Awesome stay. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the whole area. It has very safe parking, free Wi-Fi, and cable. The price was spot on. I stayed for three nights, and all was calm and peaceful. I recommend this place and will stay again in the future when needed.

While check in time is 3pm, after traveling since 4am, I went to check in at 230pm. Staff was not friendly, and would not let me check in 30 minutes early. Very disappointed in the level of customer service. Room was clean, took me a while to figure out the tv. Bathroom and shower were clean. Hot water was hot, and was quick to heat up. For the value, compared to other overly priced hotels in the city, I would stay tjere again to just lay my head down, and shower.

This facility has no internet. At first we were told it was a temporary problem when we checked in on Friday, then we were ignored and finally when we checked out on Sunday we were told it may get fixed on Monday.
The room was clean and reasonably quiet. We can overlook the flies we swatted. We can maybe understand the 800 number we had to call to some seeming foreign country about the internet (the front office was closed or couldn’t help). But the 10-15 minute drive to Starbucks or McD’s for internet was a bit much.

The toilet so stained and old. Beddings doesn’t look clean. Flooring are dirty and looks like they don’t clean and map the floor. The single sofa have stains and dirty. So dusty the tables and side bed tables and table lamp shade so dusty too. The room have unpleasant smell. The management needs to really do a lot of improvement about cleanliness. Just the bedding itself disgusting.

Horrible customer service, manager canceled future reservations and said she didn’t need to give a reason front staff member said he didn’t have to give me his name and had the right to refuse service. Booked online and canceled it so I can book in person. In person came out to $20/$20 more per day. Extremely rude staff.

Just a suggestion for the noise make of the cars that staff use for cleaning the rooms or pick up the trash in the hotel in the morning when I still sleep because I work night shifts sometimes wake me up early because this noise just this point other than everything else is so great thanks 💯👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

First impression. Unsafe…you check in through a glass window. Young man at the window was very polite and friendly.
Room had almost no lighting. Bathroom shower curtain was moldy. The bed did not have a fitted sheet only a flat sheet. The ac and refrigerator units are extremely loud. Along with patched unpainted drywall. Overall dirty.

The room was clean. The check in was good. The guy was nice. The check in area really needs to be redone though with some nicer furniture. It doesn't look like a lobby. I don't believe the phone worked when i tried calling front desk. Keep ringing with some kind of busy signal. Shower is great. Black electrical tape around an area on the toilet seat is kinda tacky. Those are cheap fixes. But overall it was a good experience

It was a nice, quiet place and not crowded. The staff in the office was courteous, and the room was comfortable with a good, working air-conditioning unit. The only issue I had was with roaches. I killed about five on my first night. Investing in pest control would greatly improve the experience, as this issue could negatively impact future reviews.

When I arrived 15 minutes early to check in the desk clerk told me I had to wait until 3:00 pm. A couple arrived about a minute after me and he allowed them to check in. Your policy and your front desk staff leave a lot to be desired.

The room appeared clean from first appearance, but it wasn't! There were multiple cockroaches in the room!!! The man that was on shift came with his spray and gloves to remove the cockroach as if it were a normal occurrence!!! I cannot get a hold of a manage, I spoke with 3 workers that have no clue what is going on and have no idea how to get a hold of him.

You get what you pay for, and the location and price are good.

My wooden, painted toilet seat had bubbled painted areas, which was both odd and uncomfortable. A replacement set is probably $10. Why not replace that with a plastic one?

I also arrived at 2:35, 25 minutes early. Could not check in, and \"the maids don't finish cleaning until 3:00 pm.\"

Did they really do all of their cleaning in the last 25 minutes before guests all arrive? I simply left and checked in after my late dinner, at 10:30 pm.

A pleasant surprise

Nothing fancy, just a clean, updated room. I was very pleased with the parking, and especially the condition of the room. Certainly the best value in the area. Mattress and pillows are firm, but comfortable. Location is convenient to downtown.

No shopping parking lot with no welcoming feeling. Even though it’s a Sonesta allowed no pets. I had to cancel my reservation because I had a dog since when I booked it was supposed to be pet friendly as a Sonesta hotel

I was \"upgraded\" to a roomy suite. But no refrigerator or microwave in suite and the room was so big the cool air from the air conditioner did not reach the king-sized bed.
I slept sidways at the foot of the bed, and that helped.
