Attention to early check out

I informed the front that I would check out at 6 o'clock in the morning. And the receptionist was only one person in the early morning. He guided a guest to his room and I was forced to wait a while.

The reception of the hotel is a second floor. The elevator is only one. So I used the stairs which is directly connected to the outside.

深夜から朝までを過ごすのを目的で利用した。空調は不便なく過ごせたし、元々お風呂に入って寝たいだけだったので、部屋の狭さも気にならなかったが、深夜に関わらず廊下で大声で話している若いグループがいて気になった。喫煙可の部屋だったから、やはり布団のタバコの匂いがあったが、消臭スプレー置いていてくれたので良かった。
夜走り後の深夜到着だったにも関わらず、スタッフの人がにこやかに対応してくれた。ありがとうございました😊

当日は、室内暑く、空調点けたが暖房しか出なかったため
窓を開けようとしたが、ロックかかっていて、ほんの少しだけ、外部の空気が入るだけでした。
0時就寝、4時に目が覚めてからは、朝食の6時30分まで
あまり眠れませんでした。

今回で3回目の利用となりますが、私達は食にお金を掛けたいので、寝泊まり出来れば十分です。このホテルのメリットは宿泊費が安い事と、ホテル下がコンビニである事と駅近であって歩きやすい事です。
ただ設備等綺麗さを求める方には向かないかなと個人的には思いますが、また私達は利用します。

いわき駅前で非常に便利！格安でコスパ最高です。

1か月ちょっと前にも利用したホテルで、勝手が分かっていて困ることはありませんでした。
駅前で利便性も良く、まあまあ快適に利用できました。
他のホテルも同様ですが、駐車場が少し離れているので注意が必要なことはありますが、大きな問題ではありませんので、また利用したいと思います。

部屋の壁が薄い。上の階の足音がよく聞こえる。また、お祭りが近くでやっていたせいか、ガラの悪い方が路上に多く、タバコやお酒を飲み、そのままにしていく人が多かった。

駐車場も大丈夫

駅からとても近い。駐車場は向かい側の商業施設の地下駐車場でチェックアウト時にフロントへ¥800を払い精算券をもらいます。　ホテルの周りは飲食店もたくさんあります。

繁華街に近いのは便利ですが、防音が十分ではなく、外の騒音がうるさかったです。古いのは仕方がないですが、清掃が十分ではない感じでした。朝食は種類は少なかったですが、クオリティーは高くおいしかったです。

めちゃめちゃ駅が目の前で便利よし❗️隣がコンビニ。周りも食べ物屋さん多く。道挟んで前はちょっとしたデパートで地下のスーパーでお弁当も買えるし、なんと言っても宿泊代が助かりました。
部屋もわりと広いし、毎日掃除もしてもらえるし。ただ、JRの本数がないのでそこは確認しながら観光した方がいいです。でも、20時とかは問題ないけど、足を伸ばすならレンタカーが良いですね。レンタカー屋さんも近くにあるし、ホテルの駐車場もあるので良いと思います。
また、いわきに行くことがあれば泊まります。

フロントの方の挨拶がなく、部屋への案内もキーを渡すだけ。不慣れな印象を受けた。
何かモーター音のような音が、夜も朝も聞こえてきて不快だった。
コンセントの数が少なく，蛸足回線になっていたのはどうかと思った。
駅から近くて便利だが、全体的に古く清潔感は相応な感じ。

The air con is a big joke. Even you turn it to \"L\" (only off, S, M, L) it is still weaker then the air con in lift / check in lobby.

Staff said the temperature is fixed and she helped me to open the window. It is actually cool by so but if you come in rainy day you may try sauna at your room.

Other than that all is fine. It is very very close to station and you have a mall (with supermarket) right next to hotel.

シングル禁煙に連泊、部屋の面積は特別広い訳ではないが充分だ。
しかし、部屋の広さの皺寄せが浴室に、特に浴槽が狭い。
フロントが2階でエレベーターの動き(プログラミング)に問題有り。

シャワーのみとすれば、わかるが、浴槽とすれば、小さい。男性なら、つらいだろう。
朝食はおいしかった。
湯呑が飲みにくい形。上がすぼまってない普通の形状の方が、飲みやすい。
洗面台の登記があちこち欠けていた。きれいに詰めて上塗りして、見栄えを良くした方がいい。受付の方の声が小さくて聞きにくかった。まだ透明パネルもあったので。高齢者もいるので、もう少しはっきり話したほうがいい。

朝食のカレーが気に入った

チェックインはとてもスムーズで良かった。

朝食のカレーがおいしかった。カレー以外で定食形式にしようとするとおかずの種類に物足りなさを感じるけれど、一皿で済むカレーはとても良い。好みの辛さだったからなお良かった。

エレベーターの待ち時間が長かったのがマイナス１。一台しかないので、ほんとうにちょっとしたタイミングの理由ではあるけれど。
室内のコンセントの使い勝手が悪い。差し込みの場所や個数に工夫・増加を望みたい。

ベッド枕側のボードに埋め込まれている時計がアナログ機械式で、消灯後にはカチコチと枕もとでうるさかった部分はマイナスポイント。

事前に電話で連絡したことが伝わっていなかったり、チェックインの際に少しモタモタしましたが、全体的に悪くないと思います。
駅からも近くてわかりやすく、コンビニや食事をする店も近くにあり、便利でした。
バスタブが少し狭いですが、ベッドは充分な広さで、この料金なら妥当かと。

ホテルのランプシェードにシミがあったり、部屋のコンセントが一つしかなかたりして、あまりいい印象はなかった。テレビはYouTubeなども観れて良かった。
朝食は終了40分前に行ったのに、品切れのものが多かった。少し補充があった。
