Disgusting, really dirty accommodation. Filthy bedding and had to be moved - next accommodation was dirty too - this ruined the holiday . Also in need of repair and refurb. Such a let down and worst Disney property we’ve ever stayed in. Don’t feel like this was fit for being rented out

Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in.
Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready.
Plus, we requested a bed guard and there wasn't one.

DONT DO IT.

I just lost $2500 as we booked there for 4 nights, and left after 1 night.

I had paid additional for the buffet breakfast package. There is no buffet breakfast there, that's at all the other Disney hotels, not this one, you don't get your $$ back. Breakfast you get a briwn paper bag with a baguette, butter, jam or Nutella, croissant OR Cereal (not both), kids popper of juice OR tea/coffee ( not both) and go to a station near the room and collect your stuff to eat in your cabin

You 100% need a car!!!! Our accommodation was a 15 minute walk in the dark with all our luggage, on not so good paths.

The ONLY Disney thing in the whole cabin was the soap with Disney on it and the castle. And the shampoo and conditioner had chip and dale. That's it.
No tea, coffee, water in the cabin....
Our cabin wouldnt lock, our bed broke while we were sleeping at 3am, and 2 legs on my husband side gave way. The kids bed was very wobbly.

No phones in the cabin, so a 30 minute round trip walk to reception for any problems.

We have stayed in so many Disney resorts, this is so below Disney standard, Walt would turn in his grave.
We have not got a refund.

This is my first bad review ever of accommodation in hotels. Com and we stay in a lot of places. I don't normally complain. But this was so below standard and especially if Disney.

Just don't do it!!! Book somewhere else, keep the Disney magic real.

Our cabin was brand new and sparkling clean as were the general facilities with all the special touches you would expect from a Disney property. Unfortunately they were so new that when the AC in our room would not change to cooling mode, nobody from the staff knew how the system worked. We made two calls to the front desk and two visits from the maintenance technicians later it still wasn't resolved. The front desk suggested that the unit couldn't be broke as it was brand new, but couldn't explain why it was stuck in heating mode and suggested we open the windows to our cabin instead. We were there on two consecutive 29 and 30 degree days, therefore this wasn't an optimal solution.

The cabins are starting to show their age, although they’re currently replacing the older ones with new ones.

We stayed in one of the older cabins, which looked very tired. It was a real shame that the side by the pool was shut again.

Other than that, everything else was brilliant, and we’re looking forward to going back and seeing the new cabins. You can’t beat the value at Disney Davy Crockett.

I stayed at Disneyland Davy Crockett Ranch and was shocked at how poor the experience was. The place was extremely dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and dust all over. The beds were very uncomfortable, making it hard to get any rest.

There were no basic essentials provided, no coffee, no sugar, not even an extra soap. Even budget hotels provide these basics, so it was very disappointing to see nothing available here despite the high price.

Overall, this was far below the standard I expected from a Disneyland property. I would NOT recommend this accommodation and certainly would not stay again

Staying at Davy Crockett was really nice, also the perks (1hour early entrance to Disney + free parking at Disney + at the hotel) were mega great.
I did expect the cabins to be a bit more modern, and a bit cleaner - ours was a bit dusty / not cleaned in some noticeable places which meant telling the kids to not drag themselves across the floor in rooms / wear slippers etc... but other than that, the experience made up for it and the ease of getting around (drive up to your cabin / to reception / restaurant / pool area etc) was really nice and it does get you into the Disney spirit staying there. Also really easy drive to Disney.
At the resort, there is a buffet / set price per person which was a real hit with the kids too, great selection and you don't need to worry about 'picking' something they might not like. We'll stay here again

Was told by receprtion they dont hsve fans only to be brought one by someone who couldnt fix the air con. So was blatently lied too. The place stinks of mould. I am very disappointed in my stay. Maybe will consider staying again when the new cabins are up.

The staff at check in were very friendly and polite, we had an issue with our door but the service people came and got us in quickly, the rooms are rather dated and really cold even with the heating on, the beds are very hard and squeek and awful lot, so if like myself your a light sleeper this will waoe you up all night.
However davy crockett was great for our 1 night stay and we would stay again just with extra layers this time.

False advertising

Advertised their pool on the hotel's page and that was why we booked. Only to get there and find out it was closed. We were not offered any compensation by the hotel itself for their false advertising, instead were told we could go to their sister hotel several km away, but we would have to pay even more money for it. The cabin itself was not the cleanest. Sheets were stained and the sink was leaking.

