Shower head was in poor condition. Sprayed water poorly and kinda all over. Toilet would periodically kick on. Had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep it from waking me up at night. With breakfast the hot water wasn’t even hot enough to make the oatmeal.
Wendy

Staff was on top of the details and very friendly. We did not use the pool, but the breakfast was great/varied selections. The location could not have been better with access to the university, stores, and restaurants.

Rooms could use a refresh

Jennifer
The room was clean, and the staff were super friendly. Nobody was using the pool or the hot tub. It was nice to be the only one to use it during spring break; however, if you don't know much about Platteville. There aren't many things to do. Suppose you are not visiting someone in Platteville. Dubuque, Iowa, is 30 minutes away. There are a lot more things to do there.
Jennifer Gwenn
While the Hot Tub was a great temperature, and very clean, the amount of chlorine used in the pool area was so strong that it made me cough and my eyes water. The next day I still felt the affects from coughing. Suggest finding a better balance, as the property was nice.
Another issue was there was no access to blankets in the room. There was sheets and a light duvet cover, but not a blanket. We were there in March in extremely cold weather, and would have liked a blanket for both beds in our room, even if it was in a closet or drawer.

The room was very clean. Check in was extremely easy. The kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the hot tub! Over all a very pleasant stay!☺️
Tina
Cleanest room we’ve ever had in a long time. Staff very nice.
Kimberly
Everything was good - service, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast. However, all (4) of us did find the beds very uncomfortable. Not enough padding for comfort. We all woke up sore.
Carl
Bathroom was spotless!
Kathryn
Easy checkin. Pool breakfast good. Comfortable.
Jessica
Comfortable beds, friendly staff, close to everything.
Sarah
The only thing with this property was that the jets seemed to be plugged in the hot tub. Otherwise the stay was excellent!
Timothy
Very clean rooms.
Christine
all good
Peter
Friendly
Robin
Bed and bedding were high quality. The breakfast was tasting. Coffee was weak so not appealing. The hot tub and pool were both clean along with the pool area. The hot tub was the perfect temperature for the cooler fall temperatures.
Virgil
It was great , the shower had lots of hot water and was a nice shower👍👍👍
Wendy
The staff was awesome, the shower had cracks in the corner. They will have mold if not taken care of.
Bradley
The staff here is always friendly and helpful when you need help
Kathleen
Friendly, helpful staff and easy check in. Justin went above and beyond to make sure I received my hotel points and updated my email. I appreciate the excellent customer service.
Alex
I’m local and needed a place to stay temporarily. If I had to stay again I would 100%. It was quiet. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great as well.

My family stayed here for our family vacation. We loved the pool and the staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you ever find yourself in the Platteville area!
Jean
The hotel was in a good location, close to restaurants
Bradley
Excellent customer service.
The customer service was great and they even let me know that I tell them when I want my room to be serviced since they normally don’t service the rooms during your stay to help save on water and to prevent you from being disturbed while your resting.

Becky

The hot tub was very nice, but a bit over chlorinated, so we couldn't spend a lot of time in it. There was some slightly ragged trim around the hot tub, but it didn't take away from enjoying it.
The tile in the bathroom was a bit slippery if it got wet.

Need to clean and fix the shower head in room 208. Had a ton of lime buildup and only worked on 2 of the 3 or 4 settings. So the main outside ring of water did not work. I scraped off alot of the lime myself.
And the top step coming down the steps is awkward by the main office. But rest was nice and clean and breakfast was good

Good but…..
Front desk staff at check in till 11pm was great! Not crazy about end of hall room, long walk for a HP. Refrigerator doesn’t work but didn’t find out till bedtime so rather too late to get it fixed! Kinda expensive for the experience, but I will probably stay here next time too!
Chad
Great location and great room but thin floors and walls. People upstairs were very heavy walkers! Tough to sleep all night.
Cathy
Excellent will stay again when visiting
Excellent, friendly
Mary
Wonderfull staff
Dave
The room was very spacious. No elevator made it a little harder to carry luggage up to my room. Walls a little thin. You can hear everything outside the room.
Sarah
Nice location for our trip
Amanda
Great overall. Thanks
Justin
The bed sucked and office table had sharp edges. Other than that was great but I was there for business so not great for working in the room or sleeping.
Tina
Nice room. We would stay here again.
Julie
The room was very nice, great breakfast, just the grounds around the building was littered with trash for an unsightly view
Daniel
Nice place but a bit pricey
Matt
Good value stay
Very clean basic accommodations.
Ron
A clean, comfortable and convenient property - with cookies in the lobby and a DQ next door ! People make the difference - staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great stay.

Clean and close to Platteville college. Food options walkable. Walgreens across street. Staff very nice!

Not worth the robbery weekend rate $$$$
Hotel could use some upgrades. Beds are like cardboard boxes. Blankets are scratchy. No elevator? Breakfast was cold and out of waffle mix. Overall hotel was surprisingly clean! But I feel like absolutely nothing was worth the hefty $180 one night fee!
Janeen
Did the job
The hotel was fine for the 2 night stay. Room was clean but recommend carpet cleaning. Staff was friendly. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but again, tolerable. Id stay again if i had to be in the area.

We arrived late evening and our room was ready. We got a good nights sleep and had a delightful breakfast about 8 am.
Linda
We always stay here when visiting family. A clean inn with a pleasant staff. Hot coffee and cookies in the lobby round the clock. Pool and spa is great also. Breakfast is great.

This hotel is always nice and clean, with friendly staff. They also have a pool and hot tub, which is why we stay at this location.
Kathy
Our stay was wonderful. Especially enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies at check-in!!

Not worth the money.
Not worth the money we paid to stay here. Pictures online are not accurate. This place is old and worn. Breakfast was below average. Will not stay here again. Location was good.
BRIAN
There was a group of young people partying in several rooms on the second floor runnig around ALL night, Sounded like elephants stomping aroung above me.

A Pleasant Stay
Our one night stay was quite pleasant. We enjoyed the pool, which was small but clean. We had our complimentary breakfast, which was a typical hotel breakfast set-up. The breakfast was fine. We had no problems or issues. Would stay here again.
Dee Anne
Amazing & Welcoming
The guy that checked us in was so friendly and welcoming! The room was great and clean! Amazing stay with great breakfast too!
Jennifer
Did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking
Theresa
Great stay, very clean. The employees were extremely nice, maybe have an extra person there to help out. One person takes care of a lot in the morning
George
Great location and very clean.
Sarah
Nice hotel
Very nice place to stay. Comfortable bed, but pillows stick. Best hotel Coffee ever had
Michelle
Very well kept. Great location.
Robert
We had a great stay, but the TV/channels/cable/dish did not work in our room. It was after midnight when we tried to use the TV, and found \"no signal.\" We chose to go to bed and not bother the front desk....no big deal!
Mary
Friendly. Nice pool & hot tub.
Gilbert
Nice stay!
It was a nice stay. The place is clean. I was able to check in a little early and the checkout is at noon-which is later than every other hotel I’ve stayed at. Very nice staff both times we’ve stayed! We will definitely be back!
Eugene
