No buffet breakfast. Beds extremely hard, not just firm it was like sleeping on a board. This was the only thing that let the hotel down. Would suggest the hotel gives an option of a comfort layer on the beds. Other than beds the room was really nice with everything you need.

There was a Very Strong UNPLEASANT order in room 701 and room 702. We were moved to rooms 201 and 202. The smell was less, but still intolerable without having the windows OPEN the entire time, which made it Colder than I prefer! THEN my sister in law in room 201 was BITTEN several times by Bed Bugs IN 201. She showed some of them to the morning desk lady. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

It is a nice location by the beach and a convenience store is right next to it. The bathroom is very big with shower and tub, but the room and sitting area is little smaller than the pictures in website. Comforter is very clean and nice. Overall, it was very comfortable stay.

There were countless hairs on the bathroom floor. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this is the first time I have seen anything like this. There were flies flying around and there was a musty smell. It seems like the humidity control and air circulation system is not working well.

It’s ok, the aircon was not working, no place to have a drink after returning to hotel. Very confidently located on the harbour front. We had the window open which made the temperature more acceptable, that made it a bit noisy for sleeping. Once we closed the window the noise was gone

Nice spot in Mokpo

Nice spot on the water. Staff were very helpful. Only complaint is the air conditioning did not work , but we opened the window for the sea breeze. Just be aware that the Peace Plaza in front of hotel can be a little noisy. We enjoyed our stay here

Wonderful experience

Impeccable customer service by Vincent. He was welcoming and made us comfortable in a place where language is difficult. He went above and beyond his responsibilities even driving us to a specific restaurant and communicating our preferences with owners. Made dining pleasurable. In addition, he was aware of our American preferences and had our room cooled prior to arrival. Vincent is an asset to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed 3 nights and air conditioning was not working for the whole stay and technical was not able to fix the porblem. Have to leave the windows open which faces the main street - noisy, dusty and worst of all, mosquitoes in the room. End up with over 10 mosquitos bites and feedback was - Blank looks from reception

A great business hotel

This hotel is in the center of the action. Park your car, and you can easily walk anywhere you need to go. For me and my team it was a great hotel with friendly staff allowing us to enjoy they city after working at the Korean International Speedway.

Ok hotel but needs some maintenance

The hotel is ok and the location is close to restaurants and the waterfront. I was there with a few people and none of our air conditioners worked very well (they never got the room cooler than 74F). The room itself was not very clean. I found an old spider web in the corner of the bathroom that was there the entire week. The shower door did not close correctly, so water got everywhere when you would shower. The hot water faucet in the sink was not attached properly so it could not be used at all. On the plus side the front desk staff were great. If it was not for one specific woman who helped me I would probably have had a very bad stay over all.

Die Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit.
Zimmerservice überfiel uns schon um 8 Uhr morgens. Konnte dann zusehen wie mit einem Lappen erst das WC von innen gereinigt wurde und dann ohne umwege das Waschbecken und die Armaturen.

8월 마지막 주말 이용 숙박

중앙 냉방이라 에어컨이 천천히 들어오고 특히 한여름에는 힘들 것임. 추가 침구 요청 안되고(돈을 지불한다하여도 추가 침구를 구비해두지 않은 관계로 제공 불가), 수건에도 구멍이 뚫려있고 바닥청소도 안되어있어 지난 투숙객의 빈 약봉지가 쓰레기 통 주변에 놓여있었음. 호텔 리셉션 직원의 차가운 응대(주변 상권 물어봤더니 본인은 여기 출신이 아니라 오래 안 있을거라 모른다고 답변)주차도 지하주차장은 항상 만차였고 외부에 했어야하는데 한여름에는 차 내부 온도가 너무 뜨거워서 힘들었음. 방안내부 시설과 침구 등 엄청 오래된 관광호텔 수준이나 평화광장과 가깝고 바다가 가까운 위치임은 확실함

별기대 없이 방문 했는데 룸은 퀸사이즈 트윈으로 넓고, 욕실에는 샤워부스와 욕조가 따로 분리되어 있으며 넓어서 이용이 편리했어요. 그리고 쇼파도 있어 편리했어요. 호텔에 주차장은 건물 지하에 있었는데 주차공간이 많지는 않아서 걱정했는데, 길건너에 호텔 전용 주차장이 있어서 주차가 아주 편리 했어요.
호텔 위치는 평화광장 바로 앞, 탁트인 영산호 뷰에 목포 춤추는 바다분수를 룸에서 관람이 가능했어요.
호텔 주변에는 평화광장 먹자골목으로 골라먹는 재미가 있었어요.

