A surprising interesting location to stay and visit. We didn't have much expectations since most review we read mentioned that the village is small and can be done a an hour or two. Perhaps we were there during the Xmas week hence there were lots of activities to join in to and we had to forgo some due to overlapping. Overall my family had so much fond memories of this place. Worth a visit!

房間被升等本來應該是一個開心的體驗
住宿的環境很不錯！很有日本的韻味，很放鬆。惟此次在平台上一筆訂單訂了兩間房間，因訂房時兩間房間分別列出需填上訂房人名稱，自然填上兩個不同姓名，但抵達飯店時服務人員告知因輸入兩個名字導致被認為是兩筆不同的訂單，被告知訂房人應該要在備註中特別註記兩間房間需安排在一起；雖其中一間恰巧被飯店升等房型，但服務人員告知的方式及態度稍微強硬及不友善，不是很舒服，建議多帶點笑容及增加口條技巧。先前也曾從事飯店業接過國外訂單，印象中皆以訂單編號為主非為以姓名定義，若此次直接告知因團客較多房間才分開安排但有另做升等，此種方式會較能理解。若此次訂單如飯店告知認為成兩筆不同訂單，房間分開但卻皆未升等，是否會造成旅客更不愉悅及飯店人員需臨時調房的不方便情事？以上回覆及建議。

1.暖氣設備不足。
入住時適逢冬天，但還未有寒流侵襲，山上晚上氣溫13-14度，房間也僅有16、17度，詢問飯店服務人員是否有暖氣設備，服務人員親切，特地派人來教導如何開啟暖氣，但明顯飯店此暖房空調設備不足或有缺失，儘管開啟後室內溫度也僅有20、21度，怎樣都無法再提升，睡到半夜甚至被冷醒，看了溫度僅有19度左右，怎麼調整都無法上升溫度。
2.熱水忽冷忽熱
注意事項中有提醒熱水管線廣布，所以熱水會較慢，這我們能理解，但是實際使用時，熱水卻忽冷忽熱，動輒整個變冷水，一往熱調整，又變超燙，還好小朋友使用浴盆，不然豈不是被燙傷。
3.停車位不固定
入住3天2夜，第二天外出回飯店後原本停的車位就被停走，位置不固定，變成還要下車再找服務人員找位置給我們停，屆時又適逢陣雨，一來一往不僅浪費時間，又害服務人員淋雨。
