Don’t stay here. Horrible. I was so uncomfortable. Rooms havent been updated in 30 years. Toilet wasn’t attached to the floor and banged against the wall every time you sat on it. There were bugs on the floor as soon as we walked in. No trash can in the room, no tissues, no extra tp, furniture falling apart, stains in shower & tub & on bathroom counter.

I DoorDash’d a blanket from Walmart cuz I couldn’t stomach using their bedding.

I will sleep in my car over this place on our next trip if nothing else is available in Alliance.

Good but needs work.

The place was okay and the customer service was good. It's family-owned. The body towels were super rough on the skin and the breakfast was just starch (bagels, cereal). It's close to a lot of food places (mostly burgers and booze) but it's on a busy strip. The neighborhood is nice though. The bed was good.

We got a non smoking room that smelled like it has been smoked in for the last year, there were crusty stains on the blankets on both beds and the bathroom has hair in the sink and the toilet . We literally left a day before we were supposed to because it was so bad. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had sleeping in the head

I didn’t like it when I went in the room it was cold because no heat was on. Then I noticed the blankets and sheets were old and burnt. I left out the room and someone had been in the room and they did nothing about it and I wanted to cancel but I wouldn’t get my money back

There was no daily cleaning of the room. No taking out the trash the inroom coffee and tissues were not replaced when used. Basically you get what you pay for my future hotels will be with a chain I'm familiar with.

Horrible hotel that stinks and dirty

That was the most horrible hotel I have EVER stayed in. Me and my family booked rooms two weeks in advance and it was 26 of us. Four elderly aunt's and the rest cousins and nieces and nephews. The rooms were smelly and stained and my one aunt didn't have a running toilet and my other cousin room didn't have a working bathroom light. It had an actual lamp on the back of the toilet. It seemed like all our beds were broken in and me and my wife took our showers with our flip flops on because the tub was horrible looking. The comforter felt sticky and it was stained too. There was only one iron on the whole property and we NEVER got to use it. We travelled 2.5 hours from our homes for THAT? Our ceiling had water stains and we were harassed by another guest who was fighting with her husband or whoever he was and the police were called.. the front desk man was super nice tho. He did his best with what he had I guess

Just a little work needed

The stay was decent. Clean enough to sleep in. Only concern was the bathroom... the bathroom ceiling like was busted with a hole in the ceiling. In place of the light there was an unshaded lamp that had to be plugged in on the wall outside of the bathroom. Also, the extra safety lock did not have a connecting piece in order to be used properly. Other than those three things, the service was quick, and the employees were extremely nice.

Did not clean room once while we were there-we emptied the waste baskets. Don't think we will be staying there again. It used to be a nice place we always stayed there when we were in Ohio.

No soap?

The only knock on the Hotel was that they did not have soap. They did hand out extra shampoo to take the place of hand and shower soap. Walmart, Big Lots and Dollar General all within a half of a mile. I was there for two nights while attending a Football Camp. As you can imagine, pretty dirty and sweaty and could have really used a bar of soap. The room was clean and everything worked and the price was great.

They staff was super friendly. But the rooms were extremely outdated and dirty. I didnt have a lid on the back of my toilet. One of the comforters had white crap on if that looked like frosting. I can only imagine what it was. I also found a hypodermic needle on the sidewalk. Busy in and put traffic all night. Definitely drug and prostitution going on here heavy. Will not be ever staying here again.

The room was dirty, there was black marks all over the sheets and blanket, blood on the bottom of blanket. Trash still in the trash can the soap packet was opened and the shampoo and conditioner had mold on the container. Will never stay again.the staff that checked us in was very sorry and looked embarrassed due to.the housekeeping not doing their job

I have stayed here before and there was never a problem. This time there was multiple issues. The door only open if you put your shoulder into it, no liner for the ice bucket which was dusty. It didn’t matter because there wasn’t any ice, only certain buttons worked on the TV remote, there were dirty wash cloths left from the last guest and the toilet was very lose

When the owners are there excellent service, when the weekend young man is there not so good. Left message (we were there 10 days) needed towels and other items. Next day girl never even checked our room. I know only 2 times for a week, but when you request things with office and you are gone all day and return to nothing done, bad.
never leave enough coffee for long time bookings. I hate carpet floors, can 't be cleaned, I like places with vinyl flooring that can be cleaned. in a week never changed the sheets once! Bad, In all, the mangers do a good job, the other people don't. And phone to front dest rarely worked, had to call on cell main number. No bkfst, other places were providing packaged donuts or fruit. Virus is different treatment at different hotels, this one nothing! Would we stay again, probably but we would be more demanding of filling requests left at office for supplies for the room and cleaned at least once in 10 days.

