The check in gentleman was very politically opiniated and anti vax. We never brought up the topic but the moment he saw us wearing masks, he started his ridiculous rant about government requirements on individual. The hotel is old but well located. The towel racks in the bathroom were constantly hot to the touch and the soap tray in the shower was ready to fall.TV signal was horrible and outdated. Constant interruptions. The rest of the staff was nice and cordial.

This is a more old-fashioned hotel, at least in the rooms, but it was suitable for our stay. Note there can be some loud sounds outside, so bring earplugs. We liked the breakfast buffet and even had a nice dinner at the hotel one night.

Good but not outstanding business hotel. Facilities like Wi Fi etc. are good, breakfast is more than average in quality and variety of a Brazilian hotel. The property is a bit outdated and could use a face lift, but nothing is obviously wrong. Would recommend this hotel to my business associates at any time, but warn them of long lines for check-out in the morning.

Better opions

This hotel is not cheap. Its old and in dire need to a make over. The internet is worse than shocking. Through the hotel I called the internet service provider, they told me that the hotel subscription was only 512kbp. (This is extremely slow) Not only was the connection slow, but lept on disconnecting itself every 5 mins. Skype would not connect to conduct meetings.
I could not wait to get out of there.
A business friend stayed in the Ibis across the road which was cheaper and far more modern, with decent internet.

O hotel é bom, mas evitem a todo custo utilizar o serviço de alimentos e bebidas, a equipe parece que foi transferida transferida do presídio direto pros restaurantes do Plaza. As sobremesas são outro ponto único do hotel de tão ruim, pensa num musse de maracujá que estava congelado, ela colocam no microondas e te entregam o mousse quente que você precisa esperar esfriar, e nada que envolva a parte de AB da para falar bem, absolutamente tudo tudo tudo é ruim.

As toalhas dos quartos às vezes voltavam sujas e manchadas da lavanderia. Tem estacionamento com manobrista bom. O ar condicionado também é sofrível. A tv a cabo é boa.

Show de horrores

Começando pelo bom atendimento do pessoal da recepção, mas acabam por aqui os pontos positivos. Vamos lá, hotel em geral com as suas instalações e rouparia desgastados pelo tempo. Roupas de cama e cobertores com aspecto amarelado sem aquele tradicional cheiro de limpeza de rouparia típica de um bom hotel que se preze. Café da manhã sofrivel, estacionamento em um hotel vazio pago a parte e ainda tem que entregar o carro pra manobrista. Eu na recepção com roupa de academia aguardando a minha filha descer do quarto para irmos treinar quando fui abordada por um funcionário ou gerente sem tato algum para a função que ocupa e este me perguntou se eu estava ali pra entrevista de emprego para copeira. Por fim 9:00 DA MANHÃ DE UM DOMINGO A CAMAREIRA SEM NEM DAR AVISO INVADE MEU QUARTO COM A DESCULPA QUE IRIA LIMPA-LO. IMAGINA EU SOZINHA ACORDAR COM UMA PESSOA AO LADO DA MINHA CAMA. É ASSIM QUE SE PARA NO IML E EU POSSIVELMENTE NA CADEIA POIS INIMAGINÁVEL ESSE TIPO DE CONDUTA NUM QUARTO QUE ESTAVA SOZINHA COM A MINHA FILHA

Uma experiência desagradável...

Uma estadia de ruim para razoável, no check in houve uma situação bem desagradável, pois a atendente disse que não encontrava nossa reserva, depois pela manhã da segunda feira fomos acordados pela equipe de arrumação do quarto!!!! O café da manhã foi um pouco fraca... Não fomos informados que havia um local para se degustar um cafezinho de cortesia para os hospedes... Por isso e outros acontecimentos não recomendamos este hotel...

O melhor hotel de Blumenau, funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos, principalmente o Raul do café da manhã e a Fernanda da recepção, a única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a sujeira no banheiro, com cabelos no box e no chão, e o vidro do box muito sujo, tirando isso, tudo ótimo, roupas de cama de qualidade, elevadores rápidos, café da manhã ótimo, quarto muito bom, a única coisa que deveriam fazer, é colocar janelas anti ruído nos quartos, pois ao lado tem vários bares que ficam com música alta até de madrugada

O hotel estava com grande parte da equipe de recesso de final de ano. Não sabíamos que não tinha opções de lanches no restaurante. Poderiam ter nos avisado na entrada, assim iríamos nos preparando.
Outro ponto que acredito que deva ajustar, são telas de proteção nas janelas do corredor. Ficamos em apartamento alto com nosso filho e tanto nos, como outros comentaram da insegurança das janelas sem proteção.
O ar em nosso quarto estava pingando água. Mas deu para usar.
Região do hotel muito boa! Próxima a resultante.

O quarto no 9o andar deixa a desejar no quesito higienização do ar condicionado e sua posição direto na cama pois mesmo com alerta direcional, o ar vai direto na cama ao contrário do quarto no 8o andar. E o quarto merece uma limpeza profunda (nas partes difíceis de alcançar tais como no nicho em cima das cortinas e as próprias cortinas…