A very nice stay here with some glitches

We found the reception service and information at reception, very poor. Not one smile to greet us, very lazy information service, was not explained well the very unique experience at the cabins. For example, the breakfast included has to be picked up at 5 min walk which is ok but not one courtesy coffee in the cabin or water . For 500 euros a night its rather poor welcoming. The person at reception had us wait 20 mins because she couldn’t find our name to locate us, despite giving her our reservation confirmation number and receipt of payment. She treated us as if we were wrong and gave us an attitude! she had to call another colleague or supervisor named Cristina, who was excellent: everything you would expect from the start. She quickly found our reservation, it turned out to be an error of the hotel, had written down the last name wrong/ missing a Letter. So the whole 20 mins experience trying to blame shift us was completely unnecessary and she later continued to explain things very vaguely with a bad attitude if we didn’t understand her !
Not what you expect from disney, to be honest!!
I got the feeling next day when we went back in there to try to understand where, the location and how things worked they act as if you bothering them at reception! Same
at tThe store. taxi service is 30 euros fixed price to and from parks ! Definitely not a car-free friendly experience. Use Uber instead. Wished they would offer this advice at reception! Transparency goes a long way

Good accommodation, warm, plenty of room and ample facilities for cooking. Cabin needs handrail up the steps. Curtains too small.
Really helpful and friendly staff, particularly at the swimming complex.
Swimming complex disappointing and water cold, we only used it once and very briefly.
No method of recycling waste at the cabins.
Restaurant prohibitively expensive.

This is a great property. Everything was just as I would expect for a Disney property. There were only 3 problems:
1) The property is HUGE!! I mean HUGE! My family and I were placed in two different cabins that took at least a 20 minute walk to get from one cabin to the other. There are no trams or anything and I had my 80 year old dad and my sister that required help. That made it hard to really enjoy the property.
2) There is very little storage in the cabins. The cabins can house 6 people but there is not enough room for 6 people to out their things away. So we had to live out of our luggage the whole time.
3) There is no tram to Disneyland. I think this is ridiculous considering this is a Disney property!
I would DEFINITELY recommend a rental car to stay at this property. We spent TONS in Uber costs.
However, even with all of that, it was a very nice property. The little store has most of what you need there. The staff is wonderful. I would go again, but I would be better prepared with this information in advance.

Most things brill. Only 2 negatives - bed bases need replacing we had 2 cabins for 8 people in total both cabins we had beds are completely shot. You can’t even sit on them without them creaking and groaning it’s enough to wake you up every time you move. Mattresses fine thou very firm. Other issue we had was as a family of 8 in two cabins they didn’t explain about the bookings having separate number ref on the magic passes( we had booked and paid under 1 name). With an uneven amount of guests in one cabin we were often told we can’t have breakfast as we’d had it - it took a couple of days to realise that they’d evenly placed breakfasts on the cards so unknown to us one card was empty. This needs to be addressed according to how many are in each cabin and explained on arrival!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Davy Crockett Ranch. The staff were super nice and helpful. We asked for more pillows and towels and they were there within 10 minutes.

The lodge was perfect for what we wanted, two bedrooms and a living/dining room space. Cooking facilities are good, but no oven. I think the lodge itself could do with an update, it looked tired in some places.

The area is lovely and peaceful. Just down the road from Disneyland, very easy to get to and from the park. This was a bonus, as it allowed us to come and go as we pleased, without too much travel.

The swimming pool is super cool! The water temperature is a little cold, but most pools are! Great slide and jacuzzi.

The on-site shop is great. A good selection of Disney merchandise and foodstuffs.

We didn’t use the other facilities due to the limited time we were there.

I would definitely return and stay again!

Thankful you can start check in early and store bags if needed and head straight to Disney. We arrived late due to our day at Disney. The cabins are single wide trailers packed in the woods. When we got to our “cabin” it was hot. We could not get our AC to turn on. Called the front desk and told someone was on the way. After 30-45 minutes with 2 crying toddlers ready for bed we called back and we’re told it would be 30 minutes before someone could come. Told them that wasn’t going to work so they finally get us a new cabin. We missed out on magic hours the next morning because after finally getting to bed it was way too late. Wanted to go swimming but the pool was closed for renovations for the week. They knew this was planned yet I got no notice of this, or discount for not getting all advertised amenities. Was incredibly frustrating. Recommend picking a different Disney resort.

Really dissapointing. Not very clean and really tired looking and musty. There was a farm area, but there were no animals on it!!. The ranch was quite isolated and there was no bus route, so if you didnt drive, there was nothing to do apart from swimming. There was nowhere to have a coffee or anywhere to eat during the day. The only place to eat was at the all you can eat buffet which didnt open until 6pm at night, and it was really expensive at €33 euro for adults and €22 for kids per day. There was a shop on site, but the food items were not great and it sold mainly disney items. We were in cabin 195 which was right at the very end of the ranch and because it was about 30 minute walk from the shop and main food area, we could not drink as we had to drive to and from the main hub every night with our grandchildren. There was no evening entertainment, just a bar. There was a small tired and dirty play area, which my grandchildren didnt bother going on as it was really run down. The pool area was nice, but again - there was no where to get a drink or sit and have a coffee. It was all practically shut during the day, apart from the small shop on site. There was no where to get food, drinks or snacks during the day. Our cabin had really bad wi-fi that kept throwing us off it and there were only 2/3 english tv channels. The TV also would keep throwing us off the wi-fi every 10 mins. The cabin furniture was old and falling to bits and it all smelled musty. DO NOT STAY HERE. AWFUL.

