A very relaxing place to stay.

Clean room with AC and a good size, lovely view of the lake. Restaurant very good and reasonable price. Plenty to do around the lake, we cycled in the area along quiet road and dedicated tracks. Very enjoyable.

Hotel and setting lovely, restaurant expensive and mediocre with poor service. Site is huge and you are left to find your own way around. Not sure if you get more of a tour and information if you stay in a villa but the hotel you are given a key to your room and sent on your way, no information on walking routes, swimming area, lake activities or nearest amenities

Our room was lovely with great views of the lake. You could walk, cycle or run straight from the room. There is clearly more demand than the hotel can cope with for the restaurant. We were unable to book during our 3 night stay. Why doesn’t management open more options. They could also dot sun loungers around rather than having to go to the venue next door. Hate resorts that charge for spa usage. It should be included in the room rate.

Nice location and comfortable room. Shower needed a non-slip pad. Parking for handicaped persons was almost non-existent and general parking was insufficient because the lots are used by tenants of the other buildings on the property.

Lake view stay.

The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. The accommodation is ideally located for Natura Parc leisure facilities - and whilst they are different organisations it would be good if they had better communication/links with each other. For example we had to depart our room for 11am whereas Natura Parc does not open until 1pm. As it was raining we decided to drive on to our next location rather than wait around for 2 hours. Had Natura Parc opened earlier we would have gone there. Whilst this is not the fault of the accommodation it would have been useful if you could check out later on or if there was somewhere you could eat lunch to pass the time until Natura Parc opened.

Arrived in the dark after airport was closed due to strike booked in pains given key fob and told its behind reception took me ten minutes in the dark a drain to find it . Then we had to clean the door to get inthick with spider webs even in the room Breakfast just ok beautiful surroundings though wouldn’t want to stay again though

Excellent option in the Ardennes

Our experience at this brand new hotel was a very good one. From a very efficient and friendly check-in with Lucien, a kind and courteous front desk intern, to the extra efforts led by the housekeeping team, we were pleasantly surprised and look forward to coming back. The number of construction projects going around the hotel was fairly unexpected but we believe this will be a very nice option for families seeking refugee from urban life. Suggested improvements to the kichen area of the room: installation of a freezer below the fridge, as well as a simple exhauster with light on top of the cooktop would definitely make a family stay more pleasant. Great job on the COVID-19 protocol but, from a safety perspective, please install urgently a safety block on the balcony accessible from the reception area- the floor gap between the concrete and glass facade is quite large and needs to be taken care of.

What an amazing stay! We stayed for two nights with three small children and had the best time! Everything is super clean and they have taken extra measures due to COVID to make sure we felt safe! Check in was easy and the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The rooms are beautiful and have amazing views of the lake! We dinned at their restaurant both nights and enjoyed the food and drinks! They were very accommodating to our small children too! I absolutely recommend staying here!

We came to take my daughter to Couvin on. Santa train ride and little did I know about this hidden place. It’s in a great spot along the lake. The food at the restaurant is amazing and the rooms are very clean and beautiful. Will definitely come to this hotel in the summer time when traveling through Belgium!

C'est un peu la foire à la galère si vous ne réservez pas vos places aux différents restaurants du site, surtout lorsqu'il pleut; pas de terrasse, donc pas de place, donc débrouillez-vous, même si vous êtes client de l'hôtel, surtout au restaurant de l'hôtel... capacité d'accueil nettement insuffisante, même en roulement, apparemment, car les cuisines ferment très tôt, 20h30 max.
Sinon, pour tout le reste, c'était superbe; le cadre, le couchage, le site...

Endroit magnifique au bord du lac, personnel de l'hotel sympathique.
En revanche le lit qui était composé de 2 lit n'était pas confortable, et la séparation était gênante en couple.
Autre point au restaurant, nous avons réservé pour 21H, nous sommes arrivés, et le serveur nous a dit que comme c'est la fin de service, il serait bien de faire vite, de ne pas prendre d'entrée et nous a suggéré pour aller plus vite le plate du jour, en sachant que nous ne mangions pas de viande.
Le service SPA était super, un vrai moment de détente et de calme.

