1. me and my wife noticed the floor as soon as we walked in the room wasn’t swept/mopped.
2. there was human pieces of clipped nails in between the bed and side table on the right side

I was very disappointed. The restroom was dirty. The blankets were dirty. I realize that this is not a higher end motel/ hotel. But this place truly needs some TLC. The chair in the room was filthy. There was something that had been splattered all over the shower wall. The shower was dirty itself. The towel rack had dust and webs. The toilet was dirty. The base boards were filthy. The stand where the the tv is is so neat up on the bottom. The curtains didn't open on one side.

Nasty, nasty, nasty. About the room: filthy bathtub, torn shower curtain, long dark hair in the bed, makeup on the pillow, remote didn't work... All that might have been ok if it wasn't for some piece of machinery (I think a hot water cycling pump) that didn't kick in every 30 minutes making it sound like an unbalanced washing machine was roaring upstairs...

Clearly the owners and managers know all about these issues, as is evidenced by all so many other reviews.

The carpets in the common areas should have been shampooed once in the last 20 years, or at least replaced in the last 10 years... But there they are, in all their skanky disgusting filthy glory making you want to walk in the parking lot to clean the nasty mess from the bottom of your shoes.

Would have left if it had not been "non-refundable" via Hotels.com.

They have new TV that were not working with remote, Screensaver would come on after 3 min, everytime its was extremely annoying called for help they did come twice in a timely manner and very kindly. This whole night away was to stay local but still just relax and lose my mind watching TV and i couldn't do that, i don't believe i wanted too much. The place was nice for the price, non smoking room, yet had burn mark on curtain, I informed clerk bc i will not get charged for something i did not do.

We had to find a room last minute. I called America's Best to verify that a pet was ok, original hotel, a big hotel chain, had different rules for each hotel. America's Best went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was nice, air worked great. It's a truck stop, so the trucks were coming and going, but we got used to it. It has a nice indoor pool, but due to covid, we couldn't use it. That's was a bummer, but not their fault. Denny's right next door. Wendy's, Subway, Taco Bell. Staff was very nice.

The woman at the front desk asked me multiple times how many people per room I reserved. I finally became frustrated and I said look I reserved and PAID for 2 rooms each room with 3 people. she said ok I just want to make sure of the amount of people. Aside from that the rooms were clean, but the beds were really hard.

Unless totally necessary I rather stay elsewhere. There were a few things that need improvement. For example, if you are going to have a sign at the front door that everyone "including staff" will need to wear a mask then it is expected that everyone wears a mask. Yes, even the staff. The room wasn't completely clean. There was a pill left on the table. The bed sheets had a few stains.

This the second time I’ve stayed here. The location is exactly where I need to be. But I’m seriously considering not staying here due to the checking process. I should feel like this is home second home not being harassed. I DO NOT smoke nor does my 14 month. So that mean I will not smoke in the room. I brought my dog during one visit and paid the fee to allow him to stay with me. Then later the day a male employee asked if I paid for the dog. His tone suggested that I was being sneaky and not paying the fee. There’s a few other examples but id rather not continue. How they treat people is borderline discriminatory!

The fridge had dried up soda all over the inside of it. The temperature control unit was hanging down in the fridge with wires exposed. There was hair in the bathtub and the toilet was filthy. We got a smoking room. As much as i appreciate the option to have a smoking room the room we had was a regular room that they just put ashtrays in. We were told we had to keep the windows open to smoke and if we didnt the smoke alarm would go off all night. I know they say you get what you pay for but this place was filthy and the bedding had cigarette burns in it. It was very unpleasant

Just wanted an inexpensive spot for the night since I would be out most of the day. I just needed a room to sleep before I head back home. The place wasn’t well kept and I ended up with a smoking room. I have no clue how that happened. I was hoping it wouldn’t be that bad but as soon as we walked in it smelled like someone just smoked. The hotel is dark and has a certain smell. We left the place and booked a room somewhere else.

Weather was hot in 90's . Front desk was very nice and friendly. Dennys next door, gas station. We ask for extra towels was given on the spot at front desk, bed were comfortable, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, good air conditioning cooled the room quickly. Next trip I would stay here again

Pool is NOT HEATED! I call ahead and asked and they lied. An indoor heated pool was the main reason we stayed. Then the hotel charged my card for the night without my permission as well as hotels.com and when I brought this up to hotel management they got combative. I had to call hotels.com and they were finally able to work it out. Also had to get 3 door keys before it would work.

The gentleman who checked me in was not very welcoming or friendly. There was a lady behind the counter that was nice. There was some visible wear and tears that could’ve been repaired. There were some hairs on the sheets, towels and in the restroom that could have been caught and cleaned up a bit better. The bed was very comfortable and the ac worked great.