We spent one night here and was instantly awed upon arrival as it was nighttime and the lighting on the building looked very inviting.
The entrance to the lobby and its interior wowed us! Its decor was very modern and had a bit of a Disney/wonderland-esque vibe to it! The moving portrait behind the front desk reminded us of something from Princess Tiana and the magical bayou.
The lobby’s to our room was also quite fitting of the hotel name, the gold in the wallpaper and the pretty chandelier lighting really gave it that a modern but expensive finish to the inside of the ‘castle’.
Our room decor was also very beautiful and modern, to learn that the hotel itself wasn’t new but had recently undergone a refurb surprised us as it all felt new!! The bed was huge, not as comfortable as ours at home but it was fine, and the quilt was rather thin. Maybe a 4.5 tog, we wasn’t chilly though.
Breakfast was included in our stay, we got down about 10am and it closes at 10:30am, there wasn’t quite as much choice left over by that time.
It’s a buffet style, offering eggs, sausages, bacon, breads, croissants, pain au chocolate, yogurt and cereals, etc… lots on offer, not michelin star worthy but if you’re on a budget and staying for a few nights this would serve you well.
Checkout was simple as there was a box in the reception lobby for you to throw your keycards into upon leaving, and checkout is 11am so enough time in the morning to eat and leave.
We would stay here again for sure

Wonderful stay & resort

I would highly recommend Davy Crockett Ranch. I’ve been to Disneyland Paris many times and never stayed here but it certainly won’t be our last time. Every cast member we dealt with was so friendly. The whole resort feels so welcoming & is beautiful.
The cabins are a little worn and a few little bits that could be improved such as loose door handles & a basic cleaning kit as if your only there for a few nights having to buy everything is excessive. However the resort & value absolutely makes it worth staying here. Would be nice if there was a shuttle bus but you can get an Uber straight to your cabin for around €13 or the drive is 10 mins and so easy.
Highly enjoyed our stay, just wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the pool which looked amazing!
The saloon was a great evening pit stop for a drink & game of pool after a busy day in the park.
Overall, this will be our new place to stay at DLP, can’t believe we’ve missed out for all these years! Especially recommend if your a family as it’s the perfect space!

Staff are amazing, facilities are brilliant, pool maybe a bit cold but otherwise it was really perfect for what we needed. The beds were a bit creaky but they were comfy and on the whole it was great.

Booked this through Expedia so we didn’t have to buy park tickets. Decided after 3 days in the park to stay a night at Davy Crockett to make use of facilities. They are great, the bar was good, the shop large (although food selection was poor) and the swimming pool is probably the best of the Disney pools.
The breakfast included from the little huts is ample and the cabin itself was better than I remembered. Having a kitchen and a space to sit down in the evening was a great asset.
Have decided that our future stays at DLP will be at Davy Crockett, you get the magic hours, aren’t reliant on buses or a 20 minute walk and have the facilities to make a lunch to take with you. All in all a great experience so long as you are realistic about what to expect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Basic cabin as expected however bonuses such as TV with Disney channels?? Tv did not work over 3 days we stayed. Reported to reception as had young children who thought they could watch it after their park visit. No technician arrived to fix so no tv for 3 days.
Its also a caravan- not a lodge or cabin as suggested. Not in grest state of repsir- mould in showers - chipped furniture. Does not even compare with American Disney Standards

Few things to note:
1. Magic shuttle from airport does not go here. Will drop you at neighbor hotel or park. 20 euro taxi to this one.

2. Towels for pool are in gift shop. Cost money to rent.

3. One restaurant. Decent buffet.

4. Really designed for those with cars. Not close walk to cabins from reception.

5. Breakfast is weak. Instant coffee. Bread or croissant.

6. No luggage storage at hotel. Pay disney to do it at park.


7 . No shuttle to park. Uber for 30.

Outside of this everything was great.

Disappointing and un-Disneylike experience

What dated and miserable accommodation. No theming to speak of other than the Disney shower toiletries - one of which had already been used. Not a relaxing stay at all. We were so tired that the squeaky, wobbly bed frame didn’t disturb us too much but under any other circumstances it would have. Tiny toilet areas. No shuttle service to parks.
Do yourself a favour and stay at Dream Castle Hotel instead. We came from there and we’re happy to be returning there after our obligatory stay onsite to extend the use of our annual passes. Next time we’ll use the billet privileges (or whatever they are - haven’t looked into it properly yet)!

I was very disappointed with this property. Disney has a reputation for exceeding guest expectations and at Davy Crockett they don’t even have the ability to hold your luggage before or after checkout. There was only ever one cast member at the desk and if you don’t have a car skip it all together. No park shuttle and quite a walk from the amenities they do have to the cabins (think in climate weather and tired little legs at the end of the day). With only one restaurant on the property don’t expect to eat there unless you have made a reservation weeks in advance - really the only benefit to staying at this property is the extra magic hour access.

Great service and atmosphere. Good amenities. Excellent WIFI in lodges. Cleanliness of lodge ok, but floors could have done with a good clean.

Swimming pool is fab! The kids loved that almost as much as the park
