El lugar está perfecto! Mi única reseña sería que, no sé si fue por temporada alta y que había mucha gente pero la piscina no estaba tan limpia, la gente no respetaba que había un letrero que decía “No clavados”, había hormigas y demás basura, aunado a que había gente que metía a sus bebés con pañales en la alberca, lo cual hacía un poco desagradable el querer meterse. De ahí en fuera, excelente lugar, la habitación muy fresca, limpia y la cama cómoda. Buen buffet.

We had a great stay in Tuxpan. The personnel were very nice and professional. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had variations in the menu from day to day. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel didn’t have rooms available at checkin time. They gave us the room 4 hours after we arrived and with difficulty.

The property is nice but the AC is controlled and won’t go under 74 degrees! Had to call and complain until we were told it will never go under 74 because that’s how the hotel saves costs! The breakfast was good but they check to make sure you belong to the room you are in. Ice is on 2nd floor and your key card won’t let you go up the elevator to any other floor but yours so no ice for us! This is definitely not the holiday inn from the United States!

Me gusto el hotel está limpio. El desayuno incluido está muy completo. Mi única queja es que deje dinero para el personal que hace la limpieza y al regresar a la habitación x un artículo que olvide me di cuenta que el dinero había desaparecido. Esto se me hace incorrecto xq la propina era para las chicas que hacen la limpieza. Reporte esto al front desk espero lo investiguen y tomen medidas pertinentes a la persona que entró y tomó el dinero.

Lo, unico que no me gusto es que estan ofreciendo buffet de desayuno y no lo estan cumpliendo. Se estan arreguindando de la contingencia pero al menos deverian de quitarlo de su programa para no enganar a las personas, yo fuias hay por el buffet porque donde me iba a quedar era en el crown plaza pero como este tenia buffet tambien por eso fui para hay, estan cobrando un precio por un servicio y no lo estan cumpliendo

El desayuno bufet es delicioso y completo, hubo variedad día a día, la ubicación está excelente para ir a la playa, a lado está el oxxo, gasolineria cerca y enfrente unos tacos muy ricos, lo único que pediria es que la alberca estuviera climatizada, todos los días estuvo fría y eso le quita lo padre además de que en zona de alberca hay un olor a caño muy desagradable sin esto el hotel sería perfecto sin duda regresaremos pronto

1.- La alberca es agua tratada?? apesta a cañería! y no, no es el rio, es el agua de la alberca.
