Property was very clean. They have obviously put effort into maintaining it. We unfortunately just got room 217 that the ac did not work in. We thought it was just weak and would catch up in the night with the sun not shining and we were so tired. Big mistake at 3oclock in the morning it was so hot we couldn’t sleep but who wants to change rooms at that time of night. My mom had a room across the hall and her ac worked great. We complained in the morning but they didn’t do anything for us so if ac seems weak make sure you change rooms

they put a cc on file for incidentals and the front desk is not there in the mornings when they are cleaning so you need to call them on the phone to have them come to the front desk in order to check out

Our room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was very disappointing! Bagels and muffing - nothing hot unless you count the package of instant oatmeal that you add water to and microwave. Our room was close to the front desk and it was noisy. Would probably not stay here again.

We stayed here short notice as traveling down freeway and got tired. Big parking lot well lit. Quiet area, not a premier Hotel, but worth the money and we would stay here again if we needed to. Just a continental breakfast. Don't know about the surrounding areas. Comfortable bed and pillow, clean bathroom.

The hotel smelled like wet dog. The sheets were stained and the over cleanliness of the room was bad. All the amenities in the room (TV, Microwave, fridge) were all unplugged and you cant reach the outlets to plug them in. Breakfast was grab and go, which is ok, but this had barely anything and the bread was hard and stale. Exterior doors were not key card protected so not much for security if thats your thing. Definitely wont stay there again

If all you care about is getting a night of rest inexpensively, this place will do the job

The sheets were obviously laundered, but they were stained.

Don't pet the cat they shelter outside the entrance. I'm sure he's sweet, but he's filthy and appears to have worms. Not a good first impression.

Strange thing - some of the light fixtures have two bulbs, but in each lamp one of the bulbs was unscrewed, leaving the room poorly lit. Perhaps to hide the stains? Screwing in the bulbs really brightened the place up and made it less depressing.

We were looking for a hotel close to Pheasant Hollow Winery in order to attend one of their special events. We hit the jackpot with SureStay... it is only a couple minutes from the winery and is very clean, quiet and apparently efficiently run. We will definitely use in the future.

The check in clerk never once smiled. The shower curtain was pulled out of the wall and was just laying on top of the shower. The cover for the heater controls was broken off and laying on the floor. There were fresh stains of some kind on the bed covering and hidden under the runner at the foot. The bathroom light flickered constantly .

The staff was friendly and when we arrived the room was in good shape. However, when we had gotten back to the room the next day after being out and about all day long, the room was cleaned at all, had not even been touched. We were not too upset it had not been cleaned but wanted fresh towels for showers. We went to the front desk to report the room had not been cleaned as was advised they are only required to clean the room every 3 days. We then asked about getting new towels and were we required to turn in our used towels before being given new ones. We went back to the room and gathered our towels to get replacement ones and because we only brought back the used ones instead of all of them, we were threatened to have our account being added with having extra towels. I had already made two trips to the front desk about new towels so asked front desk person to follow me to my room so I could give an account of what towels we still had because I did not want to risk being charged for having extra towels. Never have we, ask guests, been required to turn in our used towels to get replacement ones. Housekeeping usually takes care of swapping them out. The stay itself was fine and the staff was friendly, but the whole towel situation really put a negative on the experience and was completely unnecessary.

I stayed 1 night for a layover from driving. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Excellent accomodations. Easy check in. Breakfast was simple but adequate for what I needed. Cereal, fruit, toast, juice, coffee, etc. No hot options but every was excellent. Price point was very good and ratings were high. Hotel is located about 1/4 mile off the highway so it was free from road noise. Would stay here again.

There is nothing around really. Plenty of parking. We stayed for a quick overnight and continued on our way in the am. The continental breakfast was subpar. Nothing hot at all basically cold cereal, yogurt bread or a muffin some juice and the milk was 3 days past expiration. Carpet in the breakfast area was grungy. Very small room and mostly high top tables. Bed and room were ok. Shower curtain showed some mold.

There are plenty of other places to stay nearby, wished we'd have chosen another property. No one wants to have to change rooms once they've settled in. Staff is bare bones, had trouble finding someone to report to when we left this morning. Also, no restaurants nearby, or open on Mondays so had to eat what we had leftover from our earlier lunch. If all you need is a bed for a few hours it works, otherwise you'd be best to find another spot.
