said pool was closed wt nine pm. Now im adult id like to be ablw to swim later then my childs bed time. Keeping ur olen until then would be nice and or early in the morning.they give you from 9 am until check out at 11 am to swim that really sucks. And they staff didnt act like they would even budge on the time. Also there was alot of animal hair in our room brcause my allergies were insane i got no sleep at all with the bed being hard as a rock

It is an average econo lodge，so don't expect anything fancy. The service is ok and the front desk staff are friendly. The hotel is next to the highway but very quiet. But the bed is very bad. It is comfortable but it makes loud noise even when I slightly move my body.

Overnight stay. Room was okay but the sidewalks outside were broken and people were constantly smoking in the doorways. Hotel was quiet. Check in and out was easy.

I liked checking out. I didn't like the whole process. First arrived to an empty lobby. After about 30 minutes the clerk arrived and apologized and asked me to wait until she goes and helps someone start their car. After I finally checked in and to the room I heard the clerk and someone in the parking lot arguing. Later I only figured out that the person in the parking lot was living in a motor home and was her boyfriend. Bad bad deal. I'll not stay in that Econo Lodge again or quite frankly, no Econo Lodge. Bad bad experience.

There was an odor in the room an it did not have a TV remote. Took 2 times to find remote that could change channels but would not turn the TV on & off. Breakfast and eating area were poor
