Buen buffet.

Hotel is comfortable. Tiny details about cleanliness that would make it better.

We had a great stay in Tuxpan. The personnel were very nice and professional. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had variations in the menu from day to day. We will definitely stay again.
claudia
The hotel didn’t have rooms available at checkin time. They gave us the room 4 hours after we arrived and with difficulty.
Gladys
The property is nice but the AC is controlled and won’t go under 74 degrees! Had to call and complain until we were told it will never go under 74 because that’s how the hotel saves costs! The breakfast was good but they check to make sure you belong to the room you are in. Ice is on 2nd floor and your key card won’t let you go up the elevator to any other floor but yours so no ice for us! This is definitely not the holiday inn from the United States!
zulma

Personnel poorly trained at the front desk, facility is not as clean as it used to be before the pandemic started.

Christopher
Good hotel. Breakfast was average due to COVID-19. Not your typical Holiday Inn breakfast buffet style. Only a prepared meal available. Housekeeping was poor.. no communication between housekeeping and front desk. Several days we were left with an unclean room on arrival after being out of the room the entire day..

It was nice and relax. I think they should approve there cleaning service

Kenneth
Just ok
The view from the room was good, but there were only 2 pillows per bed and no tissue paper.
Maria Antonieta

JOSE ISRAEL
Buen hotel
Karina
Tiny gym placed right by the elevators with windows out towards the hallway
Alfonso
Muy recomendable, sin problemas como siempre.
Silvia
Si me gustó la alberca gracias

En general buena experiencia. Las habitaciones limpias y el personal atento.
Cosas a mejorar:

Norma
