Three minutes walk from the most popular shopping place in takamatsu, Great Avenue.
Everything is nearby: McDonald’s, Ramen places, little Café, shopping places,….
The hotel offer traditional Japanese breakfast style meal, very interesting.

No problem to recommend it to visitors to Takamatsu.

I enjoyed the Japanese breakfast, food was delicious. Buffet fruit and vegetables was fresh and tasty. We also enjoyed the cocktail hour with excellent beverage choices and appetizers in a cozy, relaxing setting. All the staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. The room was clean. My only concern was the room had very little storage space for my clothing, suitcase and accessories.

The hotel is dated, Japan 1970/Deco, and the rooms/bathrooms are small. Reception staff's ability in English is limited. The location may be central but not appealing. We overnighted for the Naoshima ferry. A better choice for this purpose is JR Clement which is across the street from the ferry and the station.

Staying here is like returning to a previous era, with beautiful art deco features. It is centrally located, close to the shopping arcades but a 20-30 min walk to the station and ferry port and to the Ritsurin gardens. The lounge is the best part, with breakfast, snacks, free drinks and a rice bowl at 21:00h. Rooms are on the small side but the beds are comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A convenient place to stay to visit Takamatsu.

The hotel has an upscale feel to it while still being warm, friendly, and welcoming. We loved that it was very close to shopping arcades, lots of izakayas and restaurants, and only a 20 minute walk to Ritsurin Garden, the museum of art and the port. Club Lounge access was a great perk as well! We enjoyed having evening or after-dinner snacks and drinks in a quiet, cozy atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is good and has parking. The room is clean and comfort. provide free water. We booked the room with longe access, it provide desert, snack, free drinks and the breakfast is good. The staff is nice and friendly. Will stay here again and will stay at this hotels groups other hotel in future, this is much better than the other hotel group Candeo hotels.

Japanese city business hotel is known for tiny minimal room. This hotel is no exception. It is located about 20 minutes walk away from Takamatsu station. If you are driving, they have off-site parking for additional fee. Off-site parking does not offer in-n-out privilege so it is very inconvenient to park. They have lounge room where they offer soft drinks during the day, alcohol drinks and snacks at night for free. If you like to drink alcohol, it is a great deal. Breakfast is served in the same lounge room where you can choose between Japanese or western style.

Car parking problem spoiled my stay

The hotel has several car park spaces only but would not let me park there. Other customers were allowed to park there. I had to park far away and walked back to hotel after unloading my luggage. The same was repeated when I checked out and load my luggage in the car.

The hotel is neat and cozy. We stayed at Conor Twin Room which is comfort and the room is spacious. We chose the Japanese style breakfast which were delicious. The hotel location is very good, it is convenient to tourist attraction, shopping street and dining places are nearby.

This property was a pleasant palace in town. The ceilings were little and the room was tiny. However, one should expect that in Japan. It was run as an absolute classic hotel that harkens back to a previous era with cocktail hour and a wonderful atmosphere in the clubroom. The staff was exceptionally helpful as we tried to navigate our way out of Typhoon Hagibis’ path. The location was excellent with a short walk to the station and a pleasant longish walk to the Ritsurin Garden.

We absolutely loved the Royal Park. The most helpful and considerate staff at the hotel. A great bed, great breakfast and best was the free afternoon tea and pastries- followed later in the evening by cocktails and canapés (also free and amazingly delicious). If only moderate priced hotels around the world were all like this!

Spacious room with excellent amenities. Near to eateries and within walking distance of a train station, though it is not a JR line station so the JR pass cannot be used. There are only two options for breakfast though (Japanese and Western), so breakfast would be a little boring if you stay for more than two days.

sophisticated hotel and the perfect location

This hotel uses the limited space very wisely. There is only Japanese restaurant which is expensive,so the hotel guests normally go to the lounge to have usual meals ( breakfast , lunch , afternoon tea and cocktail time). I arrived at the late afternoon, I ate some afternoon tea there all free-cakes, pastry, juice drinks and small desserts, they were all yummy.
Rooms and lobby lounge's interior were so sophisticated, I was so relaxed. However , the room was so tiny, the bed occupied the space almost, the unit bath waa so tiny as well. The location is perfect, I could go to the centre of the city for shopping eating and drinking by walking, there are a few convenient store near there.

Wonderful Art Deco hotel with friendly staff and luxurious rooms, well situated in the centre of Takamatsu with easy transport access. The cafe/library on the 1st floor with Airport Lounge style free afternoon teas and evening cocktails with its laid back atmosphere and Jazz music is just amazing and is the cherry on top of what was my favorite hotel of my 3 week stay in Japan. Five Stars and Highly recommended.

