Wonderful hotel to stay for a stress free- peaceful vacation. The food and drinks in the hotel restaurants were amazing. We are looking forward for longer vacation in this hotel.

Our experience at Hotel La Pausa was very disappointing. The cleaning ladies and waiters are polite and decent, but the man at the front desk is opportunistic, unfriendly, and has a very poor attitude. They even tried to charge us for services we did not use.
The Wi-Fi never worked during our entire stay, and the water —as shown in our video— was dirty at all times. On top of that, the front desk man doesn’t greet guests upon arrival or say goodbye upon departure, showing a total lack of courtesy.
For the high prices they charge, the quality of service is terrible. We would not return and do not recommend this place.