Was an older hotel but the room was clean...and I checked! no bugs etc. The mattress was ok and the shower was good. Since covid was going on there was no breakfast. It was relatively quiet and the staff was friendly. There is a pool which I did enjoy one day. If your on a budget I recommend. PET friendly...always a plus!

Only down side was tight parking, and there’s no way to access rooms without going outside into the elements, so when it rained and we went to one of our other parties rooms, we got wet. Big plus - coffee was still going inside despite not being able to have breakfast area open.

Not sure how this hotel is rated so high., it’s very misleading. I found the room to be gross and in poor condition. It was very hard to get any work done with few electrical outlets that were easy to access. The continental breakfast is lacking in variety and substance. I couldn’t find a staffer when I went to check-out.

I liked how friendly the staff was. I stayed 3 nights with my children. Unfortunately, I woke up to a dead battery and staff was very helpful and made me feel like I was a real person, not just another dollar passing through. I stayed at hotel, motels, and inns for 2 weeks waiting on my house to be ready to move in. Hands down this was my absolute favorite place to stay. It was very clean, great price, and every staff member was awesome.

The motel was clean and in relatively good working order. The staff was friendly and helpful, though the cleaning staff only came the first few days we were there and then they never came back. The continental breakfast was fresh and well maintained.
For the first couple of days the pool had an issue, rather cloudy, but was quickly cleared up and provided many hours of enjoyment. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.

Just an average stay, nothing exceptional. Ok for the price. Property on the older side, and with an older property things tend to not look so clean. Bathroom had a very musty smell. Cereal was one of the main options they had for breakfast, but they were out of milk! When that's really the main option you have, you run down to the local store to get more milk! Not very thoughtful of people who may have chosen your hotel because you had a breakfast.

The person on night shift just got there and wasn't sure about which room was available for us as there were three left and the first one she sent us to was occupied. The second one was awesome. Bless her heart. I know that she tried her best to help us because it was at midnight when we got there.

Loved how quiet it was. The rooms were nice. Bed was a little hard but not the worst. Woke up stiff but didn’t last long. We did have a lot of issues with our keys to our room not working and having to go back to front desk and get new ones. And the chair and Ottoman In our room had stains all over it. Was grossed out. But overall very good experience. Will probably stay next time we visit!

The motel has been updated and it is really nice. We stay there usually once a year. The room was clean though I have worked in the hospitality business as an inspector and found 2 dirty used towels hanging on the bathroom door. The next day the room service personal did not give us enough towels for 4 guest and left dirty towels in the tub (I think she was in training) We had reservations for 4 days, my husband who has cancer became ill on the 3rd day so I had to check out early they said they could not refund my money because I booked on line. Made no sense if you own and operate the motel you make that decision.

Not very clean, roomed smelled of urine when we checked in, I imagine someone's pet. Room was not cleaned during the day, only towels which added to our disgust. We pay full price every day which should include cleaning, not just towels. When I mentioned this to the front desk, she said she would give a note to mgr. Beware!

A Good Overall Value

The hotel is a good value and we will stay there again. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rollaway beds are available for $10 a night and we used one for our son. We arrived late on a cold night and it took awhile for the room to become warm enough. The refrigerator didn't seem cold enough and the control knob was broken but we didn't need it this trip. The breakfast was ok but we didn't expect much since the hotel was only $60 a night. Despite some negatives the hotel is a great value.

The place is okay. It looks like a property that is trying to make a comeback. The room was non-smoking, but smelled liked it had once been a room where you could smoke. It did not feel so safe at night. The people hanging around the property in front of their rooms looked a little suspicious, like I better lock my car if I want to see my stuff again!