Great location and professional staff

This is my second visit to Takamatsu and I am glad that I stayed at this hotel. The location was great, 10-15 mins walk to the pier where ferries depart for outlying islands during the Setouchi Triennial 2016. close walking distance to eateries and shopping areas. The breakfast was good indeed.
The hotel staff were professionally trained and showed great hospitality. Special thanks for Mr Shin at the front desk who helped us a lot in booking rental car for our visit to Shodoshima.

古典優雅的商務飯店，附近有很長的商店街，逛街購物餐飲都很方便。
大門前方有公車站牌，坐一站或走一段路即可到瓦町琴電站，櫃檯人員服務親切有禮。
房間、衛浴設施都不錯，但只有暖氣，沒有冷氣，不知夏天如何？
燈光氣氛雖好，但整體偏暗，棉被、床墊、枕頭都很舒適，一夜好眠。

예약시 라운지 엑세스 가능으로 이용하길 추천! 오후3시부터 시간별로 서비스되는 티타임, 칵테일타임, 바 타임 은 종류가 많지는 않아도 충분히 만족스러웠고, 특히 오후 9시부터 서비스되는 오차즈케 는 훌륭했다. 스태프들도 프로페셔널하고 친절했으며,
가까이에 버스정류장과 쇼핑몰이 있어 위치도 아주 좋아, 전반적으로 대단히 만족스러웠다.

朝ごはんやラウンジのおつまみ等、とても美味しかったです。夜のお茶漬けもトッピングがたくさんあり、楽しかったです。
部屋の調度品などは、高級感もあり、落ち着いていました。しかし、テレビリモコンは、謎のカバー？ケース？に格納されていて、過剰と思います。見つからず探しました。
部屋もバスルームも、清潔ですが、絨毯の上にベージュ系の小指サイズの付け爪が落ちていて、色がいろだけに、ホラー映画状態でかなりギョッとしました。清楚と、思っていたからこその、怖さです。金の斜めラメ入り。それ以外は快適でした。

check-inはスムーズでした、スタッフのフレンドリー対応も良かったです。難しいリクエストに対し親切に対応して頂きました。広めの部屋を予約してあり快適でした。設備・備品共に使いやすく衛生的で充実していました。朝食は殆どがオーダーで充実した内容です。市内アーケードまで徒歩で直ぐなのでショッピングや飲食には便利です。特にカップルには落ち着いたお勧めのホテルと思います。

子どもの受験のために宿泊しました。便利な場所にあり、翌日も行動しやすかったです。敷地内の駐車場があまりないので、道路を隔てた有料駐車場を利用しました。まん延防止措置期間中だったので、ラウンジを利用しましたが、基本おつまみなので、夕食にはならずテイクアウトの食事を買ってすませました。朝ご飯はボリュームたっぷりでした。清潔感もセキュリティもバッチリでした。

ラウンジを使えるプランで予約していましたが、チェックイン時も「素泊まりですね」と言われ、ラウンジで名前を言っても「ラウンジ付きで予約されてますか？」と夜朝と行く度に聞かれ、とても残念でした。
久々のホテルステイで楽しみにしていたのに、がっかりでした。
室内はきれいですが、壁が薄く隣の声が丸聞こえです。
料理、上記以外のスタッフの方の対応は満足しています。

已交帶清潔工人，要清潔乾淨，回來后發現仍然是不乾淨
最最後要去接待處職員上來看。服務員都覺得有問題
我在此住了四晚，共支出港幣7700元，平均每晚房價约港幣1900.元
我覺得非常不值，非常令人失望。

超棒超棒想再住！

太棒了！從下午到晚上都有免費自助bar可以吃（精緻又好吃！），晚上還有提供酒類，服務超棒，一入座還提供熱毛巾！房間很舒適，浴室寬敞，還提供浴鹽可以在房間泡澡。空調不能調溫度只能調風量是唯一小缺點，打電話詢問可否開窗，飯店人員不但上來幫忙還帶了電風扇來！親切貼心！

Quel dommage , nous sommes resté seulement une nuit au Royal Park .
Tout était parfait , l'accueil tout d'abord , une dame très serviable nous a fourni de précieuses informations pour nous faciliter la suite de notre voyage .
La propreté et le confort de notre chambre , la localisation , le tea time l'après midi , hélas devant partir très tôt nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit déjeuner
Mais nous reviendrons , car Takamatsu est une ville stratégique pour visiter le Shikoku .