エアコンが作動しないのでフロントを呼び部屋に来てもらったが「スイッチは点灯しないが全館空調なので温かくなる」と言って帰った。しかしまったく温かくならず寒い夜を過ごす。
翌日外出から戻るとエアコン装置は普通に動いていて温かくなった。前夜のホテルマンは平気に嘘をついていたのだった‼️

멋진 전망

평화광장앞에 있어서 바다전망이 너무 좋고 밤에도 광장을 산책할 수 있어서 좋았다. 룸업그레이드 서비스를 받아 멋진 바다전망을 누릴 수 있어 더할 나위 없이 좋아았다. 룸상태도 좋고 서비스도 좋아 가성비가 매우 좋은 호텔이다.

장점과 단점이 너무 극인 호텔

시설은 생각했던 것보다 깔끔하고 묵기 좋았습니다
수압이 좀 약한게 단점이지만 다음에도 숙박할 생각이 있을 정도 입니다

다만 프론트 데스크의 직원이 너무 불친절 합니다
무언가 문의할때도 성의가 없고 체크아웃 시에도 카드만 받고 쳐다도 안보시더라구요 호텔 시설에 비해 직원의 애티튜드가 너무 안좋아 시설에 대한 좋은 이미지가 한순간에 나쁜 이미지로 바뀝니다

숙소 깔끔하고 널찍해서 이용하기 좋았습니다. 주변시설 음식점 이용하기도 편리하고요
마지막날 연회장 행사로 인한 소음때문에 불편했던거 빼고는 대체로 만족합니다

샤워기 좀 바꾸세요

전반적 시설은 만족하고 욕실도 훌륭하나 샤워부스와 샤워기가 매우 불량하다. 다른 시설에 비해 격에 맞지않을 정도..
추가하면 미니바는 아니어도 냉장고에 음료 정도는 비치했으면 하고, 준비된 컵의 위생상태가 별로였다.

전망이좋고 위치도 훌륭하며 객실내 분위기도 좋습니다.
다만 에어컨이 밤새동작을 안합니다. 더워서 창문을 여니
방충망도안되있어 모기가 엄청들어왔습니다.
글라스 컵에 물을 마시려고 보니 코딱찌가 길게 붙어있는것도 굉장히 불쾌했습니다. 이런부분은 신경을 쓰세요

오래된 곳이라고 하는데 깨끗하고 넓고, 주변에 맛집도 있고 좋았음. 수압 낮다는 얘기 있었는데 괜찮았고 직원들도 친절하여 다음에도 이용할 의사 있음.

목포의 핫플레이스에 있는 샹그리아 호텔

호텔 맞은편에 바닷가 카페 거리와 음식 거리가 있어서 매우 리했다. 특히 밤에는 야경도, 산책하기에도 너무 좋은 입지이다.

평화공원 바로 앞에 있어서 숙소에서 이동하기 좋았습니다. 바로 앞에 카페도 많고, 목포역에서도 택시로 7천원, 15분이내면 올수 있고 위치적 및 지리적 측면은 좋습니다만, 청결상태가 아쉬웠습니다.

가족여행

룸컨디션 괜찮긴한데 화장실 비데에 혈흔이 있어서 깜짝놀래서 남편이 보기전에 휴지로 닦았음.
침대는 약간 딱딱하지만 침구류는 폭식하고 냄새없음. 오래되었지만 관리가 잘되었음. 모텔은 아니지만 인테리어가 오래되었음. 화장실 슬리퍼가 없어서 불편하고 슬리퍼가 일회용이 아니라 찜찜함.
천정등은 없고 간접등이 많아 불편할정도는 아니지만 밝은방을 원할경우 불편할수 있음. 개인취향에 따라 호불호.
직원분 매우 친절하지만 주차공간 부족해서 로비앞에 이중주차하고 키는 프론트에 맡김. 주변 갓바위 걸어서 구경학고 음식점들 편의점 까페들 도보로 이용가능함. 바로 앞이 평화광장이라 시끄러움. 바다분수는 코로나로 인해 공연하지 않아 아쉬움. 바다분수공연시 편하게 볼 수 있을것 같음.