A wonderful overnight stay on our way back home. We've had been staying here before, so we knew exactly, why we were booking it again: rooms are most beautifully equipped, with very spacious bathrooms and a stunning lake view. And it is pet-friendly, which for us is a must, since we are travelling with our family dog. Check-in and Check-out are fast and efficient, you get all the information, you need (like how to find the way to your room, which in the beginning might be a bit difficult). We will definitely be staying in this hotel again, of the possibility arises.

De prijs van de wellness is te duur. Wij betalen die prijs voor een hele dag wellness. Zelfs met de VIP access korting was het te hoog geprijsd. Er was bijna geen volk. beter iets minder vragen en klanten hebben.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir sind um den See und bis Walcourt Rad gefahren - eine schöne Umgebung, aber nichts was man ohne Motor am Rad bewältigen könnte sofern man nicht sehr trainiert ist.
Die Unterkunft und auch das Hotel an sich waren sehr gepflegt. Die Angestellten sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

sommes très mécontent, à l'arrivée de Mme Zoé Guillot,
l'hôtel lui a prétendu qu'Expédia n'avait pas réglé le montant de la réservation . elle leur a montré sa réservation Expedia qui indiquait le montant perçu par Expedia, soit 191.05 €, restait la taxe de séjour à régler
sur place. L'hôtel n'a rien voulu entendre malgré tout et elle a dû régler le montant de son séjour soit plus de 200 €. que s'est-il passé, Expedia n'avait pas réglé l'hôtel ???? merci de vos explications.

Le lieu et les chambres sont très jolies. Mais le service est quasi inexistant et indigne d'un 4 étoiles.

Nous avons été refusé au restaurant car ils fermaient une plus d'une heure plus tôt car c'est pas la saison.

ce qui vu l'emplacement nous a oblige a prendre la voiture en plein nuit pour trouver un night shop a philippeville a 22 km de notre hôtel pour obtenir des sandwichs

Le bar est ferme car c'est pas la saison.

Nous n'avons obtenu ni surclassement, ni départ tardif alors que l’hôtel est un vip acces

Le personnel n'essaie pas de vous aider et régler votre problème.

Zeer leuk hotel aan het water met de beachclub dichtbij.
Leuke ervaring, propere verzorgde kamers en vriendelijke, behulpzaam personeel die ons heel goed ontvangen heeft.

Jammer dat er toch veel mensen zijn die aan het water zelf en langs de wandelpaden verschrikkelijk veel afval achterlaten, onbegrijpelijk. Een extra cleaning crew buiten het hotel zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans cet hôtel. Havre de paix très confortable et moderne.l La vue depuis la chambre sur le lac est juste magnifique. Spa top l après midi et soirée au restaurant (planche au fromage excellente). La serveuse est efficace et très sympa ! Le seul bémol : malgré une commande et le paiement du petit déjeuner, ns n étions pas \"noté\" et n avons pas pu profiter de notre panier ... Embarrassé le jeune homme de l accueil ns a remboursé et donné des viennoiseries et du café ...

Zeer aangenaam verblijf om tot jezelf te komen

Een mooie bestemming, gelegen in een toeristisch gebied Walllonie om erop uit te gaan voor fietsen en de kleinschalige dorpjes te bezoeken. Er zijn niet veel toeristische activiteiten maar je komt wel tot rust.

Het ontbijt, dinner van het restaurant is een culinaire verassing echter tijdens ons verblijf waren meerdere gerechten niet leverbaar en beperkte de keuze.

Bij aankomst was er geen warm water in verband met technisch onderhoud dus was het wachten om ons te kunnen opfrissen. Echter de door de recptie verkregen informatie was correct en het probleem goed verholpen.

De beden zijn goed, de kamer is schoon en het terras een bijzonder uitzicht.

Aangename plek

Wij hadden een kamer met uitzicht op het meer, wat zeker een meerwaarde was. Kamer was ruim, hele mooie, grote badkamer met regendouche. Douche was wel niet proper bij aankomst.
Restaurant was kwalitatief oké, alleen de organisatie liep wat mank, ook de locatie onder de plastic tent was niet zo aangenaam.
Vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzaam.
Al bij al toch een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad
